I only use the self service spray wash area for a quick spray down. Not too bad if you need a quick spray off. Looks like they did a couple updates and replaced worn out items and looks like better soap spray. Overall pretty happy with what it is. Bring a towel if youre using the self serve area.

Great value and very friendly. The car looks nice, but the customer service is what will make me come back again. The owner was even nice enough to give my daughter a free ice cream on a hot day.

No frills Carwash, with friendly, cordial staff. Was pleased with the exterior service however the tire shine and dashboard dressing was not as thorough as it could have been. The dashboard corners and edges did not have the dressing applied, and tire shine was barely visible. The interior vacuuming was complete and thorough. Overall a GREAT value for the price, and would wash there again, however would most likely apply and dress the dash on my own.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Left trash in my car and didn’t vacuum under my seats. Broke a small piece off my door to my trunk of my brand new car and refused to fix it. Save your self the time and energy and go down the road to Bonita bubbles, they are excellent!

BEWARE Hostile Employee. The place did a fantastic job cleaning my car. Except I have a push start and left the car wash but they never gave me my keys back. Went back 5 minutes later to ask for my keys and told the individual who takes your order at the entrance to please get them for me. He came back and said he didn’t have them. Then asked another employee at exit station for the car to please check. He couldn’t find them either. Him and I then walked back to the entrance station to ask again. The one employee who was vacuuming the car proceeded to start screaming at me we don’t have them. Not once but 6 times at a very high volume as if he was offended I asked for my keys back. Then the employee from the exit station look on the table and found my keys. No apology except from the young man from the exit station who by the way did an excellent job on polishing.It is a shame, because they do such good work. But I wouldn’t want anyone to be exposed to this type of treatment.

Surprisingly a wonderful auto car wash. It did a properly decent job with my Tesla Model 3. Very satisfied and a good price to boot.

I will shake out sand from my mats after they tortured my car for 1 hour. One hour for their “works” for $24.99. I will wipe off my panels again with clean microfiber rug. I don’t understand how this business can do this to people. Terrible.

We had a great conversation and the entire staff is courteous and friendly! I wouldnt take my car anyplace else! My car came out great! I went there today and the service was awesome and fast.

Paid for a full service wash inside out, plus bug removal (extra$$) and rims. Car came back looking like a $6 drive thru wash and self-service free vacuum. I had to ask to have the bugs removed after they were done, had to have the whole car vacuumed again. They told me since I had things in the trunk they didn’t touch it. Rims dirty. The daughter of the owner is very nice but the cleaning crew isn’t.

After picking up our 2001 porsche911 that was detailed by the knowledgeable staff at Super SudsBonita location you would think it was a brand new car!!! I always wash my SUV there but never thought of detailing Porsche at a car wash. I had a can of Coke explode on my brand new light gray seat. I was ready to replace the seat and thought I would give having it cleaned a try. For $60 They detailed the entire car! It looks just like it did when I bought it! Stain??? What stain?? I am a customer for life!!!

The self wash is the best in town and even has marine flush! Makes cleaning the boat a quick and easy process with a spotless finish!

I bought the full package plus bug removal, as I just went in a short trip a week prior. The paint was chipped on the hood and bugs still there. I was told I waited to long and the only way to get them off was to take off the paint. What? The steering wheel was still dirty and the upholstery cleaning makes my back seat look like I spilled a shake on it. So disappointed. I came home and got a bucket of soapy water and cleaned the steering wheel, took the bugs off the hood and now have to take it into the dealership to fix the upholstery. I wont be back.

I visited the self wash bay on Sunday when I realized I didnt have the correct change. One of the employees graciously got the change for me when I didnt want to unstrap and wag my young grandchildren with me to another building for change.The car wash itself was mechanically sound and handled the issues with my vehicle very well. I have been to other car washes on the coast where sand and grit were in the water; however, that was not the case at all Super Suds. I was pleased with their service and the staff, and I will definitely return.

I know good car washes and this place is very, very good. I ordered the full works. They did a great job of vacuuming and cleaning the inside, washing the outside and putting the tire shine on- so why 4 and not 5 stars? Because they had only two employees drying the outcoming cars- clearly not enough when you add in the applying of tire shine. There was a crowd of people waiting. When I pointed out a spot on the side of the car that had some stains, the woman said get wax job. Thanks. I picked up a rag and rubbed the spots out. If you live in the area consider getting an annual pass, its a good deal.

Went on a Sunday morning right when they opened. Only waited for a few cars in front of me. Got the Whole 9 Yards for $29 and they did everything, pretty quick. They were VERY friendly! The woman inside gave me a little discount since I was new to the area. I needed air in my tires and they filled them up for free as soon as my car was finished! Definitely recommend!!!

Stay away from this place.Bad management. Owner wont take responsibility of damage their employees did To my car. He kept saying he was waiting for the approval on his insurance but than ignore my calls and got aggressive. Jonathan his son claimed he didnt work there anymore while was a manager there when this happened.It ended up costing me 600 dollars deductible from my insurance.Hope karma will get them and he will go out if bussines soon.

We spend the winter months in Naples, so I opted for their one price, unlimited washes program at $35, the wash is terrific. However, there is a tremendous amount of disorganization in the help and their understanding of which service I am supposed to receive. The plan I chose is for the full wash, wax, Rain-X, etc [exception being the interior vacuuming and windows inside], about 30% of the time I end up with just a wash, its a great one...but not what I pay for. I highly recommend the program, but just be diligent in watching what you get when you go through.

Went because I had sand that dog hair in my trunk. 20 minutes $17 later I still had sand and dog hair in my truck. tried calling them they either hang up the phone or have a full voicemail answering. Very disappointed.

Never go to this Car Wash. I bought a package, that was quite pricey. It included that the care be cleaned on the inside. When I got into the car it was still dirty, the vacume job was half way done. The console and the dash had not been even wiped down. I went to the man in charge and showed him the inside asking for it to be completed, he told me if I want anymore done I would need to buy the $50.00 package. He refused to have it wipe down. I have been to other car washes in Bonita and always had been satisfied. My suggest DONT USE THIS BUSINESS!

I have a very large truck, I just wish they would have posted or informed me there is an fee for oversized vehicles. Not that $2 is ridiculous but a customer should be told first. Please remember the saying inform before you preform!!!!!

I literally waited in line for a half hour to get my car vacuumed! They had a full two lanes of people waiting and only two people handling all these cars.. I won’t be back!

The car wash is good but they are slow. Problem is they lack the staff to really get a solid start at the beginning.Additionally I usually have to take a damp cloth and touch up places they missed when I get home.But they do get the majority of the road grim off...

This car wash is not our preferred stop, but is clear to where we live. They got standard vehicles, but dont cater to more specialized vehicles. Theyre good if youve got a standard vehicle and arent too picky.

I had just cleaned the inside of my windshield and when I left and drove into the sun the windshield was smeared like the person had wheel shine on her cleaning rag. Very disappointing. I had to clean it all over again. I just signed up for the $35 unlimited exterior only service and am now second guessing my decision. The only thing super suds is providing is a service and it isnt doing that. Providing A redo puts the burden on the customer.

Had my door dinged twice here, majority of workers do not speak a lick of English. Older lady that works at counter can have good or bad day, although majority of time she is disrespectful. Give one star because Owners son who i guess is the General Manager does not take customer service serious. I have called numerous times and left voicemails but nobody had the audacity to call back. Enough said other then it is just poorly managed place. I believe it would be a great place under new ownership. Ready to sell, let me know.
