I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! I came to pick up some balloons, noticed the cashier had a line so I found another employee. I asked her if she could assist me. She then made a loud sighing noise as if I was bothering her. She was moving at such a slow pace. I asked her if she could move a little faster because I needed to delivery the balloons to a customer. She said then replied with I didnt even need to help you in the first place and I was shocked by her response so I said you are at work and Im a customer she kept muttering under her breath that shes not a cashier so she didnt have to help me. She then refused to give me the balloons. She was on her walkie talkie with the manager the whole time saying that shes going to walk out right now because she didnt even need to help me . The manager didnt come out from the back to tend to the situation at all.This location is a joke. I would be embarrassed to have employees with that attitude representing my company.

Balloons are the worst so is the staff about correcting issues. Bouht balloons here for my daughters 3rd birthday. They were on the ground 6 hours later as the party started. When I called to try to correct the issue they said I should have gotten high float which was never offered to me. Go to the dollar store their balloons last for 3 weeks and dont cost $10 apiece

Great customer service skills and very friendly!When manager Sandy walked in the energy changed as she yelled across the room to her employees. Super condescending and rude! Should NOT be working with the public. All her employees are scared of her. She works for a PARTY store!I would give five starts but the store needs a professional manager ASAP!

Slow checkout. Took 45 min on line to buy 15 balloons, worst of all, of the 15 un-inflated balloons I purchased, only 10 were able to inflate! The rest had small pin holes and leaked almost instantly after being filled. Never going here again. This store is bound to fail.

Total BS! I bought balloons for my sons 9th birthday to surprise him. Drove home all of 10 minutes and half of them are deflated. Called up and they said maybe it happened because it was hot out. It’s 74 degrees out. I’ll never shop at that store again.

Great customer service!!!! I placed an online order to pick up in store and the manager Traciann called to let me know they didnt have the item in stock anymore and suggested similar items I could get instead. Patricia was also helpful in answering questions I had when I went to pick up the item. Thanks agn!!

This store does not deserve a star. Customer service very unprofessional, they have attitude, they will not refund items you buy at the store with or without receipts. They will not give you store credit either, instead they give you B nasty attitudes. Especially is you are not their kind. Everyone who works at this store are very nasty and uneducated.

Such a terrible experience. I went to get balloons for my company party and there was a boy with glasses talking on the phone with his co worker who was pregnant about a coffee order instead of helping me. Also, the girl with glasses and black hair didn’t even look my way when I said “is anyone going to help me” Such attitude from these workers. Never spending my money here again.

This store is the WORST Party City to shop at. The staff is rude, especially one name Erica, I went to pick up an online order and she snapped on me because she didnt have the time to look for my order. She was so rude that I will NEVER shop there again. She was also very impatient towards another costumer. She looked like she needed her 15 minutes break and didnt get so she took it out on the costumers. The manager also looked like she was getting ready for a battle. Such a shame because I buy loads of stuff at Party City throughout the year!

This place has terrible customer service. They close earlier than whats listed on their sign. Some older lady was absolutely rude, Im not sure if shes the manager but her attitude stinks.

Over priced, you can get everything online much cheaper.

Found what I needed. Staff was helpful. Store is clean. It is a bit costly but you can get everything in one stop.

If you go early in the morning, expect not to get help from employees. I guess they open doors while in meetings

Busy but ok

Went here for supplies for my daughters birthday. I had her balloons filled with helium here, even though I thought it was ridiculous that you have to pay for the balloons, and additional cents on each balloon for helium....So, her party was less than 24hrs away, and the balloons were deflated. The cashier who was either tired or annoyed by my annoyance to pay for gas, didnt tie the balloons tight enough, so the entire time it was slowly leaking. Woke up the next morning, they were floating in the middle of the room. Extremely angry by this because Im sure it was done on purpose due to my unwillingness in the first place. Its ok though, word of mouth is a company killer.

Super friendly staff, super miserable customers

Check your bags employees forget to give your bags. The second time I buy at this location and twice I walked out missing something. Meaning when they bag the items they tend to leave bags behind the counter. Luckly they do save it, but major inconvenience.

There is no better place to buy costumes and decoration for parties and hollydays.

I placed an order online and when I arrived at the store they said they didnt have the order. Then they magically found the order but said we were out of some of the requested items but when my friend went down the isle the items needed were there. This place is ridiculous, Im going to Spirit Halloween to buy the remaining items needed.

When you walk in look at the line for check out. Ask yourself, do you want to wait 20 minures in line

The Halloween sale is mostly a lie. Signs all over say 90% off, then at the register, nothing is on sale. I asked the cashier, she said the items were exclusions.
