The barbers here are very conceited...very rude disrespectful..the haircut/fade was really bad..i had to slowly explain how i wanted my hair while he kept interupting me and when i wanted it more faded he didnt understand and told me thats not what i asked for in the beginning..well im telling you what i want now because it looks messed up...its my hair and im paying for it...the barber acting like its free smh lol..not my fault you work as a barber earning nothing lol

Great place to get a nice hair cut at and very nice employee.

If your place of business has a sign that says you close at 9. I should still be able to get a haircut at 8:15. Wont ever be coming back and I will never know how good these barbers are.

I waited today 1 hour Inside hoping to get my haircut, 5 employees didn’t seem to notice who is waiting customer, they seems looking at their phone and just listening to loud music and chilling near pool area . As soon as I walked in asked who will cut my hair and they didn’t pay much attention . Once 2 employees were done cutting others customers hair, I asked if they going to cut my hair and instead they told they need to games so they can’t, I asked who is manager so I can get my haircut, he replied no manager, and everybody works there for themselves . So I made my decision as soon they make their money from coupes customer $25 they don’t need work. I would be glad to step out and go somewhere else if they told me 1 hour ago . I had my kids and wife with me, what a shame to make customer wait and later sorry we gotta go watch games tonight . Totally disrespectful and shame on you guys . No matter what bussiness you do customer needs are first. I wouldn’t recommend this place, skip prestigious cuts, there tons of nice and professional haircuts in this area with great customer service .

Professionalism is key in building any business relationship. Why even have appointment slots and you not even at the establishment for appointments. People take time out of their day to book services and it is unprofessional for the barber to not even be in the building just pathetic oh and by the way the only reason this low budget establishment was even given one star is because it is required when leaving a review

Took my son there quick hair cut didnt expect for it to take almost an hour. Barber didnt know what he was doing very inexperienced. Over priced. Other barbers there just sitting around on there phones. Some barbers there arent even licensed.

I had a good cut but was disappointed with one of the barbers there. They cut kids hair there as well. The barber there needs to learn his audience. There were kids there and the barber was cussing outloud repeatedly in front of the kids. Some people this might not bother but we are the role models of our children and should act as so. We should be able to communicate without using foul language. It was not all the barbers, it was just one who seemed to want the negative attention.

Was sitting outside in a Lyft vehicle waiting on somebody, one of 3 cars in a row to be exact, and the owner comes out harassing me and only me, saying Im blocking his store as if Im the only one who has ever parked there while waiting for someone, which is possibly true cus most people just park, I was considering getting a hair cut before he came out to give me permission to wait for someone in a spot on a lot he didnt even own, dude doesnt know how to approach people, his claim was I was blocking his business from all the people who were not there, like I said was considering going in, but Ill take my money elsewhere

Waiting on Sunday, the employee there start to play pool instead of asking us for haircut. Waiting there 45 mins. I think this is a racist place that do not want to cut Asian people hair or the employee just lazy on their Sunday work without boss there. Do not waste your time there. No one asked us for the whole 45 mins.

Laid back, skilled and always comfortable

I was looking for a new barber and saw all the great reviews on this place so i decided to come out and give it a try. I called beforehand to try and set up an appointment and the first time no one answered. On the second call someone picked up and i asked if i needed to set up an appointment. The guy said to just come in and sign in as a walk in. I then asked if they were pretty open for the day and he said yes. I drove 20 minutes from aurora and came in and the guy at the front desk said the wait would be 30-45 minutes and that he could take down my name and phone number and he would give me a call. So i waited an hour before i came back and was told that he wont be able to get me in for another hour and a half and if i want to just come back tomorrow. Wanted to give this place a try but with this kind of service i wouldnt recommend them or ever come back.

Picked out a style and he cut it to the exact same thing as the style,,precision, you can tell he takes pride in what he does, hair cut awesome,

I showed 2 photos of what i wanted, and was given something much different... Had to let it grow out a little too have it fixed to a normal-ish look.
