Just 1 hours ago I done oil change for our car 🤯🤕.Synthetic Oil change includes Free Platinum Wash Service, however workers asked more money.I asked clean doors in inside, they asked more $69.99 🤯🤕. We done before same service that was perfect, today so so bad and horrible. We paid more $7 for Rubber Mats, what Included before.I believe what Owner this is Business will love make costumes happy, because Costumes made business. However workers not value job what they have and have chance make money also not respect, not valued clients. In my Business never will be workers who not respect my Clients and my Business.This is people destroy Business and life people. We paid a lot money for our Car’s.I so bad feeling after this is service.So disrespect.

A bit disappointed. Besides friendly staff and a quick turn around I had to clean my rear view and fold down mirrors. I also had to vacuum and wipe down the inside of my center console and under the cup holders. Granted there were a couple items in the console and the cup holder is a bit hidden. If Im paying a good price I expect it to be thorough. The exterior was excellent.

Needed a deep cleaning inside and it was affordable and fast. No appointment and they called when it was done. I will definitely be going back.

I have been coming to Bonita bubbles for years and am blown away each and every time. The manager is always out talking to people and incredibly helpful. With three kids in car seats, everyone is always very patient with me. For the price, you can not beat the job that this team does! They are quick and efficient. My car looks brand new every time.

Been here multiple times and this is definitely the most consistent wash you can find around at a good price. Oil change/wash package is definitely worth it. I live in fort Myers and still drive down here to get my car washed

Bonita Bubbles is the go-to place for full service car washes. They do an awesome job of dusting and vacuuming the interior and the car wash does a great job too. At the end, they hand towel dry the car. There is a tiered menu (full service wash, Silver package, Gold package, etc.) so you can get whatever combination of services you want. They also offer detailing packages, but no reservations for this...first come, first serve. The oil change is convenient. Oil changes are a little expensive, but includes the platinum wash package. Theres also a window tinting service, Distinctive Window Tinting. Ive had several cars tinted by this company over the years, and they are awesome. Never had one bubble or peel on me! Highly recommended place.

Well, well, and just as I motivate to clean up house and car after a year of waiting for some light at the end of a tunnel with this covid scourge tossing and lambasting me and everyone else. I took the ole Chrysler in for a platinum wash at the trusty, many times over, great provider of a car washing service. Been a customer for well over 10 years scarcely a complaint from me at this place. 2 days ago paid just under 30.00 for a f...... wash and they didnt even wipe down dash or instruments panel and then one of the door frame and window due to complexity of child lock mechanism I suppose. Just didnt really inspect closely till home. Or would of notified management. I never had to in the past. But what a utter waste of $30.00. Just felt kinda beat up about it. Particularly because its been over a year since I have taken it to be cleaned. Make the effort to better myself and perhaps help support the small army of workers at this location. Well, see where that got me.......No pictures taken dont need em. My word is good enough in regards to this establishment. Giving a 2 star instead of 1 due to long history of excellence Bonita Bubbles has given me over the many years past. Cut them a break in that regard but just beaten on price and quality of service last Thursday. Absolutely disappointed to say the least......

We like this car wash and lubes spot. I gave one less star because I feel that the clean could be a bit more thorough and because the last time I the oil changed, it was not closed back up properly underneath so I had a leak. There are oil spots on my driveway now and I had to pay to get my car looked at. I understand that could happen anywhere and it was likely an accident caused by rushing (they are always super busy) but it was an inconvenience and it cost me money.

Got water in my computer under seat during detailing, caused a lot of damage to my Mercedes and did not help.

I love this place to get my car washed and to get my interior cleaned. They take great care of my car and are honest about what they can and cant do. The staff are great people and are very honest!!!! And, do a Great Job!!!

The windows were not cleaned. They were smeared. I had to redo them. Everything else was good.

Good for the price. Didn’t wipe down my dash and there was still some sand on it, but overall I was happy. They work quickly and provide comfortable place to wait.

Tony and Josh were amazing, I wasn’t satisfied with just the vacuum so they recommended a shampoo treatment on my carpet and it looked amazing! Tony made sure to go out of his way just to make sure I was satisfied with my car I never write reviews but I definitely felt that they deserve this one! Always have something missing from my car

Avoid Bonita Bubbles Car Wash & Lube. My husband took my Subaru to Bubbles for a car wash. My car came out of the wash missing the drivers side view mirror which had been pulled off during the wash. The manager refused to take responsibility for the damage and claimed it was damaged when it came in which was not true! He was rude and a jerk. I have since found out from other sources that this place has a history of damaging cars and taking no responsibility. Avoid this business!

