The phone number is readily available in the google maps search results, which is excellent, and as expected.

They have no working phone numbers for contacting the airlines. I’ve tried many different ways to look up a number. None seam to work.

Your lousy service has got to change.they made up their own laws and cancelled our flight twice a month ago because of their nonsense and we still havent gotten the refund yet...

So i was spose to be on a flight back to SA i missed my one connecting flight with Jet Blue to boston MA my baggage was on the flight i got on the next flight to boston made it just short in time in between me and my wife tried to call there offices at boston logan airport where. They did not answer there calls or emails once just to find out the flight to SA was canceled and i am stuck with out my baggage. No indication on even where to go to get my baggage.

Amazing experience. Indian food is great, so is the service. Ample of leg rooms in their new planes with larger screen for entertainment. In doha, transition is smooth. Headset, blanket, pillow, and a pouch with earplugs, eye mask, lip balm, tooth paste, small tooth brush and pair of socks is provided after boarding. Highly recommended.

I loved flying with Qatar. Very good service at off board and on board. Well managed timings. Sufficient room space in economy class seat.

I bought tickets for my parents. They flew from BD to USA and October 30th they returned in BD. My parents is senior citizen I selected wheelchairs for both of them. Qatar airways confirmed that they don’t have to walk, however it was totally bad experience for them. When flight landed in Doha, they had to walk because plan landed far away from terminal. Plan landed more than half miles away from Terminal and they walked to the bus and bus took them to the terminal again they had to walk through their counter. My parents are over 70 years old. I strongly not recommend this flight for needs wheelchair. Their website is totally rubbish not work properly and Mobile app as well. I tried to purchase an extra luggage by their app also by their website sorry to say didn’t work. Then paid extra charges over the counter for that extra luggage! Need more improvement both app and website.

DO NOT FLY WITH QATAR AIRWAVES!!!!!! THEY WILL LOSE YOU BAGS AND THEY WILL NOT FIND IT!!!!!!!My cousin had a flight from Boston to Jordan on Qatar Airways, they lost 2 of her carry on bags, she filed a manual claim whe she got to jordan in July 11th, until this moment they don’t know where are the bags at, it’s been 16 days and every time i call them they tells me a different story such as ( we cant locate it, we’re communicating with Qatar in jordan, and many more lies ) i said lies, because when i called qatar in jordan they said no one is communicating with us regarding that, THEY ARE LIARS AND I WILL NEVER FLY WITH THEMI dont know how they got a WORLD NUMBER ONE AIRLINE OF 2019

Simply the best and most professional airline out there!!! We will only fly Qatar when possible. :-)

This is my first experience of travelling by Qatar airways and I must admit it was the best checkIn experience I have ever had. We travel a lot and have teavelled on most of the airlines out there but the the way Fathiha at logan airport Qatar airways check in counter treated me was beyond exceptional. After such a welcoming start I am really looking forward to the rest of the journey.

Unorganized and need to retrain staff ... tickets policy is not clear and manager is incompetent ..
