Got my oil changed. Nice quick friendly staff. Go to Costco gas and look down oil dripping everywhere. Okay they didn’t clean my skid plate. No big deal it happens. Go right back and ask them to clean and they apparently did try very hard. I wake up this morning go out and have a 6” oil stain on my drive way now. Cleaning up after an oil change is not hard. Especially the second time when a customer brings it back.

By far fastest oil change in the area and Ive been to 3 around bonney lake so far. No appointment so if its last minute this is your place. Go early or late though

Where do I start. Took my truck in Jan of 21. Had a issue with some oil that leaked on my new driveway because they didnt clean the oil from the crossmember they said. They did come out and clean that oil up. Then took in my wifes Ford Escape in on 4/16/21 on a Friday. The following Monday she drove it to north Seattle so far so good. BUT on Tuesday was leaving the house and got three blocks from the house and the oil light came on. Drove it straight back and parked it in the garage. I called and they sent someone over to check it out. It turned out that the oil filter was about all the way off due to the wrong one was put on. Most of the oil was on the street. Ill give them this they took care of the problem fast and cleaned up the oil in the garage and driveway. Hopefully theres no internal damage. Time will tell.

The person at the computer and taking payment was rude and laughed when they mumbled information and I couldnt understand what they were saying. Otherwise fast and easy.

Waited 10-15min behind one other customer until I could pull in the garage. Probably another 10-15 for the work. All work done while you are still in your vehicle. Friendly and thorough staff. Seemed like everything was managed very well. Recommended

Very quick, professional and did a great job!

We went here on 10/17/2020. My husband usually changes the oil himself. I talked him into paying to have it done. Big mistake. They overfilled the oil and charged us for the extra oil. Plus they said they checked our tire pressure, refilled the windshield wiper fluid, and reset the oil service indicator light. They did not. I reset the indicator myself and Les Schwab refilled the tires. My husband had already topped off the windshield fluid before we went there.Today, my husband went to change the oil himself and he cannot. They over tightened the drain plug and now it will need to be replaced. The technicians were nice, but its not worth the money or the hassle they charged us for all this trouble. We are just thankful that the engine was not harmed with their error. Will not use this place again.

Ive never had a problem here. Professional, courteous staff. Constant communication between the customer, team lead and the team. They even offered to make a run for a headlight from nearby and install.

Fast and efficient! Carson did most of the talking and Tobias along with another helpful gentleman did our oil change. They did a free battery test and checked out lights. Very friendly, funny, great customer service and efficient service.

They n3d to update about how many miles until next oil change. Not 3000 update to 5000 miles.

Total incompetence and never again. Took my Toyota FJ in for an oil change. The technician tried to remove my skid plate and broke off a mount bolt. Said he couldnt do the oil change because he couldnt remove the skid plate. The skid plate does not need to be removed as there is a access hole built into the skid plate just for oil changes. And the oil filter is removed from up top, under the hood. The Toyota maintenance manual and owners manual makes no mention of removing the skid plate and I have changed the oil on this truck enough to know this technician did not know what he was doing. I’ll stick to doing oil changes myself. Now I have to get a broken bolt removed from my under carriage. I cant recommend this place. Terrible first impression.

Very professional team! The way this crew works together is admirable. We went through with both of our cars today and were very impressed both times. This service might have been a little more expensive but you pay for quality. I have total confidence that my cars were well cared for.

As stated before above pricing is not compatible to their competitors AT ALL! $64 just for the oil change on a little 4 cylinder. Wiper replace at $25 PER wiper again on a small car when. I understand markups and labor... But wow! That price doesnt include cleaning the front window or vacuuming the front floors which is pretty standard at most other places.

Very pleased with how friendly, quick, and professional the staff were! Definitely will be coming back. Chris was absolutely trustworthy and knew what he was doing.
