Big money sick with the fade

I had made an appointment with a barber and he texted me saying he was booked but that if I paid more he would cut my hair if not if I would like for him to put me in a chair with another barber I wasn’t going to pay extra money so I told him that was fine and that was the worst haircut I have ever had I wasted $75 for me and my son never going back to that place

Had the worst experience ever. The had me waiting for about an hour and a half for them to tell me they booked for the rest of the evening. I understand you guys are booked but dont tell you walk in customer someone will be write with you and make you wait almos 2 hours just to tell you have to keep waiting.

Pablo has been cutting my hair for the past 12yrs. Pablo is a perfectionist and he would only select the best to represent his shop. I can honestly speak from experience on this as when Pablo is away he has told me with confidence that anyone of the barbers at his shop will not disappoint. To this day I have not walked out of Pablos chair nor anyone of his barbers chairs with nothing less than 100% satisafaction.

I came in here thinking it would be a nice place to get my beard lined up. My appointment was at 4pm and when I entered my barber was getting a cut by some other barber and was not finished until 4:30. When he was finally done I told him not to lower my beard just to line it up. When he was done with the “line-up” both sides were lowered extremely and they were super uneven. I will never come back here, such disappointment at this location.

Booked an appt through the Booksy app cause I was in dire need of a cut. Location and convenience for me was a plus. My appt was with Jose and I got seated right on time and was greeted by another barber as soon as I walked in (Day before I booked with another shop/barber in the area and waited 35 mins past my scheduled appt time until I walked out), so his punctuality was much appreciated. Jose was very personable, engaging, and professional. Gave him a pretty specific fade I wanted and he executed it to perfection. The shop itself was very clean, organized, and bright! My previous shop, was darky and grungy in comparison. Overall, very happy with my visit and will be back again for sure.
