I had I horrible experience! Never again! They destroyed my nails the way the man file them. My nails now so weak that they are breaking. When I told the manager as she called herself a “manager “ she sad it’s my own fault because I use gel nail polish too much. That’s how place like this one cares for their customers. Shame

Abuse alert! If you want to get mistreated by rude and angry technicians this is the place for you. Not interested in service and not interested in your satisfaction. In fact the manicurist that that worked on my partner seem to take enjoyment in causing her pain by jamming her cuticles and deliberately being rough. We would have complained to the manager but she looked angry too. Pricing was reasonable.

Needed a quick pedicure found this place driving by lucky me they had availability. They first ask you to wash your hands before you pick your nail polish which i love that they do that! I gladly washed my hands and chose the color i wanted... i also saw that as soon as a client walks out they disinfect the seat and area thoroughly...i was attended by Amy! She did such an amazing job and was so fast! I will be definitely coming here when im in the Boca Raton Area.

Horrible experience at Luxury Nails. Stopped in to get a pedicure and got my toe massacred. The nail tech was rushing to get my pedicure done and chopped into the side of my toe. She put a ball of cotton on my toe where I was bleeding so she could paint my toes. Scary that she wasnt concerned about my bloody toe and used her base, polish and top coat.

Very poorly done. I had a manicure (natural nails), 4 days later my paint was coming off. I went to a place in Deerfield, next to a Ross of all places prior and the nails there lasted 2 weeks. I thought because it’s Boca it would last just as long.

This place is a very nice gem. I was serviced as soon as I entered and the guy was so detailed and wonderful.

It was a very nice visit. The gentleman that did my pedicure was EXCELLENT! Beautiful French manicure.

I did gel manicure and it started to chip after 2 days. This is how they look after 5 days. Terrible. Did not even last 1 week...

Great place. I had a next gen on my nails and a gel on my pedi in just over an hour. I was in a hurry and they were very accommodating.

I’m not one to complain but I have never been so mistreated in my life. The woman who did my nails got the NextGen powder all over me, including my face, and over painted the rims of my nail bed so I had hardened acrylic on my actually cuticles and hands. When I brought this to the manager she ignored me and then when I asked for her name she said she “wasn’t allowed to give her name to customers, and walked away from me. Hi I’m always happy to pay for quality service but this was such an awe full experience where my nails looked worse than when I walked in. I would never go back and highly discourage people from going to a place that has such poor customer service

Went for a pedicure and the guy spent 15 minutes on me. I don’t even think he cut my cuticles. All the polish is old too. Wasn’t offered water either.. $26... what a rip!

Best gel manicure I have ever had. My last polish lasted 3 weeks without peeling or chipping, only went for fresh polish because my nails had grown too long. Staff is friendly, never over crowded, and prices are great.

Loved coming here! First time in Boca and everyone was very nice! And they did a great job on my nails and toes. Absolutely coming back if I come back to Boca.

Terrible abusive service.

Got acrylics (reg polish) and a polish change on toes, almost $50... I’ve paid less than that for a full pedi and full set. The girl who did my nails didn’t even cut my cuticles. Def won’t be back

Just meh. Went in for Nexgen and pedicure spent $81?! The girl didn’t speak much English and ended up giving me a different color and shape then I asked for. Just not worth it. My 10 min pedicure was ridiculous didn’t even get scrub or detail. Overall I won’t be back. Much better places in Boca.

Awful place!!! Everyone was rude there. They do not sanitize like I was told they over charge and don’t tell you and the lady in the front is so unprofessional and does not know what customer service is. This place is a joke! Won’t be back.

Went to get my nails and eyebrows done, nails came out so pretty... eyebrows not at all, I don’t believe she was licensed but I should have looked around or quickly asked her if she was but I just went in giving benefit of the doubt and it came out sooo bad I still paid for everything but just be cautious getting your eyebrows done there

Horrible customer service. The lady that greets everyone in the front which claims she’s the owner is rude and disrespectful. I honestly think she’s predjudice against African Americans. Never was I greated nicely from her and she has turned this customer away to another salon that appreciates their customers. Stay away!! Plus my tips broke a day after they were done and she blamed me for it. Just rude and nasty.

My wife and I both get our nails done here. Its a beautiful place with a talented and friendly staff.

It was a nice place people are sweet just when I got acrylics they fell off pretty easily and when the game off 2 of my nails had like green on them which scared me

Unprofessional staff: Rushed service and unwilling to take MUCH needed direction on how to perform an eyebrow cleanup.

I paid $10 for a woman to use a fake nail to pry off my acrylics…most places soak off the nails with a cotton ball and nail polish remover. she ripped off my natural nails with it and now my fingers r bleeding. never coming again.
