As much as I hate to say it, hands down the worst haircut Ive had. Everyone was friendly and courteous, I think I just had a very inexperienced stylist. I used to go to the Fenway location, they always had some good skilled hands working there. Its hard to believe the company would put someone in the floor whose training leaves so much to be desired.

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life! I asked for 1 inch to be taken off and the woman cut 4 INCHES OFF OF MY HAIR!!! I did not ask for this!!! All I wanted was a simple, straight, one inch cut but she couldn’t even do that!! Would NOT recommend going here!!!!

95% on target when it comes to either low fades or tapered cuts, and for a great price. Just make sure you know your cut #s - such as 0 at the bottom and 3 at top of the side, otherwise you might end up with a 1b at the top of the side. The online check-in is also fairly accurate and on time.

Travel attendant who lives in London, on a layover in Boston, desperate for a haircut as UK’s been in lockdown.Visited 6 barbershops but the price given was around 60-80 dollars which I find quite expensive compared to the UK.So I finally entered this place and the price asked was just 21 dollars!I know ... we also have Supercuts in UK and they are very controversial ... some say they are great others say they just try to get rid of you ASAP ... but this was just ONE OF THE BEST hairdresser saloons experience!The hairdresser, William, gave me a warm welcome and settled me in. He asked me what I wanted and understood my idea completely. We chatted a lot and at the end, he also offered me a hot towel to clean up. Nonetheless the work result was just PERFECT!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and William too!

William is great!Stay away from Diana she’s impatient and does not listen to instruction on how you want your hair cut. Go with William. He’s talented and will patiently listen and do what you want. Not everyone here is that great, but look at the other reviews. if the name is mentioned positively, then you are in good hands. There are about 3 or 4 great stylists here. Some in the shop, you have to be careful - and really spell out meticulously what you want. This is an affordable place to get a great hair cut.

I noticed that this salon caters more to men than women. The place could be cleaner and I hear that their stylists are hit or miss. But Zalika gave my chin-length hair a terrific bob cut! I go back to to have her do my trims, she really has a sense of style.

Been here a couple of times. Good haircut and service, not too expensive too. Mens haircut for 22$ with tips. Didnt have to wait more than 3 minutes. I would definitely consider going back again.👍👍

After months of getting $45 hair cuts at a barber shop, I decided it wasnt worth the money given that I have a pretty basic hair style (2 on the sides, a little bit longer on top). I went at 11 AM on a Tuesday and there were only 2 people working there, but only one was occupied so I sat down right away. I told her exactly what I wanted and she executed exactly what I asked for. Nothing fancy but it got the job done. We made a little small talk which passed the time as well. This will be my new hair cut place.TIP: Go just before lunch breaks or just before work gets out for a shorter wait.

Great haircuts at a good price. Amazing how much these high end mens stylists rip you off. Around the corner from me is one of those and they charge $70.00 for the mens package plus tip. Supercuts gives a great haircut at the price it should be.

Good place for a basic hair cut, especially if youre not picky. The staff is friendly, they keep the store fairly clean and the wait is usually short. They offer online check-in which is a bonus. The prices here are a few dollars higher than more suburban stores, but thats to be expected.

I usually get my haircut at the Cranston, RI location. I have been working everyday and cannot go to that location since I get home too late. I decided to visit a location in Boston yesterday before work. I regretted it. I told the woman cutting my hair to keep the length and she did the opposite. She cut half of it off. I wanted the length to comb it a certain way. The fade is a mess. She left the sides near the top at weird angles. It was too late to salvage the cut since she hacked the top. I will never return to this location.

I went there for a wash and blow dry.. the staff was terribly rude.. The lady who started my blow dry did a great wash but had no idea how to style hair and kept pulling and tugging at my hair.Then she called out to her manager adriana who got upset with the lady for not knowing how to style my hair and started training her on me!!...instead of apologising to me for the inconvenience caused adriana made me very uncomfortable and was very rude.kept saying she is the shift manager! I would never go back there or recommend this place! Should be caller super rude instead of supercuts!

