Avoid these people. They will keep your data safe for 7 years. You can only get your data purged earlier if you have the company who requested it submit another request (maybe). On BBB, their reputation is terrible. If my data is compromised in a breach, Ill be one of the first to file a lawsuit.

I wish I could give zero stars. Here I am waiting 15 days for a DOT drug test which is affecting my ability to work and all they can say is pending. When i try to get answers all they do is threaten me to report me to my employer. Unprofessional GHETTO employees avoid at all cost.

Monsters. Absolute bureaucratic hell. I kept receiving calls to verify employment for an employee who left 5 years ago. The person on the phone talked so fast, I couldnt make out the callback number or reference number. I had to track down the employee just to call the company, who then wanted a bunch of personal information of mine. Im typing this while Im on hold still trying to sort this out - just to get the calls to stop and trying to help out a former employee. But the amount of time I have invested in this vs. my interest in this is ABSURD.

Quite possibly the worst organization in the nation. Avoid having to use them at all costs if you can.

I dont write reviews but this company should be called worst advantage. Somehow they are in the security and technology business but I have found them only to be experts in stupidity and incompetence. About 1 out of 30 employees could actually help me. This place is a joke go somewhere else.

Zero starts for them. This company is completely disorganized, unprofessional, they send employment verification requests without any release, or send incorrect release that should be provided to other companies....

The company doesnt know the difference between ITIN or SSN. When we dug deep into the recommendation that they made in our case, we were surprised by their lack of confidence in understanding the SS bylaws
