Semi regular flyer on this airline. Pilots are nice but flights are hardly on time even with nice weather. If your flight is at 10 prepare to wait at least 45 minutes past that time for you to leave the airport. Gate attendants are short and couldnt be bothered by simple questions.

Great service for those who live in rural areas and want an affordable flight to Boston! The airport I flew out of was tiny and the planes are very small but it’s neat to sit and see what the pilots are doing! Definitely recommend if you don’t get flight anxiety, and BRING EAR PLUGS! May also want to bring layers because the plane can be a bit cold at times in the cooler months!

This is my first year flying to Ptown... I took the ferry in the past... I have had the BEST experience on Cape Air! I will only travel Cape Air to get to Ptown now! Peggy Jones went above and beyond on he phone to help me change my ticket because of the hurricane winds!! This is my 4th time flying there this year... I highly recommend this company!! Thank you CAPE AIR!!!!I have to add I had an unforeseen circumstance and called again.... Maureen took extremely great care of me as well!! This is a class company Five Stars all the way!!! Thanks again Cape Air!

Beyond incompetent. They charged me 40$ for checking a roller bag and never gave me the option to gate check it. (20lbs) When I called to inquire, I was left on hold for 12 minutes and then the call was dropped. No call back. I was forced to call back and never got thru. Monday morning October 7. Not a particularly busy time! They also couldn’t check my bags thru to Tampa on United. Really a supreme hassle at LOGAN. This is the third trip I’ve had issues with this airline. The last time they at least tried to help.

A fleet of small Cessna 402s. I have been on 3 cape air planes. The flights are smooth. Since their aircraft are low flying, you can see every detail of the surrounding environment while in the air.

Welcome to 1970No app no electronic tickets. You must remember your TSA number because They can’t even get that right so welcome to the herd you have to go through the long security because they’re in capable of linking your TSA number. I am not sure I have ever been to a dirtier gate and all my life absolutely disgusting. Tterminal is not connected to Logan so you must leave security and go through security twice also be prepared to walk about a mile and then through the parking garage and over to the terminal.
