Drove my vintage car there last June for an estimate and was pleased with my visit. Returning from vacation, I took the car there for the work this month, and was very pleased with the work.The original owner of a 1976 BMW 2002, I am intimately knowledgeable and protective of this car. I gave them an OEM front nose panel to use, and we agreed that they would cut and weld in what they needed, instead of replacing the entire front nose. The result is beautiful, the paint match excellent, and the job was delivered on time.If you have a vintage and/or collector car, don’t hesitate to leave with Kevin. He takes his jobs personally, his front office works hard to interface as needed and get you what you need, and his garage back end is first rate! Got an issue? Go see Kevin.

Took my vehicle in for an estimate and drove away with the vehicle being repaired and at no charge. I thought I was going to need the front bumper trim and fender replaced because of scratches that would not go away no matter what I used. To my surprise the receptionist looked at the vehicle and came back with a squeeze bottle filled with a cream like substance and a microfiber cloth. In a matter of minutes the damage was gone . It was like a magic trick. When I asked for the bill she told me no charge. Many times you read reviews and wonder if they are true. I can attest to the truthfulness of this review because when it happened I pinched myself to see if I was dreaming. I hope I never have to use their services ever again but if I do I will take my car there without hesitation.

First I would like to say a big fat thank you to Kevin for the amazing work! Not only did he fix the car, it was way better than before the accident. Incredible! Awesome communication, great quality, and great customer service. Car wasnt ready by Friday like it was supposed to be. Which was fine because the earliest I could get there was Monday morning. It was ready by 4pm. No big deal, I took a well needed nap. My airbag light wouldnt turn off. Thought it was the battery but the program just had to be relearned. That set me back about an hour. Once again, no big deal because I would have rather that than an airbag not deploying in the event of an accident. Everything went as expected and went way above my expectations. Heres where I get a little upset. I understand that they just do collision work. Its a dirty dusty job. Somehow the inside of my car is covered in what looks to be black dust. I assume from the sanding. It wasnt a little, its alot. I just took a rag to it to get the majority of the debris. I wiped all the scuff marks, no big deal I expected that. Started driving and kept sneezing for my 12 hour drive home. Couldnt figure out why. I thought that maybe one of the staff members had a dog and got some hair in the car. Nope. After 5 hours of sneezing I took the car to the car wash and vacuumed it out thinking that maybe there was just to much dust that I didnt see. Nope. Still kept sneezing. My cabin air filter was full of the same back dust that was all over the inside. How this happened I dont know. What gave it away was my white shirt and glasses were black with that same dust. Not really sure how Im going to all of it out but Ill figure it out. Any way finished the vacuuming and cleaned up the rest of the inside with leather cleaner and a magic eraser for some of the stuff marks during repair. Got to the windows. Paint residue on the inside of the windows. I cant scrub it off and I cant take a razor blade to the spots because of the tinted windows. Like I said, how, I dont know. The lady I picked my car up from was very nice. It was her birthday and it sounded like she was late for her party. I didnt want to bother her with the inside because, well, its her birthday. Long story short I would highly recommend for the body work. Its astounding! I would definitely go back. Wish my interior wasnt a mess, but figured it was worth mentioning.

I took my 1970 Monte Carlo there because it had a scratch on the quarter panel driver side due to the hood hinges being faulty. I received an estimate for $1,533.07 as the total cost in repairs and to replace the hood hinges and have them adjusted. The car was there for two weeks and when it was picked up, the hood was not adjusted, the hinges were still loose, and it was so bad that it scratched the front of the vehicle. On top of that, I was charged additional money than what was agreed upon before the work started. I was not even notified of this extra charge until the bill was to be paid. At this point, the car had more scratches and problems than when it was initially dropped off. I wanted to keep it in the shop while waiting for repairs to be done on the damage that occurred while there but was told I had to bring it home. Every time I had to bring it home there were water spots all over the engine bay and the entire vehicle had to be wiped down. I even provided my own plastic to cover the motor. We were told by his painter/partner that they are not a detail shop but instead a paint shop, however, you would think they would clean after themselves. They kept telling me they were so careful with the car and by the third time there was no satisfaction guaranteed for the money paid so I recommend not bringing your car or classic car for that matter to this site.

