Air Canada has the worst customer service. Traveler beware! If you call and book a flight, you cant cancel or change. You are on hold for hours or hung up on. I offered to pay for the change and was told no. They dont want to help at all I wrote all the executives and no response. they dont care about their customers only the money. Ive experienced it. I travel them for work, but will now change and tell everyone how unfair they are. Customer Relations wont even help unless it is your first time flying with them. Completely a mess! Air Canada, this is NOT how to keep your customers or reward them for traveling with you. However, when youve canceled my same flight five times, I had to understand. Not right!!
Could use a little work on customer service. Most of the staff seemed greatly overwhelmed and that does not help when you are flying and they call out saying your plane is experiencing mechanical issues...yikes.
Great business class service and seats on Toronto to Tokyo flight.
Wish I could give a zero. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DISGUSTING customer service. 24 7 help? They wont help me with my problem despite multiple emails and phone calls, all they say is were dealing with too much right now. Give me a break and just admit youre inadequate at your jobs and wont help a paying customer.Never flying with these idiots ever again
Its generally my #1 airline choice, but mostly cause the others seem worse. Flew many times, mostly had issues with not enough space for (relatively small) carry-on luggage and delayed flights. My most recent trip from Toronto to Boston was surprisingly unpleasant because we were shuffled between gates not knowing where to board. I ended up running back and forth between distant gates unsure whether to listen to the staff, the screen or the other customers. I also wasnt sure about whether I can board or not until the last minutes because the flight was overbooked and I didnt have seat assigned. I know sometimes things arent exactly in their control and they prioritize safety, but there are many ways they can avoid some things to provide better service .
Ive flown Air Canada before on a short flight and thought it was fine, but wouldnt choose them again for a longer flight. Food wasnt very good, even for airline food, and on the departure flight the meal was served about two hours late. Legroom in basic economy is bad and my back row seat didnt recline. That eight hour flight was one of the most uncomfortable Ive ever had and not at all worth paying more than the budget airlines. I made sure to get an exit row on the way back.
Wonderful customer service and very convenient gates.
My favourite Airline. Every company has negative aspects and they all have incidents, but overall my experience flying with Air Canada has always been overwhelmingly positive
Dont fly with Air Canada, never on time and cancel for no real reason..😕 And very poor customer service support.
Kinda dingy but good service.
The Air Canada gates are really cramped. Never seen anything like it. Not enough chairs. No room to deplane. People literally bumping into each other. Its pretty rough.
I fly through Logan regularly, and Air Canadas Terminal B is the worst terminal in all of Logan Airport. Very cramped, always overcrowded, always under construction, and only a small single snack food option. Seriously, this terminal is an embarrassment.
Terrible experience. Cancelled flights, change for different categories.
The terminal gets super crowded and isnt the nicest part of the airport. I also wish there was a different food option than the one in there, like a Panera of Au Bon Pain or something.
Tiny waiting room for 100+ people, 5 flights worth of people with an extremely long line for security. All flights always delayed at least one hour. I will NEVER fly air Canada if I can avoid it.
Flight delayed and no information communicated about the real departure time. After that i had one connection on international flight and as i had only 25min to change i asked if luggages would follow so thé hostess told me :if your flight was with air Canada you dont have to worry but after waiting all luggages mine never came...😕 Thank you for delivering it.Staff were rude on the plane with people. Also having to pay ETA charges only when you have a connection is so stupid this is called making money on peoples back, so easy....
Excellent staff at the ticket counter, was able to book me on an earlier flight
Good service, staff was helpful. Good amenities on aircrafts such as charging receptacles and tvs.
It was okay but they lost my luggage on the return flight.
Terrible Customer Service. Got stuck in LGA for 12 hours and communications were non existent.
Terminal B at Logan is under construction - Air Canada flights are sequestered to a separate area of the gates that is without any amenities. If you have a long layover - go out of security to get to anything - food, shops, etc. You can go to other end of B gates and go through security to get to the rest of the services, but then have to leave that area and go through security again to get back to Air Canada area.Air Canada - at least TELL your customers this is what is going on! It’s not a nice surprise!
Terminal B1 at Boston Logan lounge terrible. Not a great choice for a transatlantic flight via Montreal.
2hr delay from Vancouver to Toronto causing us to almost miss connection from Toronto to Boston. Missing luggage consisting of two snowboards and rest of suitcases soaking wet...what a new years eve.
Sucks never again the worst customer service the food was not that good
Pretty unimpressed with their departure lounge in Boston.
My favorite airline
They have a beautiful lounge
Good flight and staff
Good Airlines
Check-in and security was very friendly and patient. Seats were alright.
I have to say I like your Canada so sue me
3 flights and 3 delays ...
At this time it is close to the renovation of the building, so you will not find anything close to eating while waiting for the flight. The flight was on time and quiet.
