Never work for them. They are extreamly unprofessional and for lack of a better word ghetto. On my fist day they told me to show up a half hour early so they can come and get us setup. I did that in fact i was there 15 earlier than that to show professionalism, however as me and 4 other new employees waited time kept ticking. No one showed until about an hour and a half after our shift was supposed to start.

Was supposed to work at Ulta beauty warehouse through this place. Ill try to make it brief. Did orientation at their office for two hours. They told me I had the job. Just need background check. Waited to weeks for background check. I had to call them to ask what was going on. They told me they had no idea who I was and they didnt have any work for me. Then they call me next day and tell me to report to Ulta for assignment. Its about a 90 minute drive because its during rush hour. But the pay is worth it. I get there and have to wait for a representative from Co Worx for an hour to show up with my badge. They finally show up with no badge. So I have to go back home. Next day I call and they apologize bmy badge will be there today. I go back and still no badge. The third and final attemp.... Same thing. Then they have the audacity to call me and ask why I didnt show up. Then they have the balls to call again a week later offering me another job. The level of incompetence is beyond belief. Maybe they just didnt like me because the other people who were at orientation there with me were already working. Oh, and the receptionist/self proclaimed recruiter there had one of the worst attitudes t ever. Everybody else is super nice. Just incompetent.

They will wait until your about to be hired on then let you go. I work for them at synnex location for 9months and was going to be hired on the following week. Then they told me my attendance was screwy and had to end my assignment when I only had 2 unexcused absent not even depleting my points. Also they promise $100 for bringing people in, if your not on them about that they will take several months or you wont see it at all. Susanna was the recruiter and is very unprofessional hanging with employees after work hours and do questionable activities. Not worth your time.

Yes the previous reviews are TRUE. I was suppose to work after my background came back. I applied last December and had orientation, and now here it is February nobody from this office has called me!!? They will give you the run around. You’ll be waiting a while. I don’t even have a bad background. I went elsewhere and my background came back the same day! Coworx Bolingbrook is BS

Worst company to ever go through i live in the city i took my time out to come to do a app they sent me thru an orention but never got a say so if i can work or not waste 60DOLLARS ON GAS CAUSE THE MAN WAS SO SURE WE I WAS IN TO FIND OUT I WASNT NO ONE REACH OUT TO ME WITH A EMAIL OR CALL SAYING Y IN THE LADIES IVE MEET WITH ARE REAL RACIST TERRIBLE BUSINESS I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE SORRY

If I can give this company a half a star I would. I waited two weeks to get paid to find out the Friday that they didn’t get my hours in at Syneexx now they expect me not to get paid on a Friday when my direct deposit was set up on day one and expect me to wait till Tuesday to get paid. This company is trash wouldn’t recommend anyone here smh. GARBAGE.

This agencie lies that im ganna get paid 13.25 a hour and couple weeks go by and i look at my check stub online my pay rate is at 11.25 and never fix it i was working at ulta in bolingbrook n decided too let me go for no reason i would never work for coworx!

They use a third party service for W2 tax services. How inconvenient talking to a automatic system to order W2s. And it didnt work. Terrible company

What Can I Say Besides Very Horrible,Unprofessional & Racist People Had Me Driving All The Way From Chicago For 3 Days To Not Have Done My Paper Work Right Then Do A Unprofessional Orientation With A Undercover Racist Older Woman By The Name Of Kim Still No Start Date & Went To Whole Different Staffing Agency Got The Job & Started the Next Day With 13.50 on First Shift 🤷🏾‍♂️

Bad services, Ive been waiting too get paid since last week on Thursday and they told me it will be on my pay card Saturday and I havent receive my funds yet this is getting out of hand

They are so unprofessional they will mess up your check stubs and tell you will have to go through there corporate office which take forever to respond.