Best car wash I ever have was my vehicles

After using this place for years, apparently new staff is not up to par. After damaging to a piece of the consul in my vehicle spending 3 1/2 hours fixing it, the manager was very argumentative, but finally gave me a few free cards to revisit. When I went back all they did was wash the exterior of my truck. I paid for a platinum wash. They did not wipe down the Dash consul vacuum seats, any of that. Then the manager proceeded to tell me that I needed to get a super clean interior detail. After checking the website it occurred to me that the platinum wash does include all of the previously mentioned task. I was blatantly lied to. On top of that now I have two new scratches in my window tint. Brand new truck. The lack of attention to detail and professionalism at this place is definitely substandard. Even with two more free washes, I will never be using Bonita bubbles again.

Fast service and the car looks and smells new. Windows are so clean, hub caps polished and shiny, interior very clean also.

Thursday October 22nd 2020Terrible service! I gave them 2 separate chances recently. Even after talking with the managers Alex and Tony, they dropped the ball. If your car is already clean, I bet they do a great job.My 2020 truck with 3000 miles had regular road dirt, but the running boards cant get cleaned according to them. I had to leave bubbles and finish the wash myself. Looks brand new again. They do the bare minimum. I try to add on extra services and willingly pay to get the job done and its still not proper. Id be happy to pay additional money but no running board add on is available. 10 year customer saying goodbye.

For a $30 car wash, definitely not worth it. I got into my car and the Sears hadn’t been wiped down, the dash was dusty and the center console was still dirty. Disappointed to say the least.

I paid 30. With chips and I got my car beck duty inside and I went to complain because they did not wiped inside the car they said I have to pay another 4 dollars. I talk to the manager and he said they don’t do inside. I never had a car wash would wash your car without clean inside.I will never coming back at this place again.Poor customer service.Tô bad you lost a good costumer.

Been coming here for many years. Car wash is always speedy and well done. Recently I went to have my oil changed and Eric was very helpful. Went over all my options with me and told me how much everything would cost ahead of time. Oil changes are always done quickly but thoroughly. It is so much better and less expensive than having to book an appointment at a dealership. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Just left here and for the second time they didn’t apply the correct wash/wax polish that came with the Platinum wash. They think people don’t notice but I made sure to check this time watching my car come through. I asked for a manager and for a refund and all was offered was to send the car through again. I came here all the time for oil changes, but that will be my last time here. Very poor customer service when you confront them about not getting what you paid for.

They do a great job cleaning the car inside and out.

I took my Chevy Cruze through here for an interior detailing for my cloth seats and everything else.. I had a few stains that didn’t really come out, but the seats looked super faded and their cleaning make them pop a lot more now. My dashboard and every other part of the interior looks stunning and shiny. The package came with a platinum wash which was $54.99 something including the interior which is a great deal in my opinion.. They don’t advertise the seat cleaning package (another $50) but just ask for it, it’s worth it! I’m grateful the stains are much more faded now and that’s all that matters. Took about an hour and looks great! Thanks Bonita Bubbles 😁

Very disappointed, we pay 26 dollars for a car wash and the car looks dirty as we brought it, they didnt vacuum in between the seats,we pay 4 dollars extra for the mats to be cleaned and they didnt clean the one on the back. When I called the lady on the phone didnt want to transfer to a manager and just offered a free vacuum, but the car on the outside still as dirty as we brought it.So sad in this times when money tigh, you have to choose better where to expend your dollar.

I recently started getting my car washed here and the experience has been great! They are a well-oiled machine. The car washes are reasonably priced and even when there are a lot of people in line, everything moves quickly.The inside area where you pay has drinks and comfortable chairs to sit in while you wait. I was even able to schedule an appointment to have my windows tinted at another business thats inside the building while I was waiting for my car to go through the wash.Beyond the creature comforts, my car always looks great when they are done!

Been here 2-3 times and each time they do one thing great and one thing not so great. The first hand wax I paid for, there was wax all over my windshield when I left but the interior was done well. This time, the dash was half wiped but the wax was done great. Not sure I’ll be back. Was hoping to get what I paid for at $60 a cleaning... or maybe I did?

