I’ve been coming here for YEARS, and they have redone the inside and it is beautiful! Everything is clean and bright. Sophia did my nails and she did a great job. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure and it was $58, I’m very pleased!

I come here often but yesterday was a very bad experience. My manicure and pedicure felt very rushed. I left with rigid nails bc she didn’t take her time filing correctly and my French mani and pedi lines are not up to par- I am very upset bc it’s supposed to make you feel good to get pampered but I am not happy with my nails or service provided.

Since the pandemic, I havent put much effort in going to my regular nail tech in Hallandale due to numerous reasons. I decided to visit V&Mi after my sister went and told me to ask for Jessica as she knows what she is doing and very pleasant. I got a mani with gel polish and a pedi. The place is very clean and they kept their tools sterile. The warm towel add a nice touch to the ending process. Jessica smoothly got out my ingrowns and polished my toes neatly. There are some opportunities with shaping up my finger nails and my feet are not scrubbed smoothly so next time I will guide her. I pd approx $58.00 From my Observations, this is a very clean, aesthetically pleasing place and the staff seems professional knowledgeable pleasant. If they can improve on the items mentioned I may visit consistently.

Yesterday I did my nails and the truth is they were beautiful, but that does not justify the price. When I left the store I asked in several places and even several friends of mine the total price for these nails and with the design they charge around 60 $ 65 as very expensive, but on this site they charged me 80 $ the name of the girl Her name is Bella, before you do anything to her, ask the price. super exaggerated

Love this place. They never make me wait, they’re very organized and clean. I’m always happy when I leave there. The only thing to be weary of is their customer base... you may have to deal with some entitled customers who can be rude but the staff is amazing and they really are one of the best salons down here. They do a great job.

My wife goes to this place ussually. This time she was literally 10 minutes from the place and they called her to hurry up. This was 10 minutes for her appointment. She said I am 10 minutes away. But I will get there on time. Well they said, now you have a 1030am instead of her original 10am. These people are the least proffessional I know. Anyway she needed the servise done and her day got messed up because they gave her place to someone else because she was not there 10 minutes b4 her actual appointment. She literally got bumped up to 1040am. They are not an airport. And they are in Boca. They do not deserve the clientele they have.

My nails have never been so long and heathy! They are the best of the best - not sure why they don’t already have 5 stars. My dad drives from Parkland to get his men’s mani/pedi here, and I used to do the same before moving to Boca. Best nail salon ever, just don’t use their waxing services. Not worth it.

I did my toes and it was so relaxing . The lady gave me a fire massage and my toes came out so beautiful. The massage chair is lit . They have the most beautiful colors to choose from . They did my nails so gorgeous . I will be upload a picture . Thank you guys so much ❤️🙏

This is seriously the best place for pedicures. AMAZING pedicures. They also did a very nice job on my nails. I come here everytime Im in town

After 4 months.. woohoo...very clean.. everyone had masks on..hand sanitizer when you walk in and at every station, as well as the plastic barriers between you and nail tech. 💅 Felt totally fine in there...

For the 3rd time I went to this salon to do my nails, a friend recommended me a guy named Jason the first time was ok but my last time was very stressful, I told him what was my stile wich he already knows because he made my nails twice before, however he dosent accepted my point of view...the shape was not nice, also the length was unbalanced and not esthetic...instead of telling me that he can re -make it...he began back a foward saying that my naturals nails looks exactly like what he made in dip.. I have nice nails nothing compare of what he made....on the top of that he rolls his eyes like I was bothering him...so I wondered..wait a minute...who is the costumer here??? Who is paying for a moment of relax and good esthetic in her hands!!!I complain very nicely with the Management who recommended me another person to do my next ones.Costumer service has to be EXELLENT on this kind of business and I think that the rest of the team is very Nice....But please I highly recommend not to give an appointment to a Costumer if youre tired or you are RUDE or worst...if you dont have any patience!!! Also youre in Boca costumers are very demanding, so get used to it.I hope to have a better experience next time there and spend my money for a manicure that worth it!

V&M nails isn’t at all what the rating states. The owner at the front isn’t very friendly at all and makes me not want to come back and do my nails because he’s very rude. I’m very picky when it comes to doing my nails and really enjoy doing my nails at V&M Nails Spa because the girl who does my nails. It’s very pretty inside and clean too! They have a great selections of colors! My favorite person to go to is Jessica! She does an amazing job and I am always so happy after! She’s super nice and friendly too!

