Update: In my first review I stated that I was aware of which bays have the highest pressure, they now all have high pressure.Came in on a Saturday to wash my car like I have been for five years. As a five year customer I am fully aware of what bay has the strongest pressure. At 11:40a.m. every bay full, I pull behind a man, later identified as Ricardo (an employee), washing his truck in the last bay. I am waiting for him to finish and when he does he places an orange cone behind his vehicle. I asked if this bay was now closed and he said yes. He proceeded to use a gas powered blower to dry his vehicle, which is supposed to be used to clean the lot. I could not believe the ignorance of this employee. Customers come first. While all bays were full I saw three cars leave without washing, you are losing business because of this behavior.

Great car wash! When I had an issue and called the owner Craig, he helped me out right away and was extremely professional. Would totally recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The automatic car wash hit the back of the vehicle repeatedly causing the back door to no longer open, dented the back door and broke the taillights. The owner Craig said he would pay for the damages and in the end didn’t pay for anything…

Best carwash in bonita springs. $14 for the works. Vacuums always work well. Most days there is an attendant working there.

Very decent diy car wash. Great power on the power washers. Ok on the air dryers, which is good because last time i was here they barely worked. The bays take credit/debit cards. Only 5 bays, was super busy at 12 on a Saturday. Some of the knobs and equipment need some updating, but overall much better than what it used to be.

Best do it yourself car wash in a 20 mile radius! Soap and pressure are on point!

Ive been washing my car here for over 10 years. The place is always clean and the associates are friendly and helpful. I love the automatic machine and use it at least once a week. It is by far the best one Ive ever used. Prices are very reasonable and on the rare occasion that there is a problem with a piece of equipment, the owner bends over backwards to make it right.

Mike helped me with my wash!! I came here and used the self service and I must’ve been doing it wrong lol but he assured me he would take care of it and gave me a free wash in the automatic wash! I will definitely be coming here again!

First stall I tried the rinse option was broke, second stall I tried the dry option was broke. Wasted $4

So I wash my car yesterday and it was pretty dirty had a lot of pollen on it I used the automatic car wash and its seen to do a very good job I look like I went for the 12 $10 Car Wash I was going to go for the more expensive one but for some reason it wouldnt accept my debit cardso I ended up using 10 hours LOL and I got the $10 wash and it did a very good job thank you Bonita car wash

When I used my credit card in the self wash it ended up costing me $14 because it didnt have any directions on how long it would go or how much it would cost and all I done was spray soap wash and rinse and it didnt beep with a timer or ask if I wanted to go longer so it was very confusing and I didnt expect it to cost that much so I will not use credit here again or probably will not use again.

I have more water pressure at my house. I spent 6 bucks trying to wash the bugs off my grill and ended up going home to do it. The lowest pressure car wash Ive ever seen.

I am sorry to have to give them only 2 stars.. they have always been my go to place but this time, the service was off. The inside of my car was terrible.. couldnt even tell that they had cleaned it.

I put a $20 in the change machine and got nothing in return. There’s no one to contact either.

WARNING!!! Do not use this car wash! The automatic car wash DAMAGED my car. My vehicle did not have a scratch on it until this car wash. I notified them immediately. The owner Craig gave me the run around for a week before telling me he will not pay for the damage his car wash caused. I will post photos and warnings with hope that no one else will have to experience this unfortunate situation.

Excellent excellent excellent customer service! after some rough experiences with unkindness while visiting Bonita springs, I think we met the nicest man in this town! I was getting the car washed, and the automatic part of the car wash center kept stalling. He restartedit and then ended up hand washing my vehicle. And then he absolutely refused to take a tip! Absolutely outstanding service! I only wish I had caught the employees name!

Nice place. Has everything you need (has one of those air shammies) and its clean. Takes debit /credit cards which is nice so you dont have to listen for the bell the whole time. Did a great job at getting the car clean. I drive for a living and having a clean vehicle for a decent price is worth finding

My car was dirty, and I needed a high power wash to get it clean... Had been a few weeks. This was close to home, on the way home, and somewhat affordable. Washed the car for $3.00. Place was busy, too. They have a change machine and a couple of bays that accept credit card. That is a nice touch in a now seemingly cashless society. If I need my car washed again anytime soon, and I dont want to do it at home, I would come here.
