First time coming to this barber shop. Staff was wonderfully nice and there was no wait. Great haircut for a great price, will definitely return for my next cut.

I went to get my hair cut to shoulder length for my birthday, they kept talking to other customers and their other employees while cutting my hair! The lady who cut my hair rushed so much, she acted like she only had 5 minutes to cut it! In the end, my hair wasnt straight, it was cut sideways. I will never go back because of the terrible service, no one go here its trash. 👎🏼

Excellent salon! Great atmosphere and child friendly! Been coming here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I travel 30-45 mins for my services and now my children as well! Owner is extreme precessional and accommodating to unsatisfactory complaints. I believe that Attention is always in the detail!

That place is a joke. It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not. They don’t honor anything. I’ve set up appointments and they keep on taking in walk-ins. I’ve walked-in and it doesn’t matter. The hairstylists take whomever they like or know first.

I always get my hair done here. This place is pricey but is well worth.

Been here a bunch to get my hair cut great people last few times though theyve been a tad slow. Tonight took the cake sat there for an hour watched 3 people come in after me go ahead of me, and with 4 people waiting one of them decides to still take their break. Whatever back in the market for another hair cutting place I guess.

Horrible service.. They talk to much! I’ve taken my husband and son to other places for the same hair cut and it takes 15 minutes the most to get it done but when we come to this place for the same haircut it take more than 30 minutes because they’re always talking and laughing. I mean have fun and enjoy doing your job just please do your job with less talking and more working!!

The worst hair salon I have ever been too ! They clearly don’t understand what an appointment is because they still make you wait for over an hour and a half . I went in for a touch up and they completely destroyed my hair. The girl (Linda was her name ) who did my touch up chemically burnt my hair off leaving me with literally patches all over my head . I can’t wear my hear up in any sort of way because the patches are even more noticeable. Google doesn’t allow me to give this hair salon negative stars, otherwise I would . Regardless save your hair and go elsewhere !

Honestly the service is terrible even though not every barber there is bad most of them are the only barbers that do there job there correctly are Linda, Victor and Vickey. One of the problems that they have is that they are always talking and watching tv, i am aware that the tvs are also there for the customers but it think its a bad idea, the lady that attended me did terrible she cut my hair way to short and my hairline was terrible. I told her and she apologized but then said that it wasnt her fault and that it was mine. She also was in way to much of a hurry so she could get to the next customer. 15$ is not a bad price for a haircut but for the way my hair turned out it was terrible. I mean why did she rush?? I paid her. Isnt that her job? its not like she was cutting my hair for free. I did not get what I paid for and i am honestly really mad about it

Poor management. Even the owner Linda cannot keep an appointment,leaves you hanging.I was even a once per week customer!! Employees rude,Victor one of the barbers has major attitude and blows off your appointment which they set up for you themselves.Then the employees think its funny! I guess if you dont speak Spanish your not welcome. Seems racist to me!!

The place was nice the only thing that the wait is kind of long And when you walk in they give you one price for the haircut and when you’re walking out they want to change the price for the haircut I asked her why if you told me the haircut was $20 she said because you had a special haircut never Heard that one before Not only that but the lady that was cutting my daughters hair didn’t really know what she was doing so she had to other people come and help her to fix my daughters haircut I don’t think I will would be returning back here

I really didnt like my haircut, I told this lady shoulder lenght an an she cuts it by my chin an its not the first time they never cut my hair how I tell the or to my daughter giving us a chuckys haircut never again will I go or recommend depelos 2 anyone

1st time going here and it seemed like a good place to get a haircut yet the wait was very long so my husband and we decided to leave. The other thing we noticed was a gentle man waiting for a hair cut yet he just sat there and noboby came to check up on him at all. Plus the hairdresser were pretty much taking there time and gossiping as they did their clients hair. We will not be back. And dont recommended this place. Have a nice day.

Terrible service first of all the price is 15$ which is not a lot but the service is terrible (not everyone) the lady that cut my hair did not take her time just so she could get another customer in my opinion it’s better to pay 50$ and get a good haircut

UNFAIR PRICES!! they charge what they want. I took my daughter and son there. My son for hair cut price is, $14.00 And daughter for hair wash and blow dry hair is $25.00 . when both were done, I ask the lady, HOW MUCH FOR BOTH to pay? She said $50.00 when i finish paying i was last customer walking out, she close the door. As i was going towards my car, SHE WENT OUT AND SAID ; I FOR GOT TO CJARGE YOU FOR YOUR SON. WICH I ALREADY PAY CUS I ASK HER SHE SAID IT WAS FOR BOTH 50.00so I PAY TOTAL OF $ 64.00 PLUS TIP. $71.00JUST FOR HAIR CUT AND A BLOWDRY.CRAZY!!!!!I DECIDED TO. Give HER THE OTHER EXTRA 14.00 AGAIN CUZ MAYBE SHE NEEDED MORE THE MONEY THAN I DO. NEVER GO BACK THERE.

I went here today to get a blow out hair style and it was quite an experience. I was disappointed for the wait,disappointed for getting burned on my freaking scalp, and disappointed in the end when I had to pay because my hair is different . Ive never heard such a thing in ALL my days of going to a salon. I will not be back.

I came here to get a haircut almost 2 weeks ago The lady doing my hair did a great job on styling my hair but my hair cut is horrible super uneven choppy I hate it didnt notice it there because of how she did my hair but once I washed and straighten it I noticed how uneven it is im sure I wont be coming here again

I arrive before 4:00 pm the door is closed, I dial again they tell me to wait for 10 minutes They speak to me at 5 in the afternoon, nobody has entered or left the establishment, no courtesy call to say something about the long wait.Lack of seriousness and professionalism is what makes clients look for other horizons

Of the 3 times I took my son. The last was the worst. The second time I liked the job more. But the third NO. The man who doesnt know his name. Bring hair with long braids. It was he who cut my boys hair iso what he wanted. I asked him for a cut and the term cutting it as he wanted. And all he told me was that it was better that way. If I ask for a cut by illogic that I looked at it, the stylist gets clean and thats it. Not because of what they decide.

They cut the hair of my 3-year-old nephew a person named CHAVA and the truth was a terrible job I leave it HORRIBLE, nothing to do with the photo that my sister showed him, very disappointing and apart from having to pay for a very bad cut😡

I have only been there two times, I have only had to cut my hair, I must say that the first time I attended, I did not like myself very much, but today, due to the time I went again, the guy who attended me was very friendly and I loved how my cut. Stop going to and always vat but I do not like that all the time the ladies oh one who is called junior waste time talking 😖 much and talk about everything between eyas and one bird is in a hurry to leave but they lose a lot of time with so much guiri guiri That the ladies would give me that I had a lot of hair and very long thing that bothered me because I was going to cut it, they would not tell me that I have it long or thickAnd tmb when I took my son was 2 years old and the lady cut him with the winged machine of his ear and it bothered me a lot😡😡 xq my son is not one of those children who is moving to cut it since then my son is happy where I have it for 4 years now and the lady who cuts our hair is very friendly and none of them who work and are in the gossip just talk to their client but regularly they are very quiet and focused on their work😊

Today I took my children to cut my hair and my husband too and this expensive superior charged me for my children as adults the truth was never gone this was the first time and I will not return. They also left their hair uneven.