I picked up my car today and was impressed by the quality of the repair and the reasonable price. The owner and staff was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

Not knowing who to choose, I took my chances with Jacks Body Shop to repair a ding on the back bumper of my Mercedes SL (parking lot bump on Christmas Eve). I cant be happier. Their price was good, the shop was clean, the people were really nice and the work they did was fantastic!!! I hope I dont need them again, but if I do, I will go to Jacks!!!

I had my Mazda CX-5 scratched on front bumper and the owner Kevin waxed it himself, had the pearl white paint on hand and painted the chipped paint! Looks brand NÉW and he said it’s FREE ! He was thoughtful, professional and felt it took him 5 minutes to fix it so wouldn’t charge me! The shop was clean, the staff so friendly and made sure I was being helped immediately! It’s a Class Act operation and I’ve already recommended them to my neighbors and friends! Very few kind compassionate people out there these days! Thank you Jacks Collision 💥

There was massive miscommunication between the insurance company and this shop and admittedly, myself. The work they did was good but the price was exorbitant. $1,500 to replace a door and paint it to match the vehicle. I would have expected a straight quote for every job before doing it but that was not forthcoming.The people there are friendly but I would most probably not go there again and regret going there in the first place.Edit: It is not enough to just say what work is planned. You must communicate to the customer exactly what it is going to cost. You dont complete the work and then stick them with a number. Thats basic level of professionalism. Otherwise it is a predatory practice. I should note that the insurance company paid another $300+ for this job, making it over $1,800. If I had known its going to be that much, I would have gone elsewhere. The door was functioning fine except it was not responding to the button. Pulling the door handle was opening and closing the sliding door just fine. It was just the button that wasnt working. That wasnt worth nearly 2 grand. I dont think this shop appreciates a value proposition.

Ive had 2 experiences...1st.. because of quality referrals, I had front end damage on my 2019 M4 repaired. They were price competitive, completed the work on time and did an exceptional job of returning the car to a show room look.2nd.. because of the prior experience, I returned with a bumper that had been bruised by another vehicle in a parking lot. With a smile, I was ask to wait while the damage was evaluated. 5 minutes later, my car was returned (no visible damage). They were able to pop the dent out and visibly eliminate the scratches. No only at no charge but with a courtesy vial of BMW matching touch up paint. They refused any offer of money and simply stated that this was the right thing to do... amazing!

I have been to Jacks twice now. Once last year when I backed into a poll and just recently when paint on the front of my 2012 car was chipping away and a headlight lense was turning yellow.Im retired and I vacation in Bonita for 3 months a year, thats only to say I dont live here. I have to say not only did they go above and beyond in each of my visits but they made me feel like they knew me and they really cared. They were very fare about what they charged and went above and beyond what I expected. I wish this team would train other companies on how to run a business and how to treat customers. I highly recommend using them if you need the kinds of services they provide. Homerun!I would add that the front office person I worked with Amanda was the person I spoke with on both visits and she knows how to make a customer feel heard, special and supported.

I had a leak in the cabin of my Silverado. Kevin was knowledgeable and gave me suggestions over the phone. He also looked it over in person when I struggled to find the source. I had very minor damage from road debris that I hit and left a very small dent and scratch. My car is in mint condition and I didnt want to leave it like that, if I could repair it. Collision company the dealer recommended couldnt even give me an estimate for 3 weeks, went to Jacks and Kevin immediately gave me a reasonable estimate and did the work in the the 3 day window he promised for the amount estimated. The work was excellent, its just easier to use a good small shop for the best service and results rather than hassle with a huge national company.