I have gone to BBCW many times and in the past been pleased. Today, not at all. I paid for the $24.00 wash. The exterior was ok, the interior did not look like they touched any of it.Don’t think I will be going back :-(

Went for the first time, we got an exterior and interior wash everything was clean and spotless until we checked the interior and noticed they used an oil cleaner for the leather in the car and the dashboard. Everything was oily, we had to wipe down the interior again to remove the extra oils on the dashboard and doors.

16.00 for what ! Went there today and my car sat outside for 20 minutes while all others were dried. Went inside the girl said because we had some rain come through. However, the rain passed quickly and they dried the other 3 next to mine. I left to come home and do your job for your. Enjoy the 16.00 you screwed me out iof . Never again!!!!

A well run automated car wash with individuals who clean the interior and hand dry the car. A very reasonable price with Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday being a $2 off senior special on car wash. Ive always been satisfied with the results. A nice indoor waiting area as well as outdoor shaded area with putting green while you wait

Have always had a good experience here, mainly with the car wash. I write, however, to applaud Jay in the Oil Change & Lube side of Bonita Bubbles. He diagnosed a cracked engine mount in my moms car and was able to get the part immediately when we requested it be repaired all for under $100. They also give you a free car wash when you get your oil changed there. Nice that you can also practice your putting while you wait.

I paid for an inside and out wash. They did not clean the floor mats or vacume. Wayer spots on my windows. No fragrance. Very bad job. Wont he back.

Been there a few times and always get the interior super clean which is over $50. Its supposed to include nooks and crannies and they usually warn that the service can take up to 45 minutes since they are doing more than a standard car wash. After trying this place over four times I am extremely disappointed in how my car always comes out.Just got a service done today and the inside of my car was not wiped down, there was still sand on my floors, they didnt vacuum my trunk, my wheels were not wiped down or polished and still looked very dirty and there were so many water spots on my outside rear view mirrors. I will not be going back and I will warn those I know not to go here.

Honestly, Ive been holding off to write a review because I didnt want even more people finding out about it... However, they have gone so far above and beyond for me that I am obliged to let the cat out of the bag.First off, they are an amazing car wash. You will see a full range of high-end luxury cars going through this place because people trust them to do an excellent job. The car comes out clean and they hand-dry it to prevent spotting.I recently purchased a brand-new BMW. With 300 miles on the odometer, there was a freak incident where the fuel door was torn off in the car wash and the latch broken. I want to emphasize that this was not an every day occurrence - there are cameras in the wash that show it was just a freak accident. I was not pleased, but the manager, Tony, made this right for me. Despite the exorbitant cost of repair and replacement by the BMW dealer, when my car was finished, Tony paid for it.So, this is the place to go if you want a clean car and excellent, responsive service. Make sure you tell them at the cash register to add a tip if youre paying with a credit card - they deserve it.

This is my go to place for a quick and full car wash. Have tried many of the others (from Naples to fort Myers) but Bonita bubbles is the best.Its full service so your mileage will vary depending on what youre looking for, but their basic wash is very fast and thorough (full hand vacuum, wipe down and cleaning of all dash, and hand drying) and when paired with an oil change is a fantastic deal overall.Outside of doing it yourself doesnt get better and cant beat the service or price.

Friendly and accomidating

I drive 20 minutes from my home to this fantastic car wash even though there are some much closer. This is a small business owner who is hands on and has a truly committed hard working group of employees. The long line of cars many times could be a turn off but the great teamwork makes a persons wait go by quickly and the job has never been for me anything but 5 star. I would entrust any vehicle, no matter the cost, to their care. Seems to me more of the hundreds of satisfied customers should weigh in with comments to offset the negative reviews that in my opinion must surely be representative of the minority.

Marco and the guys are great! Went in for an oil change because engine light was on. After oil change, light was still on. They did a diagnostic, popped open the hood and found a disconnected cable under a cover. Fixed the problem! Saved me a bunch of time and money without having to go to a mechanic. Thanks!!

Love this place I take my Nissan Armada into this shop and get an oil change for $40 and then a free Platinum car wash which is normally $25.00. It’s an unbelievable deal! And the oil change folks don’t pressure you to buy unnecessary stuff which is refreshing! Highly recommend for both the oil change services and for the great car wash

Excellent service. A little pricey for car washes but its hand dry service. I had an oil change and find their prices comparable to Jiffy Lube or Valvoline and they include a free car wash which was a nice bonus. Staff was very friendly. Cut little gift shop inside too.

Great value, quality and service! I added on to the car wash with the nooks and crannies add on, spent $56 and my car looked brand new! They took their time on it and really did a great job! I think I found my new favorite car wash.
