I had my oil changed here during the pandemic they had me stay in my car during the service the next day I drove out of town to break down because they obviously didn’t put enough oil or didn’t replace the plug correctly it threw a rod. I paid 10,000 for this car now after Keils Garage inspected the car they want 8,000 for repairs!!! No stars and I had to suffer heat exhaustion and hotel stay with sick people costly to wait on AAA and now I have no car!!

WOW. NIGHT & Day difference between my most recent visit & prior oil change experiences. The new team is spot on. All three men I worked with were exemplary. I admit I yanked their chain a bit, to see if they went from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde type behavior. I did this because my prior visit had caused me serious concerns about their professionalism and honesty. I was very pleased with their behavior, self-control, verbal responses, body language and attention to detail. The work was excellent & they let me micro-manage the activities, aside from actually doing it with my hands. I WILL go back to this Airline Drive location. Great price for a FULL synthetic oil change & a good filter (not a BLEND, like you receive at most shops). My hat goes off to you men, for doing a very nice job erasing my all my former concerns. I am glad theres been a change in management. It was sorely needed, in my opinion.

Fast, friendly, and informative!! Had been going to Valvoline every 3000 miles but was informed I only had to go every 5000 with the type of oil I always get.. Valvoline wasnt going to say anything- plus Valvoline had apparently broken two screws underneath my car that they also failed to mention😒 will NEVER go back there and this will be my new go to please!! Excellent service here- 5 Stars!!

Wow, great service, oil change, fluids checked and filled, windshield cleaned, tire pressure check, all in 12 minutes. The General manager Wesley was awesome, he kept me up on where they were in the process, advised of any observations or concerns, gave me all of my options.All that for less than $30. Why would anyone want the big box store, when you can get personalized service at big box store prices. Give Wesley a call at Redline Express Lube on Airline, Bossier City, La. you will be glad you did.

I brought my truck brand new out of Texas, Im a veteran with a disability therefore the only time my hood ever gotten raised were by the workers at this shop. I have been going to this shop for 2 years prior to this incident and always left happy but on this occasion, my hood release was broken and when I called and explain what happened the general manager told me that he would contact the owner and call me back at 3 pm, he never did so be caution if something happens to your vehical while being at this shop you will not receive any help to resolve the issue that they caused.
