Well it seemed like they were excellent...I spent $330...oil change (Diesel), new wiper blades, new air filter, new fuel filter....however they marked that I had washer fluid added...nope no washer fluid..now I gotta go down to Wal-mart and get washer fluid and put it in...seems like a small complaint but...$330 🤷‍♀️

I got my car inspected here. The gentlemen working at the time were very polite, helpful, and understanding as it was my first time getting my car inspected. They were very professional. The inspection was quick and easy and I was done within 15 minutes. I also called beforehand to see what the wait time would be like and the woman who answered the phone was extremely polite and helpful as well.

I needed my oil changed and I googled what was close to me and Im familiar with Valvoline oil change. They were very friendly and on point with everything Ill be going back when its time to get my oil changed again.

First time there, but employees are not professional. After making this post on Monday oil light and check engine light came on so Im back here today my mom came yesterday they claim it has nothing to do with what oil they put in this car this is a 2017 Ford Focus I know myself it uses synthetic but the smart people here at Valvoline on Airline Drive says it uses conventional oil. Motor ticking and and have very low compression but they claim it has nothing to do with them never again will I use this place if it werent for my mom I wouldnt have come here to begin with

I will drive an hour to get my oil changed here again. They found an issue my normal oil change place was creating and got me all fixed up! I had a great experience, everyone was so friendly and seemed to be enjoying their jobs.

Trevor walked up to my car and automatically asked me to open my door then began checking my tire pressure. After waiting to get an inspection sticker 30 minutes, I finally pulled up to the bay for Austin to ask me what did I need help with today. Which is what Trevor should have done. After telling him I just needed an inspection sticker Austin quickly glanced at Trevor and then began to tell me sorry to have me wait that long but they are all out of inspection stickers for the month of February. Trevor then says “ oh my bad, I ASSUMED she wanted an oil change. How do you assume ? You guys provide more than just oil changes. This was a real inconvenience. You guys should train your employees to not just assume and actually see what your customers are here for. I could have spared 30 minutes. Thanks for nothing !!

I have gotten my oil changed three times with valvoline. Each time, the employees are very pleasant and work fast. Best experience getting my oil changed!

These people lie. They didnt have the right kind of oil for my truck. They told me they would change it for $20 if I brought the oil in and provided it myself.... when I looked at my receipt they had charged me the regular price. When I brought it to their attention they would not take it off my card but told me they would do it for that price next time.... like I would bring any of my vehicles back here... fool me once shame on u ... fool me twice... shame on me

Alex, The Manager gave impeccable Star Stella service from the heart! He changed the filter in my glove compartment that had not been touched! I have had several oil changes, and no one offered to change this part! I will be sending friends and family to this business! I feel like he has customers best interest at heart! #Angel

They do a good job. But the price of the oil change. 91 dollars. Just full synthetic oil change. Im going to half to start doing my own. I figured out I can do my own for about. 45.00

A guy named Austin that works there was very friendly and very helpful

Beware! I went in for an inspection and renewal sticker and they take my $20 before fully inspecting my vehicle. Tell me that my lights dont work and they can replace the bulbs for me. When I decided to go somewhere else to buy my bulbs they tell me they cant give me back my money and they will have to take my current sticker off which didnt expire for almost two months. They ripped me off and wanted to force me to either drive away with no inspection sticker or buy their products.

These guys are friendly and polite and service your vehicle quickly and thoroughly

It was busy and we had to wait, but no one was sitting on their butt. When it was our turn the folks were fast and yet courteous. Very professional. Checked my tire pressure, asked about air filters, and had me on my way. Nice job guys and girls.

This is the Valvoline to go to. A great bunch of guys whom are very courteous and friendly. Ask for John the manager and hell treat you right.

I was told I “needed” a new cabin air filter and they could give me 15% off the oil change AND the filter. When I went to pay he said only the manager could do 15% off the oil change that but that he could give me 25% off the air filter when he clearly told me it would be 15% off everything. So basically I got $10 off instead of the $22 I thought I was getting.... just be honest.....

Austin & Mr Rob were very informative on recommending proper tire inflation, air filter, & higher mileage fuel. I also needed a tire plugged & they gave me a local recommendation, but I will still continue to have oil changes & tires done here.

I went in for a quick inspection, and that’s just what they gave me. The service was great, and the gentleman that serviced me was extremely kind and efficient! Ask for John.

Came in for an inspection sticker and they were out of the month that I needed so they gave me one for the month before. I was promised if I came back in they would give me the next months sticker. It was a lie and there was no mention of having to have the same vehicle in that time frame. Overall very poor customer service and a waste of time. I won’t be returning to this location.

Alex, the manager, is without a doubt one of the best managers and employees I ever had the pleasure of meeting.I always. One here for my oil and other needs, and I will continue to do so.

Went in for a oil change and there were multiple cars being serviced and employees werent sure if they had enough oil for my car; after running around for a few minutes they found a literal bucket of the correct type. After watching them run around in a panic over that I was ready to drive off and find another place but stayed since I was already there - a mistake. The very next day a part of the underbody engine cover began dragging on the road because a screw and a bolt were not replaced, and according to the dealership, Valvoline didnt even bother changing the oil filter when they changed the oil. Will make sure to avoid all Valvoline oil change places in the future.

I went for an inspection on my Harley. Nice people, were pretty busy, but got to me quick. I wasnt there maybe 15 minutes.

I will NEVER go here for an oil change EVER again! The Manager Jarrell is completely unprofessional and extremely rude. He did a horrible job on my car. When I confronted him about it he acted like it wasnt a big and continued to be rude. I didnt realize it was that hard to have common courtesy. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars.
