$23 haircut, included a $7 tip but was paying with cash so I handed her $40. The woman then proceeded to hand me $3 back I said I had already included the $7 tip in the payment. She looks me dead in the face and says so are you not tipping me $7? Milking extra out of a tip is extremely poor practice.Edit: haircut was good. 2 stars due to actually terrible practice when it comes to payment.

Best haircut I’ve had in a long time.

Hairs were not cut evenly and I had to fix my hairs with scissors. I noticed it when came home and saw there are randomly still long hairs on the sides. Was disappointed.

My minor teenage daughter has long hair. When she was called back for her haircut, she was told that “since we specialize in men’s and boy’s haircuts, there is a $10 service charge.” My wife called and was told the same info after we heard from our daughter. I called back and was told the charge was due to long hair. This is ridiculous. They are not even consistent in their explanation. There is no surcharge info on the store’s website. No other Sports Clip My family has ever visited has charged for having long hair. So, if you have long hair, find alternatives.

Great place to stop in for a quick haircut. Online check in is offered so you skip the line when you get there. Fair prices and the mvp is to die for.

Staff is friendly, nice atmosphere, be better after the remodel. I feel like they need to get more on board/uniform for the different options they offer. Can get an MVP from five different people, and the quality of service will vary greatly each time. Some better than others; some rush it, others take more time. Its understandable to vary slightly as we are all human, but when its really good one time, and lousy the next, can be disappointing especially when your paying premium dollar for the triple MVP. Suppose to be three washes, three towels, and triple time on shoulder massage. Couple times Id have to remind them of that - three washes and a quick buzz through shoulder massage... no fair.

Ive been going to this sport clips for a while but just found out that my favorite stylist (Crystal) moved from this location to S Mens Lounge on Boughton. I tried other stylists at this Sport Clips but it just wasnt the same. Oh well, at least she didnt move too far away. Maybe if Sport Clips would treat there people better and focused more on quality good help wouldnt leave and neither would the customers.

They are watching the game instead of focusing on the haircuts. For two dollars and a mile more I can get a proffesional haircut... $19 plus $6 tips just to walk out in the sunlight and realize that it is a pretty bad job, walked back in, they werent too excited to see me. She did offer to fix it, but only after shes done with her new customer...$6, was it too little or too much? $5 haircut places do a much-better job...

Very unprofessional employees and management. Rude service and just a straight up terrible job at a simple buzz cut. Called ahead on my birthday to inquire about there free b-day cut. The lady I spoke with on the phone told me to come in, show my ID and I would receive a free VIP cut. Long story short. Manager came up to me mid haircut and told me I would only be receiving a $5 discount. Not that big of a deal. When I addressed the situation at the end with the manager she literally started yelling at me in front of all the other customers. She finally said F___ it. Your not worth argue. Just go She slammed her hands on the counter, turned her back to me and walked to the back of the store. All the other customers waiting were in shock. I left. Will never return.

Ive gotten good cuts here. I prefer this location over the other in Bolingbrook.

The stylist here are great, Ive never gotten a bad haircut at this location. The MVP package is worth it if you can afford it. Very relaxing, and good for your hair.

Horribly managed. At least it was 6 months ago when I stopped going. Closed in the middle of the day, middle of the week consistently. My last visit the stylist was coughing, sniffling and just gross

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I will never go back. Asked the girl to give me a 5 on the sides and trim up the top nothing crazy. I got a buzz cut instead. 38 years old and I look like a marine recruit. This place needs to shut down ASAP.
