Great service! My air conditioning was leaking and they were able to replace the hose and recharge my entire system as quick as they could so I could get back on the road! The owner was who helped me and made sure I had the best quality job done! I highly recommend going here for any of your vehicles service needs! Thank y’all so very much!

We have been using Cypress since 2009. Always friendly and professional. They have taken care of all of our vehicles over the years.

The door and google says they are open till 6 pm. I arrived at 5:28 the was closing the door and said they close at 5:30. I said to the manager the door says 6. He looks at me and said it’s wrong. We are closed. Will not be back with service like that.

My wife and I love taking our vehicles here. Always a great atmosphere and Big A always takes good care of us. Appreciate that they take the time to vacuum and clean our windshield. We’ve also used their automotive shop in the back and they have done a great job with our cars. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone to service your vehicle.

Took truck in for starter issue. Cypress lube said it was starter fuse. They my checked my battery and everything else. They said it was all good. Cypress lube replaced my starter fuse. Truck would crank. This was may 18. Truck wouldnt start today. I called them back. Francise told me yea it seemed like your battery was drained when we got finished. Apparently they didnt check it post fuse installation. I took my business else where . I will never use them again. it like they spin the wheel and decide what to fix. Not very competent work done at cypress lube. If I could put 0 stars I would.

No masks, including service tech and manager. Big sign on window, you have to wear a mask to come intotheir place of business. When asked they said it wasn’t necessary for them to wear masks if six feet away while they were two feet away. Used them for 15 years, no more.

Great place to get your oil changed! Nice crew except for Frances. She is rude...not her first time. Came in today didnt speak and started slamming things in the sink to the point my ears started ringing and I got up and went outside. I dont appreciate being watched to make sure I pay for services rendered. I bring two vehicles to this establishment and Im very capable of paying for services that I request...cash or credit!!!😡😡😡 Thank Frances for the three stars because it should have been five.

We stop here any time we need our oils changed or something needs to be checked on. They always take care of us quickly and efficiently. The staff is great and go above and beyond.

These guys will take great care of you. Theyre pretty quick with an oil change, but not so fast that makes you question what they actually did like most Express places. Theyll also fill up all your other fluids and check everything else out while theyre under the hood.

While their service was fast and everyone was very friendly, I would have to agree with the other reviewer who commented about the $45.99 basic No Frills oil change. I was charged an additional $8.48 for their house Pennzoil, presumably because I went over the 5-quart limit by 1.5 quarts. They only washed the front windshield and they did that with a squeegee which left drips and lines. They were good enough to install the new air filter that I already had, but that still makes it difficult to feel good about the price!

I called for a quote to have brake shoes replaced on my 2004 Chevy. Silverado. They quoted me at 700.00 dollars. You can purchase the pads for 90. Dollars at O’Rileys.

Fast service, no fast talking, they give you want you want and get you in and out. Showed me the air filter and suggested I not change it, vacuum the car, checked and filled fluids and washed the windows. I will be back.

While the service was good, $49.95 for a basic no frills oil change is a bit much in my opinion. Gee, might as well have went to a dealer.

Said my Turbo was blown out and it wasnt.Was ready to charge me $400 to SEND it off to a friends shop that rebuild turbos.