Very personable staff. Were very honest with me about costs and what work had to be done. They were patient with me while I worked through my car insurance, who took a little longer than I wanted. I got an estimate from North Collier Collision and they quoted me $3200, so I went down to Jacks and ended up with a beautiful repair for $2100. Im not sure what the extra thousand was for but theres a reason Jacks has 4.7 stars. I will take any car in need of repair or paint to Jacks 👍👍

It’s a bit pricy, but if you want amazing work done to the point where my car looked brand new again, kept their word finishing when they said they would, and satisfied with everything from start to finish then it’s worth every penny... Kevin and Amanda are easy to talk to and I’ll be going to them whenever I need anything done.

Great shop. They did an awesome (and quick) job repairing the front fascia on our relatively new car. It wasnt a really large job, but they treated it like it was as important as any other project in their shop. Kevin explained the quote and what they were going to do. Amanda did a great job of coordinating the customer contact. Very friendly, honest and customer focused people. Our car came back cleaner than when we dropped it off. No reason to go anywhere else for auto body work.

Look NO FURTHER!! Kevin(the owner)is the BEST!! I had gotten into my very first auto accident in January( unfortunately I had gotten T-Boned). Not to mention my lease had just expired, and I was going to return the vehicle for a newer model!!! I had taken my Black Honda Accord to another shop previously, thinking that I would be taken care of. I have been using Jacks Collision for years and have always been happy with their excellent workmanship. My last visit was to repair a dent on my brand new 2017 Grand Cherokee from Hurricane Irma. They were able to color match the paint perfectly! I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Jacks repainted our 02 Toyota Avalon 4 years ago. Car looked great when I picked it up except for one small area. They promptly (and willingly) took care of that issue. Couldnt tell anything was ever wrong. We do keep the car washed and polished, and the paint looks great today, 4 years later. Found out about them by word of mouth and am glad I got the recommendation.

Got into an accident, randomly picked jacks based off reviews. What can I say, my truck looks brand new again 270k miles on it, jacks has reasonable rates paired with unmatched workmanship. They will do what ever it takes to get your vehicle looking great again, for instance, in my situation the supply company sent a damaged bumper 3 times, jacks was not satisfied and returned it each time till it was right, just to please the customer and give them the 5* service you seldom find in most auto repair shops, they arent just any repair shop. Amanda and Kevin helped me out immensely, meeting every need and question with a professional and precise answer. They handled the insurance company and tow truck drivers when I was out of town. Simply the best auto center youll find.

Their old shop painted some panels some years ago, they painted some other areas that were peeling. 2 years later the area they said they fixed peeled again resulting in having to go to another shop. I have no trust in the employees that Jack hires nor in the prep work that they do. In fact when I picked up my vehicle i witnessed an employee shooting water through a open body hole, almost for fun, (part was removed for painting) It resulted in water entering the interior. Of course they stopped when they saw me. Response from the owner in 3..2..1..

LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEE JACKS!!! I was in a car accident on 3/7 and I was moving across the country in 2.5 weeks! Amanda was SO friendly and SO helpful with everything! I recently bought a 2005 BMW 545i from a friends estate. It had very low mileage but had some body damage. I got a reasonable estimate from Jacks and scheduled the repairs. After agreeing to a price I realized that the paint on the flat surfaces was quite faded and I asked for a new estimate to paint the entire vehicle. They sharpened their pencil and gave me a very reasonable estimate to paint the the BMW and I accepted. Any misgivings that I had about the original purchase evaporated when I saw the paint job. It looked like showroom condition. I realized that I had really made a good deal for myself and once again fell in love with the vehicle. Thank you Jacks!

I was very unhappy with the collision work they did on my car. I had to take my car back several times for different careless mistakes. The last mistake did additional damage to my car. They refused to make good on it. There are plenty of other body shops, with better customer service to go to. I wish I pick one of them instead.

Had multiple issues with the work they did on my car. They seem to rush through the process making several mistakes, over spray, not re-installing pannels correctly. Assembling components back together with missing pieces. Had to take my car back several times! Sadly in the end they refused to resolved all my issues.
