It was 101° on the car thermometer when I pulled in. They were hot, but so polite. Right off I was offered water. I truly appreciated that & drank most of the bottle before they were through with my Oil Change.I know they changed the Air Filter, but do not think the A/C Filter was changed.GREAT JOB.

They messed up my car. Everything was going well untill I went there. Got the oil change and AS SOON AS I GET ON THE ROAD its running hot. Then we pulled over everything was fine. Then I got home and next thing u know theirs smoke coming from the hood. They lied that they took off the tops of the oil. Dont go to this place. I cant express how horrible this company is

I needed new wiper blades. And along with that, the very knowledgeable, super friendly and efficient manager James checked my filters and refilled my windshield washing liquid! He taught me about the importance of clean filters and shared funny stories and wisdom he learned from his Grandfather! What an awesome experience. As long as I need oil changes .. I will be a customer!

Cool group of guys that knew what they were doing. They changed my cabin filter that was literally falling apart & I had never heard of it. Josh even offered me a water & told me if I am ever in the area & was thirsty to stop by & get a water. I will definitely be going back. Thanks guys.

So I just left Valvoline oil change, because they took over 30 minutes just to speak to me, And then forgot about me and I watched other vehicles get serviced before I was spoken to and they just watched me drive off as if they were happy I was leaving.So I came to Take 5 oil change. Like night and day difference, first off they didn’t make me wait. I drove right into the bay and they got straight to work. Take 5 oil had me in and out in the time it took a Valvoline oil to speak and acknowledge me. I’ll be back 10/10 would recommend coming here

They broke my car. Good thing I could get it fixed but THEY ACT LIKE THEY CANT FIX WHAT THEY BROKE. Thats not what I call a bussines. You fix ur mistake. Its a one star for me.

I revisited again on 09/19 and they where fabulous as always. The manager, I think his name was James. He even educated me, on how the coolant exchange I added to my oil change service, of how it functions with the cooling of the engine. 💯💯💯💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Friendly, fast, had a special but somehow the 24.99 special turned to 59.00 but idk I did get new air filter....so... but hey nice quick, knowledgeable, and if you just get the basic it would be 24.99 plus tax I would assume.

This place is horrible they racially profiled me because I was black they assumed I couldnt pay for my things and when I got home my car was missing pieces and I opened my hood and it was smokin

I went through Take 5 for the first time this morning before work (they open at 7) and I couldnt be more impressed by the professionalism and kind employees that were working. James, the manager, and his coworker Shane made sure I was taken care of and offered all of the services they have while I was there. James explained all of the oils in a professional and timely manner, checked both filters for me & made sure I didnt need anything else. He even offered me a bottle of water for the road. Shane refilled my oil and cleaned my windshield for me while I waited on the receipt. I WILL be back and recommend them to friends and family in the area!!

Honestly, the first time I came here, I had a pretty good experience. I went again but it was nothing like the previous time. The worker I spoke to was so rude for no reason. He said my oil stick was broken and blamed the previous person who worked on my car, but nobody has opened my hood since the last oil change at this location???? I usually dont write reviews but bruh the guys attitude just pisses me off every time I think about it.

Took way to long when not being busy.Noticed spots of oil in my driveway. Another oil change place tightened the oil filter. No problems since. Not going back or recommending them.

I waited 25mins before they started to put me in their system. Then they tried to give me the wrong oil for my car. When I said what wt it takes they dont have it. A very common wt. He wanted to put the wrong one in so I didnt get an oil change.

I sent my son there to get a oil change and when he came back to the house I was unable to raise my hood, so when I called and talked to the manager he told me they dont fix things like that and I asked so yall dont fix what you messed up and he told me that I need to take it to my mechanic, I asked for the corporate number and was told that he handled my problem. So No I wont be referring NOONE to this place. Although it is around the corner from my house they still wont get my business or my family business anymore. Buy if they were professional like they say they are, then they would fix my car hood.

I went there today and my 2016 Toyota 4Runner, and they ended up losing 2 bolts to the skid plate and it took them over an hour to service, the vehicle just in oil change I was very disappointed in their service so at the end of the day I didn’t get reimbursed, and it ended up costing me $20 because now I have to buy new bolts for the skid plate I would not recommend this place just one man’s opinion workers did not know how .To takeoff the skid plate
