They payroll dept is embarrassing! and they have the audacity to want employees to give 100% when they can’t even pay people on time! I’m surprised The Department of Labor have not shut this place down. Do not waste ur time find a BETTER temp agency

They have work, but u cant get paid on time, and when you inquire about your money Elite will give you the run around, if they dont hang up in your face. One star for payroll.

Always has work, dont no who is working 1st shift . But whenever I call, I love the lady I speak to, she is so nice and always with good additude! She already knows me when I call ! This is the best staffing agency I worked for so far .

These people are liars and scam artist. They only care about themselves and getting paid. They want u to do hard labor for pennies. Something you can’t even live off. I went in to fill out paperwork for a job that I already interviewed for and got it. I was told the job would pay me $15 I was all set to start in the next 2 days but then the guy from elite staffing called me and said that the company can’t pay That and offered me way less than I was willing to except. And on top of all of that he tried to convience me to work the job for a couple weeks until he can find me something that pays me what I expect to get paid. I declined bc y would I trust these people after having me come in sign paperwork to get paid what I told I was getting paid only then to call n say o when can’t pay u that. Beware of these people your better off finding a job with e legit company not trying to take money of the top. ELITE STAFFING YOU GUYS R CROOKED CROOKS!!!!!!!!

This agency is very unprofessional. Very prejudice. If u are not hispanic. Hang it up. I worked for a company where i was training other individuals thinking i had a chance as a lead. The hispanics replaced me. Each day a black faced disappeared. So learn some spanish and kiss some behind to keep a job. Real talk

I havent had any problems. Second day hired I got hired with mps 40 hrs a week overtime encouraged. I love it, its people besides Emily that have the lack of communication or sound like they have an issue.

Don’t waste your time with Elite Staffing in Bolingbrook. I checked in over the phone and then showed up at the job site and the manager said, “We didn’t request any laborers from Elite. Give them a call and see what happened.” Elite put me on the wrong list for the wrong job site. The manager at this location said they were thinking of getting rid of Elite Staffing as one of their labor suppliers because they are so unorganized and unreliable – THIS IS THE STAFFING COMPANY he was talking about, not the laborers. He said that Elite’s own company employee transportation shows up late to the job site. Elite gave me wrong information regarding shift availability not once, not twice, but three times. It seems that unless your last name ends with the letter ‘z’ (Hernandez, Sanchez, Gomez, etc.), you are throttled to the bottom of the list.

They talked about me in Spanish right in front of my face. They assumed because I’m black that I didn’t know Spanish but I’m Puerto Rican. They also answer phones with attitudes . They act as if you can go there and fix the problem yourself. Worst temp agency ever. Do not go thru them.

Horrible experience with Elite Staffing. Very unprofessional office and staff. Louis, is supposedly the boss, but he never knows anything going on about jobs. And Emily dosent show up or answers the phone. 2 other ladies in the office by them selves for hours that cant speak english, so in order for them to help me, you have to call the boss who is at another job site an hour away? I wouldnt have wasted my time writing all of this if it wasnt true.

Place has always been a joke..I have been in the bolingbrook and joliet office I remember waiting outside at 330am just to get working by 6am....and I have yet to get paid more then 8.25hr at any job I started they offerd my a forklift job for 9.50 lol never in my life have I ever seen a forklift job under 10...I could keep going on about more stuff but it would take to long

They are frauds with your payroll, the people that work here are extremly rude. they dont help at all only provide numbers that you cant even geta live representative on. i recommend to try anyone else but these people!

Office personnel is very rude and unprofessional,have no manners or costumer service skills.

Worked at cold storage on 6-2-17 worked 2 to 2am and got 8.25 hours and still to this day they are still not paying me my missing hours. i got 3.75 hours missing (july 15 2020) still never got paid for that whole day and the missing 3 3/4... they said I wasnt in the system. Yet I used my Id numbers
