***Beware do not work for this company*** I wish I could put no stars.I was a temp-employee for this is company and I didn’t receive a pay check a few weeks.After I didn’t receive the first check I brought it to the attention of my supervisor and he assured me it was a computer glitch, he seen me clocking in and out on the computer and he assured me it would have it taken care of. Weeks went by and still no check.My last day of work was March 3rd and still nothing. I spoke with someone in the office, she supposably brought it to her manager. The response I got from the office was they couldn’t get in contact with one of the supervisors on the job were I was assigned and they needed to speak with him. How is that my fault. Finally a supervisor contacted me and he gave a another number to contact. I did explained situation I still haven’t heard back from anyone. This has gone in for far too long. I am owed over 100 hours and I’ve accumulated NSF fees on my bank account all because of the company and the lack of paying me.

A place where the people will push to get you working quickly. The experience I had with Clare is unforgettable and she is truly amazing. She got me an opportunity as a temp for a particular project and ended up turning into a career with a great company. I’m very thankful for the opportunity I got through Randstad and working with Clare. Ask for Clare and she will you get you the job, be sure to work hard where she finds a place for you because I know she worked hard to get you there and will do her best to keep you there. God bless

Good agency. Shirley has quickly found work for me and I have a pretty tight schedule availability to work with. The only reason it is not 5 stars is the pay is pretty low. Im hoping they can find a better job for me in the future where my experience can be factored in. It might not be their fault, this is not the best hiring time of the year, and like I said earlier my availability is not the best.

I was just on an assignment for a couple months. Time after time a few managers were trying to get us hired on to be permanent but Randstad didn’t want to pay the premium to get us hired in. Well yesterday my assignment got ended because they hired a bunch of new people and they don’t need the temps anymore. All the hard work for nothing

My experience with Randstad has been amazing compared to other temp agencies out there. They find work for you that is compatible and very quickly I have had two assignments with them so far the first one Shirley which was great the hours worked out well and the people I worked with were very nice. The second assignment was found for me by Clare and I worked at the first assignment till the second was ready no layoff time which was amazing. I am presently still at the second assignment it is wonderful. Randstad has been nothing short of outstanding the staff are professional and they look out for their clients so I would definitely encourage anyone looking for work to give Randstad a try.

I was working with Mars candy, and I was fired due to her say. while there I had a conversation with another Temp manager, she lies on me and Stephanie believed her over me. I wasn’t able to defend myself after being put on hold and not able to return back to work for almost a week. Stephanie didn’t care if I was telling the truth or not she took what a Hispanic “lead” said I would suggest if you work with them Be Careful they’re All about a check!!

I applied for a job when I still have another job, but with Randstad seems to be better, after I applied they call me asking me what day I can start working with them, I said after I notice my old job, but the day I suppose start working with Randstad, they call me and said that they not need people at that place but they have another position, now I lost my old job and I didnt have the job that I applied for.

While looking for work, a friend recommended that I try Ranstad before I look anywhere else. Upon my arrival I was greeted by both Colleen and Rachel who were both very helpful. My worst experience ever with a staffing company. And I have worked for Staffmark, Corworx and Pridestaffing. Shirley gave me false information and had no remorse for the fact that I turned down other positions for a job she told me “they are always have opening for”. She went on telling me how “she doesn’t understand the problem this job pays more” but for me it’s the commute. She told me this job is closer to me I accepted the job. I put it into my gps and noticed it’s clearly way further and in the opposite direction. I called back to try to get a different recruiter because this woman has lied to me twice at this point. She answered didn’t want to transfer me so I mentioned that this job is further. She responded with “ so are you not taking the job “. I said “I’m calling to see if you have anything closer” she said “no will you be at the Lockport job Monday?” I said “yes” and she hung up the phone. While waiting on my ride a couple came in seeking jobs. Halfway through the process she mentioned a drug test they knew they couldn’t past and left. And this unprofessional woman laughed and whispered about the couple. Stephanie was extremely understanding on my situation and rather it was out of Randstad hands on the job not being available or not. I’m sure the process would have been completely different. Right now all I can do is take the job if I ever need to contact the office. I’ll just ask for Stephanie.

I Was In The office one morning and the guy Mitch was on the phone with Somebody and soon as he hung up he talked about that guy on the phone and talked about other people that came in the previous morning just disrespectful. He should be fired .. all of them really cause they all joined in on making fun of others like kids in high school. The job they send you too are Mexican sweat shop jobs and everybody look like they have no papers and they cant even speak English. Dont ever go to this one in Bolingbrook idk how others ones are but this one is garbage. MITCH IS GARBAGE.

Horrible agency. They call you to place you on a assignment and then later on that same day say you can no longer work with randstad. Why call someone if you arent going to place them? Customer service is extremely rude. They never answer the phone NEVER. If you call more than once they will literally tell you to please stop calling because your blowing up the phone. They are really rude. If you are at the office you will constacly hear them talk about people who they just spoke to on the phone

I agree with Kay, very rude and disrespectful. They will not return phone calls and seem more preoccupied with whats for lunch rather than doing their jobs.

Randstad is the worst temp agency I done ever dealt with. Theyre full of B.S and they lied to me and act like everything was okay. Mitch sent me to a company where I currently work at now and told me I would start off with $12 an hour and after 90 days I should get hired in and they would boost my pay to $15 an hour WHICH THEY DIDNT. If I learned everything in my department at my job I would go to$21 an hour, I know almost everything at my job and all I make is $13 an hour. Moral of this story DONT GO THROUGH RANDSTAD THEYRE NOTHING BUT LIERS AND THEY WILL SEND YOU OFF!!!

A couple months ago I called to ask about a forklift assignment but a young lady there said i couldnt get any work because I hadnt driven a lift in the last 6 months.Then, the guy that runs the place, Ryan, called me and said he was sorry, asked me to remove the comment. I called a month later asking if they could help me, he said only if i remove the comment, so i did and he then ignored me, so its back. Thanks for the black mail and the false hopes..
