Seating Scam! Booked round trip tickets but got no option to choose seats on return flight. Return flight auto booked my husband and I at opposite ends of plane. So during my vacation I spend time to fix this error, and get charged $40 more for “ preferred “ seating. Preferred seating is Not first class just two seats next to each other, 3rd section halfway back on plane. Clearly two travelers with same last name and flights booked together and yet Delta separates us when obviously there were double seats available. NO help from ticket agents or help phones at airport. A sneaky way to make a buck for Delta but is it worth my business? They must think so. Seat scam.

Booked a flight @5534. Feb 14 2019. They managed to change the gate number to board 5 times. If you have ever been to New york City JFK airport, then you know what im talking about. Each time they changed the gate we had to take a train from terminal 2 to 4 and back. Very tiring experience. Ill avoid them if i can . Would not recommend!
Awful experience flying Delta. First, delayed our flight without informing us to the reason. Then they had a shortened service for food and drink. Why are we paying for tickets if were not getting our food and drink? Third, we landed in Boston and we sat on the plane for an hour!!!! How can you taxi for that long when the flight was already delayed! Awful experience. Certainly wont be flying delta again and Ill be sure to make sure this story is known to my entire network. Everyone I speak to I will be sure to tell them to NOT fly delta.
Took an early flight out on a Sunday, the staff at check in were very rude. No please, no thank yous... there was one lady who smiled and was polite out of about 5, who I actually complimented and told her she was doing a great job.
The ticket lady made US check our bag. We where the last 10 on the plane and we counted over 40 different spot for our bags. WHEN WE ARRIVE IN TAMPA WE WILL HAVE TO GET OUR BAGS GRRRRRRRRR WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME thank God we have a choice who we Fly........ next time nope .....
Comfort plus seatingOk thought I would spend 270 upgrade on a flight to Lisbon.What a horrible experience !!! I sat their watching first class getting their two drinks and dinner servedIt was approaching 1 hour 45 mins and I finally said enough. Called for assistance and oh sorry we are just now getting carts outI said ok fine. But i paid good money for comfortSwa and jetblue would have served the whole Airplane and this is the service our whole section gotAnother hour went by and not one person came to refill our drinks. WHAT AN INSULTSEATS WERE HORRIBLE. NO COMFORT DELTA.

Inexperienced staff, no option to choose seats with possibility of separating family members on different seats (it was like they did me a favor by giving me and wife and out infant neighboring seats), huge delay in boarding (3.5 hours) and on top of that there was attitude from flight crew.
