Needed I needed a tire for my car and Ill go the service here was mirific months ago I decided to give him another chance upon being greeted in the most untimely manner and asked several times I search myself for things that they said they couldnt look up on the computer I was able to have an order for a tire put in. As I waited I got no update of how my car is doing so I took it upon myself to investigate its your my car was, I noticed that my car was outside parked in the a new tire had been placed in the place of the donut. I inquired about the status of my car and was told in a very ill manner just sit down and continue waiting. I could not believe that I was being told that my car was not done when it was evident that it was. The man called Reginald at the auto care place began having a conversation with another employee about how I didnt know about my car status and how he did not like customers asking. He was unaware that I had sat down behind the coffee machine and was listening to everything. He then left without saying a thing my car still in the parking lot. Again and quiet about my car in which I was told it was not done and pointed at another car that was not mine. After I explained to them which one my car was then they concluded that it must be done. It was just then when the manager arrived. the customer service is horrendous there I cant believe that that man treated me like that all the while helping and assisting other people. It was evident that he did not want to deal with me specifically for some reason. Or am I to understand that you are incapable of searching tire sizes from that computer? My wife works very close by so its very easy for me to stop in but I absolutely despise their customer service and cannot get over the fact that after several attempts to give him another chance they have continued with that have service.

Getting two new tires this morning. Ive been coming here for tires for several years. I wanted to say, Ive never met kinder people, anywhere, than Robert, the service manager and the sweetheart who works the counter. Very helpful, very courteous and Robert sincerely cares about helping people.

After waiting an hour for an oil change, was told my car wasnt in the book by the mechanic, so he wouldnt do it. The last place I got my oil changed? This exact same Walmart. Even had the sticker. Ridiculous. Probably the fault of some idiotic management or program or book used by Walmart. Glad to take my business elsewhere.