I started going to this place after quarantine ended and up until a week ago was having a pretty positive experience. One girl I can say that does a great job is Tami, but after this last week it’s just not worth it to continue going for me.My nails we’re done this time by Van. When I went in I asked for a fresh set because my current set had been on for over a month they were pretty worn underneath. He insisted I didn’t need a fresh set, after back and forth I was finally like okay, can you at least please change my left thumb as this one is really worn and I know it needs fresh acrylic. He said okay. Then gets out the acrylic, doesn’t ask me about size, shape, or anything. I speak up and say “do you maybe want to shorten them before you start filling them?” Just because I know he usually does that to save his product. He says no and he’ll shorten them later. Whatever, it’s his process I assume then he files him and just starts bringing the polish out. When he was done the polish wasn’t put on clean at all. At this point because we’ve had to argue several times I just let him do his thing so I can get out of there. I called to explain what happened and the manager pretty much wanted to just get me off the phone. I have really, truly been nice every time I go there, I’m the easiest person when it comes to nails. Just short square rounds with a single color. This time was so different from every time I’ve ever gone but I feel like the way you treat people on your bad days says a lot. 🤷🏻‍♀️ the one time I got Tami she was amazing. If you go, ask for her.

I got a full gel acrylic set less than 2 weeks ago from here and went to get a fill 2 days ago because all the nails were lifting and one was missing. One nail was replaced and the rest were filled, costing me $40. Two days later the new nail that was just replaced was hanging off and the rest were severely lifted to the point that water seeped in. I went back and asked for them to take care of it and they said they would. When I sat down The technician lifted up the nail that was half off and started pouring glue into it rather than putting on a new one or even cutting the part that was lifted to fill the nail, and I had to pull the nail off myself when he refused to remove it. He also refused to fill most the nails that were lifting, although he had cut down several of the nails at this point. I then asked for the nails to be removed and to get my money back. They refused to do so and said that they don’t have time to remove them and I should come back tomorrow because they were closing. At that moment I had 4 nails cut half off, jagged, with the gel shaved off. I begged them to remove the nails and give me my money until they agreed to redo the nails but refused to pay me back. After the technician took all the nails off he said “I really shouldn’t have to give you a free full set because you only got a fill 2 days ago not a full set.” I told him that I got the full set there less than 2 weeks ago and the fill 2 days ago that caused the entire set to lift and be ruined by water. They were closing and he didn’t want to stay to do my nails so he kept repeating over and over again that he shouldn’t have to do this because a full set is more expensive than fill. He started ripping the nail pieces off and picking at it, ripping my real nail and cause pain. I asked him to stop and use acetone and he got angry, and started screaming back and forth in another language with another employee. He then threw $40 at me and said to never come back. I still have pieces of glue stuck to my nails and have several nails that are ripped.

I would like for everyone to know my story.I went her with a friend to have a nice girls day. At the time everything was fine but while doing my pedicure, it hurt when she made a cut on the side. This cut was deep enough to cause an infection inside of my nail into the root.After a trip to the podiatrist and $168.00 later, I had to have part of my nail and root removed. It was so painful that it made it difficult to drive to and from work.I called the salon to tell them what happened and they dismissed it completely. He said that he would leave a message for the owner, Steve. Then as we kept talking he said that Steve only calls once in a while. This went on for a few minutes and the man on the phone was not sympathetic no apologetic to the situation. I gave him the opportunity to make things right and let him know I would not post unless he called within one day. He has not called.I hope that Steve or anyone from the salon will read this post. I am very disappointed that they did not even try to do the right thing and make it right.I will not go back to this salon and not give them a recommendation.Share review Edit review

I visited this location for a manicure and pedicure. The woman “ Tina “ was very rough and rude through out our whole appointment. I mentioned to her various times that she was hurting me and she would stop and give me a very rude look and continue. As a result, I now have a bad infection in my toe in which I have to now undergo surgery. I would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Old color wasn’t completely removed from my nails and showed through, all different shapes and lengths. Spoke to the owner and was told it was not there fault, then the tech argued with me that I did not deserve a discount. Definitely won’t be coming back!

Beautiful nail salon, but difficult to deal with. Their prices keep going up, because of the renovations. The only nail technician I would recommend is Mindy. She was wonderful. With some other technicians, there was poor communication due to the language barrier. Be careful of waxing your eyebrows with Ivy, half of mine was torn off! It’s going to take me a long time to grow them back! If you can’t get Mindy, I would go away and find a new salon! Colin can be very nice at times, but he also can be very difficult and argumentative! If he’s in the mood, he’ll do your nails. Three of my friends will not go back there again! I am looking for a new nail salon… Wish I could take Mindy with me!

Clean and accommodating...called ahead as I was short on time and they were able to squeeze me in and do a Mani/pedi at the same time. Highly appreciated when you really dont have time for two separate services. Friendly staff and comfy & clean pedi chairs, average pricing for the area.

They broke skin when they were using the pumice stone and when I showed it to them the owner insisted it was fine.

My wife and I had pedicures. The techs were very nice. They did a good job. Very busy place. Excellent location. Easy to find. Parking is tough because the shopping center is so busy.

