We attended an event at the local park in Boca Raton FL not to long ago. The entertainment for kids was provided by South Florida Bounce. The providers did an outstanding job entertaining kids. Lots of choices to make for kids of all ages. Definitely keep in mind these guys for your next event. Kids and adults would love it!

I have rented from South Florida Bounce twice now, and will definitely be doing so even more moving forward. Theyre communicative, on time and I truly had a great experience. The delivery crew was respectful of our lawn and so nice! They also thoroughly disinfected the house once it had been inflated in our lawn, which was nice given the recent year weve had. The office team even followed up to make sure everything was to our liking after installation. Highly recommend.

These guys are great!!! I used them for both of my kids 1st birthday and both the kids and adults loved it! It was a huge hit and everything was so easy and hassle free. From my initial order, to drop off/setting up, and then to picking up/breaking down was very easy and I had to do nothing. They are very professional, efficient, organized, and have everything you need. Their bounce houses are clean, fun, and perfect for any event. Would give 0 stars if I could. Called a few weeks ago and spoke to Paul reference some rentals for my sons birthday party on Oct 2nd. He gave us a price and we told him we would call back the following day with exact party location...when we called the following day we spoke with Mike who said the price Paul gave was incorrect and didnt exist and gave us new numbers with a cash price and told us though there were no attendants available they would send shirts for us to act as our own attendants and we gave our card to hold the items. Today, 2 days out from the party, Mike calls and says that the owner said absolutely not we need attendants and its going to cost us extra and we can take it or leave it. No attempt to rectify or even offer an additional discount for the inconvenience considering we are 2 days out and they very well know it wont be easy to find another company. Luckily we found another company and when we called to cancel our reservation and tell them how unprofessional they are, Jack the owner got on the phone and didnt even give us a chance to speak and said SEE YA when he hung up. WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!!! If you can go anywhere else but here I highly recommend.

We have used these guys several times already for our kids parties. They’ve shown nothing but outstanding service and professionalism from the first call until the last person picks up the bounce house (or cotton candy maker, popcorn maker, etc…). We have younger children so we have gone with smaller sized slides but it was always an easy process. We even tried out the cotton candy machine for one of the parties and it was great! It came to us clean with plenty of what we would need to make and serve the cotton candy. This thing is a bit messy but the best part is that you do not have to clean it yourself. They pick it up as is and have them cleaned. We had a blast making cotton candy for all of the kids while dad (me) made a fool of himself trying to do so. We have 2 birthdays coming up in the next few months and we will be giving them a call for both!

My company usually throws a huge Christmas party every year. Due to COVID we were unable to have our annual party, and we were forced to celebrate Christmas in our company warehouse. With less than 24 hours notice I contacted South Florida Bounce and they helped me transform our warehouse into a winter wonderland. It was one of the best company parties weve ever had! We used South Florida Bounce for my sons birthday last year and they were so helpful when I was choosing a slide, and gave me a great deal! They ensured me the slides are sanitized after every use and walked me threw all the procedures every step of the way! I also called them around the holidays for a party I was coordinating for a client, which was a little bit out of their district for where they go, and they were able to accommodate me with not only a water slide, but an obstacle course as well!! I highly recommend them. I used them for the first time last weekend because I needed a water slide that was over 30H and would fit in my yard and it was perfect. Their service was great. They came early the morning of the party and they arrived at the exact time they said it would be picked up. The guys who did the set up were very polite and quick and no mess. I was told that the $400 bounce house that I was rented had a merry-go-round. No such thing and no refund. Thats $200 more than everywhere else for the same product! Never again! They took advantage of me because it was a last minute reservation.

Used them for two birthday parties now. They arrive before the event with plenty of time for setup and ensure equipment is secured and clean. Both times the inflatables ran the entire party without any issues and the cotton candy machines were clean and worked well.

(Pirate Ship slide)This is the second time I’ve used South Florida Bounce and this experience was probably not the best. I had to request an additional fan to make the slide more sturdy due to the top of the slide being a little unsteady. I was not advised that I needed a generator to run the slide.The slide absorbed so much power that it caused the circuit breaker‘s to turn off in the house which was an danger when the kids were at the top of the slide. At 32 feet high, it’s really dangerous if the power trips or goes off and a kid gets trapped in there.I think with a slide the size a generator should be included so that damage is not caused to the home. Running two 2 hp motors, and one 1 1/2 hp motor, simply plugging it into the house wasn’t enough.Then I had a discrepancy with the amount of time I was allowed to have the slide. One person told me two days and then they came the next day after having it for one day trying to take it. I spoke with the owner who was very helpful in explaining and assisting me.I like this company, but I am debating using them again based on this experience.

We celebrated my sons 9th birthday party using South Florida Bounce. We rented the Radical obstacle course, Total meltdown, Wack a mole, Carnival games booth and the Saloon Bar. The crew showed up on time and had the whole event set up in less than 90 minutes. They were professional and very helpful. Screaming and loss of temper were only a few of the things i had to endure, as payment was made and party was awaiting the, LATE, slide. There are many places you can rent inflatables, especially during these times, customers should be treated better. We rented a water slide and snow cone machine for my daughter’s graduation party. Everyone had a blast including the adults who made vodka snow ones and also ended up on the slide!! Awesome, The Meltdown was a BLAST! The kids and my son loved it. South Florida Bounce showed up when they said they would and set up was in no time. They followed up as they said they would the day before and an hour before they arrived to inform me they were on their way. The gentleman who worked all day was friendly and did a great job. After looking and calling around to different places, we rented the tsunami water slide for our daughters birthday from South Florida Bounce. They were super helpful when deciding on a slide. We have had bad luck with slides before (with other companies) but this slide was in perfect condition and very clean. The setup was organized and quick no issues whatsoever. They were very careful with our grass which has also been an issue before. We would highly recommend this company for great quality and affordable pricing. We will be calling for another slide soon!

I love this company! I’ve used them many times over the years - for tables and chairs, inflatables etc. They have bent over backwards to keep our parties running smoothly. I usually pay the extra amount to have one of their staff manage the water slide - that way I can focus on setting up, food, drinks or even relax during the party. Everyone who works there is wonderful.
