I had flown many different airlines around the world for work and this is the airline I always prefer. They are the best and they fly everywhere!
The worst airplane ever and the most expensive price we pay. I had my worst experience a few months ago and that experience ruined my vacation.My Iphone 12 were stolen inside the plane. My phone was with me when I got on the plane., I turned it off, put it in the zippered part of my bag next to me and closed the zipper. I went down to Istanbul. I said I couldnt find my phone. When I reported this, they said they need a court order to look at on the cameras who stole. The court decision will take very, very long time until then my phone will be used or parts will be sold.
Will not recommend anyone to this airline. Not responsible and will never tends to help you when you lost luggage and if I have to give them 5Star, I will give them for loosing bags and being ignorance. It is my first and last. Not again!
I will never travel in this airlines ever again. People are not professional and gave me attitude for asking more informations about my flights. My mother is deaf, she couldn’t understand TSA so TSA yelled at my mother while I was standing next to her, trying to explained them that my mother can’t hear. I will never forgive this airlines for whatever they did to us and I will recommend people that you can fly in better airlines than Turkish Airlines. At least you will get enough respect.
Worst customer service ever !!!!!I had an open ticket and not a single TK staff, TK office, website nor TK call center could issue my open ticket, they simply asked me to come 3 hours before my flight and issue and pay for the fare difference, and I was surprised that my fare difference was 1400USD!!!, anyhow I had no choice but to pay and catch the flight. Not sure if this is a scam to forcefully make you pay the high difference and have no time to find an alternative.Please please make it possible to issue an open ticket via the call center or the website to avoid this happen to anyone.
I saw a horrible customer service at check in last night with 2 different passengers. Fist was a man with his wife and Secound a young woman with her parents. I guess they have to check their employees. Mos of them are very disappointed and unprofessional.Waste money with this company.
The worst Airline! They dont have any food other than frozen turkey and I lost 2 bags last week coming from Istanbul and it took them full week to retrieve. by the time it was here my bags were totally damaged and lost items from it. they dont want to pay for the lost item. Totally Cheep Airline and would never recommend to anyone.
The worst airline ever! At istanbul, customer service is very poor. They put the airport uniform and suites and will say no English when ask questions. Had my luggage missed. Its been a week and havent received. Will never ever take it again!
Last night I had the worst experience with people who CHECK IN the passengers at Boston Logan Airport April 2nd from Boston,United States of America to Tirana, Albania(transit was on Instabul)Flight TK82.( I dont remember what number the customer service woman was but I guess 7-6) Short, and blonde hair, Spanish accent. We were 2.5 hrs early and I almost lost our flight. The lady was rude and she didnt have shoes during that time,her mask under under her nose. As a regular customer with this company I know I have 2 big bags (23 kg each) and one 8 kg per each . She was insisting than Im over weight and yes I was probably 3 kg but she already took the bags I was under 23 kg so i couldnt fix my weights. She engnored my request to gave me back the bags so I could fix it. I had another extra bag and I already told her in beginning about my extra luggage . She gave me the 2 tickets for my parents from Boston to Instabul but other ones from Instabul to Tirana she gave me only one (one missed). When I told her about it she didnt even say Sorry but she took my passport irritated and she processed the next transit tickets flights I went to pay my extra luggage to another person which he was a man but his behavior wasnt as good I was hopping after my first experience. I was trying to convince him than I could fix my weight because the girl didnt gave me the chance to do it. In beginning he wasnt than bad . He overcharged us for extra pounds without consulting with her if what we were saying were true or not. He was unprofessional and he started to yell at me after I throw the signed recipe over his pc( I was irritated and his sits was high,I probably did bad act but his behavior was not good at all). I ask him to talk with his manager and he stand up from his chair and he loud yell me: Im the manager here . I paid $270 for extra bag and 3 kg extra weight. I work with customers and the Customer is the first but they didnt practice that but also didnt show professionalism and humanity. (I was stressed because the trip and all situations because the Covid19 and my parents age over 65 years older. I was sitting my parents on wheelchair during the check in time.I suppose to have wheelchair ( already reserved online)but they didnt register at all for her next transit and I noticed that after they pass the check in at TSA. I went back there to reschedule my parents wheelchairs. The next young woman (third person)was such a great employee and she helped me (young and skinny, dark color,longer hair). I would like to speak with representative from this company about my complaint, and if I dont get it Im seriously will sent this complain viral . Their phone number on Google dont sent me to representative also Im trying to find a email address but unfortunately not successfully. It has been more than 1 week and no one has be call me to conform my request. I use this company for more than 5 years for long trips for my self, and also buying tickets for my people but from last night Im ofraid to take this airline anymore. Their behaviors were really scary for us. I dont want the same experience to happen again!Ps: Im not Karen but if I pay for a service,I deserve to be treated with respect and good behavior!
This is the worst airlines and services one can imagine. There customer service is extremely poor and erude. They NEVER pick up their phones. Their customer service told me that they can not resolve my issue over the phone so go to their office at the airport. So I went and there was no one there during their office hours. Then they told me to go the office in one international place in Boston, to my surprise they had told the security in the lobby NOT to send anyone upstairs to our office. So I called their customer service again and they said we talked to someone and you should be able to go in. Still no one showed up. My previous travel with them had been a poor experience too but I thought may be it was once in a while issue but turns out this is how they are and are extremely poor at their service. Please SHUT DOWN your office if you can’t help your customers.
I had a bad experience with this airline.After trying to reschedule opened ticked calling the customer service on the phone I finally found someone that know how to use their software and make the booking. I repeated the departure date many times for him to dont make any mistake. When I received the confirmation in my email found out that the departure date was wrong!! I spent the whole day trying to fix their mistake without any result. They need to investigate and will get back in 2 weeks, when the date they booked is in less than 2 weeks!!
Poor customer service. Agents dont have no respect for customers communications are very poor. They will tell wait and nobody will come back to say a word. So sad 😥
The worst customer service you will ever find. They have a feedback department for complains or other issues that takes 5-7 datys to respond. So if you have a problem that requires immediate assistance, you can never talk through them on the phone. The call center is not able to help either
Previous flights ok but this time, no online boarding pass available due to “ operational issues”.... not on kiosks at Logan so I’ve been standing in line for the last hour waiting for ANYONE to show up at the counter so I can get a boarding pass and get through security. No be in sight. Major disappointment and frustration!
I have been traveling with Turkish airlines a couple of times and i must say the customer service is 10 stars, friendly,helpful, and always ready for anything you may need .