My favorite place to get a haircut in Boston. I have one hair stylist that I personally go there for, but they have many who are very qualified and have their own fan following.Usually not much of a wait.

This place is terrible. I go in for a trim and to restore my layers. The lady gives me the cut, asks if its okay, then when I ask to take another inch off she launches into this lecture on how I should know what I want before I come in - Im well aware what I want, thats why I asked for another inch off. She cuts off the inch and literally pushes me off the chair to end my session. The cut wasnt even very good. Im never coming here again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The staff is too rude and they don’t seem to listen to what the customer has to say. The hair stylist who did my hair was super rude and that clearly showed in my hair cut( which was a disaster). Go to this place if you want to leave your hair at the mercy of these rude people who do not know how to treat customers.

This place is fine as long as you stay away from Stell she is the worst and should look into retiring soon.If you’re getting a cut, fade, or style from her expect to walk out looking like someone from the 1970s. My bf just went in to get a hair cut from her and even showed her how he wanted his simple line-up and fade. Yet, instead, of being honest and letting him know that she doesn’t have the capability to give him what he specifically wanted she proceeded to cut his hair as if she knew was she was doing. Which, lead to her now losing another customer.For the guys out there that come to this place scan the store before you pick who you want to cut your hair! And STAY AWAY FROM STELL.

The one part of my hair I asked the hairdresser not to touch, she chopped a serious amount off. She had no understanding of how my hair laid on my head and disregarded everything I said about how I want my haircut. If I remembered her name Id ask to not get her again.

I have been a loyal Supercuts customer for many years, but never before have I experienced such poor customer service as I did Sunday, Dec 30. As soon as I walked in, I questioned my decision to get my haircut here after hearing one of the stylists say out loud for everyone to hear, Wow, I really f---ed up that haircut regarding a customers hair she had just cut. Luckily she wasnt the same stylist to cut my hair. I originally intended to get only a haircut and wash, but due to the cold weather the stylist offered a blow-dry to which I agreed. It was a very simple blow-dry but ended up costing me $40... I questioned why I was paying $40 for a very simple blow dry and did not receive a reasonable explanation as to why. The cut itself was acceptable, but for the price I paid it was unacceptable-- $68 for a simple trim. After this miserable experience I will certainly never be returning to any Supercuts ever again.

Got there at 7 and ended up waiting for an hour for a very mediocre haircut. Customers who arrived later than I did were all taken before I was and I was late for my meeting. Very disappointing experience—won’t be returning again.

At 9:15 on Wednesday morning (10-25-16) I went in for a trim. Im a 66 yo male with significant hair loss. I asked for a one-length cut, well blended. I didnt want one of those long on top, medium on the side, short on the edges cut. Just something nice and even.The stylist suggest she use scissors. Sounded good to me.Moments later buzzing clippers whisked around my head, hair went flying. The scissors came out to clean up around my ears. In the brief moments I was in the chair I learned that the stylist was retired but enjoyed getting out of the house.I also learned that she loved to drink as her breath strongly reflected the smell of serious solo partying that had only recently come to an end. I held on to the hope that she was a fairly high-functioning drinker.I didnt get very far in my crossword when the apron around my neck was pulled away like a matador. And suddenly it was time to stand up, pay and leave. It was 9:23.I wish I had been more diligent at looking in the mirror than the time. It was hard to see -- she had loaded me up with product -- but I would have seen a 3-step haircut that I detested on my my left side; the right side was ok... but sadly different from the left. In retrospect there was nothing that could have been done as there was clearly no one else in the shop I could trust to do it.My strong advice:Avoid the morning shift. Go other times at your peril. Avoid hard-drinking retirees.

Been coming here for more than twenty years and the service has fallen off the cliff. Told the wait would be twenty minutes and it turned out to be more than one hour. They need to get their scheduling app fixed and in sync.