Im not quite sure why there are bad reviews for this place, but both times Ive gone Ive had a great experience!! First off, its ALWAYS busy, which has to mean something... people obviously like the place. And secondly, its in a nice, cute strip mall in Boca with tons of nice restaurants and shops. My nails turned out great both times as well as my toes. I really liked it.

This is the best nail salon in Boca, hands down!😜 The facility is gorgeous and clean, the staff is friendly and QUICK--even without an appointment, youll be in a chair within five minutes. Be advised that, while you can pay for the services with a credit or debit card, you can only tip in cash. Enjoy your services!!!

I always come here and have a great experience but today was HORRIBLE. I came with one of my girlfriends and they had here leaning over in a pedicure chair to get her nails done. Let me say this the place was not busy at all so they had tables open as well. I don’t know about you all but we come here to relax...not to put a strain on our body. I am so upset and disappointed.

My friend and I paid $75 for gel mani/pedi and everything was rushed. Our gel nails started to peel on day 3!!! Gels usually lasts me 3 weeks. They were put on too thick and the drying process was rushed. This is not my first bad experience there. Go somewhere else.

I came in as my first time moving to florida. Asked them for someone experienced and made an appointment for her to hopefully be my nail girl.I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She said she can make it look similar. It was in ombré. By the time she finished my new tips were just one color and paper thing. I was disappointed. My nails popped off within days after getting them done. I went back for them to fix them. And trusting them knowing the color that she first picked out, the color was totally off and didnt match at all. I will not be going back

A lot has changed since Ive been there last. They made a lot of nice improvements, but service has gone down tremendously. I politely asked for a female tech, for personal reasons, and the gentleman was very rude about it, obnoxiously rude about it. It made me never want to go there again and Ive been going there on and off for years. Youre telling me its a $27 pedicure and I still have to deal with this type of disrespect? No thank you!

I’ve been going for about 5 years while trying other places around Boca Raton, Deerfield and Delray. I keep coming back because they do a good job, reasonably priced and I haven’t been disappointed.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Literally lasted about 15 min. No massage, barely scrubbed my feet, and was rough and unfriendly. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place is awful. I have tried to give this place a couple of chances with different people, every experience there has been a nightmare. I have made appointments there with Helen, shes the only decent one there and when I got there they told me she was busy and put me with someone else. I returned yesterday gave it yet another chance and this is were I draw the line. I am not one to give bad feed back but this place is just terrible if I could give a negative one I would. Luxury nails on sw 18th st is amazing and thats where I would continue to give my business to. Yesterday these people were my last resort because my nail salon had closed. But forget I prefer to not have my nails done than go back here. They charged me yesterday $16 dollars for a MANICURE! Because it was special nail polish. Bottom line this place is trash.

Ive been a long time Patron of this establishment. May is my usual nail tech and does waxing too. PEDICURE AND WAXING is my usual appointment. I have had many MANICURES before and have been pleased, Just not my go to as an Artist and Cosmetologist. Safe to say if you let someone wax your face and other areas, like legs., for over 10 years! Your probably happy about how things are going.I really like the place, decor and Location. Attention to Cleanliness, Client Services and Customer Service is always apparent. It can get busy as Walk ins are Welcome and popularity. Make an appointment if you have a time preferences. On occasions when I pop in for a needed but unplanned pedicure when May was busy, I have had very good experiences with the other techs, with out much wait time. They are a good team, So I Never felt awkward if My schedule just doesnt match up sometimes. I have Never had reason complain!Very fairly priced,Especially for the atmosphere. BTW: The Clipper coupon type book often have combo coupons. The wax room is very comfortable & pleasent located in the back for privacy and were its quieter All pedi- chairs are massage chairs, very relaxing! Kids pedi/ mani too. They have really cute rolling nail stations and adorable pedi chairs. Located in pedi room. Really fun for friends and Mommy and me, I very observed myself.Separately on the other Salon side are the mani and specialty nail service side. Equipped for all Services, including Gel, nail extension or protection ect. Also Specializing Fabulous Nail Art from a simple statement to designer bing. For holidays & occasions, and anytime just for fun!

I walked out of this nail spa and the back of my feet were rough with a lot of white looking skin. I could have gotten the same results doing this at home without wasting my money.

HORRIBLE! I have never been in a nail salon for such a short time. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. Pedicure got messed up and he did not offer to fix or clean up polish on the sides. My gel mani was not a manicure at ALL just a color change but I still got charged $45. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

Nails has started chipping in litteraly 2 days. I been doing my nails in NY for 20 years, if I ever had problem it was fixed immediately! When I came back to this salon they refused to fix them. Will never recommend or come back . Over saturated with customers, careless customer service

Terrible, the nail tech argued with me when I asked her to use a certain instrument, then she made a sour face and acted annoyed. Servive was just horrible and after working all day this was no place to relax. I wont return.

I have a fongus from this place I just to go here 2 times a month for the pass 6 years I havent go back there in a year I use all Cains of medication to take this fungus away.