Very bad service the worst experience I have ever had.
I bought my ticket from their website almost 3 months prior to my flight date. After a couple days, I saw that the ticket price decreased about 390 USD. I asked for a price match. But they refused. Their Customer Service quality is the worst. They send you prewritten emails. I should have paid the least price due to my early reservation. But, I paid the most expensive one. I will never use Turkish Airlines any more. I am paying the most expensive price and getting the worst service. Go ahead and buy your ticket if you dont mind when your ticket price has a big drop after a couple days...
They make an effort to be hospitable and provide old school luxuries like a toiletries bag, newspapers etc. Food is good as is the in flight entertainment

Very rude staff, and managers, bunch of scammers especially over the phone. I think they are doing very shady work, also they change words every day dont even go there cause I guarantied you will be dissatisfied.

My flight was cancelled due to a mechanical issue at 11:30 they said the flight was cancelled. They kept pushing it and pushing it. The next day the office would not pick up the phone and rebook me on a different flight. Another experience I had with turkish was that they had an overbooked a flight and could not get me on. My flight was also diverted to Berlin and we stayed there for 4 hours in a plane with no updates. ( Just an fyi I have 2 small children) Turkish is regarded as one of the best airlines in Europe but I believe it is the worse

Terrible customer service, I called them several times, they hardly can speak English and they are in a very noisy place (at least they can use newer technology to improve the voice quality), EVEN THEY CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU SAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The worst Airline I ever seen I did travel to Turkey or one week and I didnt receive my luggage after 5 days thats why Im talking how good they are
They will happily take your money in USA but if you have an issue you have to deal with their HQ in Turkey. let us know if you get somewhere with them
