I tried La Vie nails, saw Sam, he was nice, fast, which is appreciated, but I have not loved either set of NexGen that he did for me. I got a full set done yesterday and realized today that they aren’t great, and that he put the wrong color on the accent nails. I called to see what could be done and was told “We can try to fix it, but if we have to redo them then you’ll have to pay for them.” I told them they lost a customer and hung up. There’s no way I’m paying you to fix the nails you didn’t do correctly.Most of the nails are crooked, he told me that was my nail shape, I had him remove one nail because you could visibly see that it place on the nail at an angle. The nails are not smooth, and the color on the accent is supposed be WHITE, and instead they’re PINK. He accidentally put the wrong color on one nail and didn’t fully take it off before putting on the proper color. So you can see the color underneath still.

Well when I walked in the lady in the front was sweet And I was going to do my brow the the lady that was doing my brow was unprofessional she didn’t explain anything so when she wanted me to move my head she manhandled my face that was a horrible experience plus at the end when I had to pay the First Lady was fixing the machine so i can put my card she turns away for 3 seconds and the lady who did my brows starts playing with the machine and instead of it charging me $11 she changed it to $110 but at least the younger lady fixed it. Sorry I just had a horrible experience and would never 👎 go back

Im not the type of person who writes reviews usually but in this case I have to give everyone a heads up ... I went in to get my eyebrows done today and I have no words!! I have very fine eyebrows so I keep them thick so they are more noticeable. Well the lady that waxed them had NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS DOING! I told her just clean up the bottom and leave them thick (I even showed her a picture to make sure that she understood me) She left me with NO eyebrows!!! She made them super thin I cant recognize myself! Im beyond upset and I will NEVER step foot in this place! If I can give them a negative star rating I would!

Great pedicure, but then manager decided another customer was more important than I was, so pawned me off to someone else for my manicure. It was the worst manicure I have ever had. Wont be back

Clean, great service, nice people and great work. I am sensitive and have gotten infections from other nail places but never here. They do a great massage whether I get a pedicure or manicure. When I get gelish they paint close to my cuticle which I love. They listen to me whether I want short nails or to keep them long. They never mind how long Im in the dryer. The only thing is I wish they had a little more of a basic polish collection to choose from. Thats my only complaint. Also, my niece has difficult eye brows and shes picky and they always do a great job with her. It doesnt matter who you get theyre all fantastic.

Tim does my mothers nails and He always does a great job. The place is very clean and neat. Tim takes his time, he makes sure to remove all the old polish from the previous time, he uses the hand machines, trims the nails, and re-applies the nail polish. He is very clean and neat. I would definitely recommend Tim and this place to have your nails done.

I came here for the first time and without appointment. I have contacted them before arrived, manager asked me to stop by that they will accommodate me.They did, I honestly don’t remember the staffs name, but two of them helped me to expedited my waiting time without appointment. One of them told me that she is waiting for her a client that already has an appointment. Which I completely understood she started to buff the surface nail. Then once the other one was done with her client she helped me finishing with my pedi and deep nails.Chairs are comfy, soft music, clean place and staffs are friendly. Be ready is a little bit expensive, well worthy though. I believe that we deserve it.Thank you so much for all of the help. I am coming back.... %

STAY AWAY!!!Deserves 0 stars.This place is over priced, dirty and unethical.Horrifying experience, the pedicure treatment I received was terrible. They couldn’t do French nails. Nails were all crooked and uneven, I explained what I wanted the woman insisted in giving me a color I did not want.The Owner is aggressive and workers are extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude.This business fails to recognize their mistakes, treats their customers poorly and expects you to over pay for poor quality service.

Did some research and came across this place! Im so excited I decided to stop in. Van helped me and was the nicest person who has ever done my nails. Im a nail bitter and techs usually give me a hard time about it, but Van really made me feel that she could help and we talked about the different options they have. I am so glad I found this place near where I was staying. I am in the area for a short business trip and my plane is not until tomorrow so this turned out to be a mini vacation and I decided to have some quality time for myself. My experience with the place is amazing. Staff is very nice and professional. They all are very skillful, up to date with new trends and very easy to communicate with. I had a spa pedicure and manicure. The tech who was taking care of me did a remarkable job, one of the best pedicure I have ever had. She took her time and did not rush through steps. Sanitation procedures are strictly followed. The place is very clean and well organized. Price is very reasonable. I wish there is a place this good near where I live so I could come more often. I really think you should try this place out. Highly recommended !!!

I have been going to La Vie Nails for several years now and am always extremely satisfied.The staff is courteous and attentive.The nail salon is very clean and they use disposable liners for the pedicures. I recently switched from acrylics to Nexgen and I absolutely love it. Van always does a fantastic job on my nails and Tim does a great job on my toes. La Vie Nails is the BEST!!!

Needs better customer service. I have visited this establishment 3 times in the last month and left without service. Granted I was a walk in but for a simple eyebrow wax the receptionist makes it seem so difficult to fit you in. She told me be come back in 30 minutes which is reasonable, but when I pressed her to be sure when I returned I can get service she could not confirm and made it seem like I was being a bother. With so many nail places available to have a customer come in and be willing to wait only to be discouraged from getting service seems self sabotaging.

This place made me anxious the whole time my gel manicure was getting done. First, the receptionist looked like she hated her job. The manicurist couldnt even crack a smile. She cut skin around my cuticles and two of them bled. She later apologized. I guess she didnt like that I told her not to use the buffing machine on my nails even after she insisted. I am not one to post reviews but I had to because a manicure should be relaxing and not be made to make you feel uneasy. This was my first and last time to visit this place.

This is honestly the best place to get my nails done. Ive gone to many salons over the years, but the atmosphere and service are both incredible. Danny give THE BEST pedicures Ive ever gotten. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, especially for the area.

My daughter (15) and I went for pedicures. Hers was finished in 15 min. I had gel which needed to be soaked off. The woman started using the electric file. I told her they needed to be soaked. Neither of us got lotion, leg massage, exfoliate scrub.. and the bill was $62. They had the worst, outdated nail polish colors/gel colors. I told the lady at checkout that all of these things were lacking and all she said was I dont know anything about it. WOW.

I got great service and a wonderful pedicure and a gel manicure. My nails look great. I also got a very good massage with both services and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend trying this place.

I’ve been coming to La Vie nails for over 6 years every 2 weeks for acrylic fill and pedicure with Van, she’s the best. The nail salon is very clean and welcoming.It’s always important to make an appointment since they’re always very busy but of course I have a standing Since I can’t be without my nails and feet done.

This place is so clean and gorgeous decorating. I always getting my nexgen nails and deluxe pedicure done with Tim. He is so great. My mom also gets her deluxe pedicure and gel manicure with Tina. The price is reasonable. Make sure you make appointment before you come.

Most times Ive come I have gotten the deluxe pedicure and it is amazing and completely worth it. It includes everything from a hot stone massage, a hot wrap on your legs followed by another massage, and a lot of detail in taking care of your toes, plus more. I recommend this service to any and everyone.

I love my experience here. Its best to call ahead so that youre seen in a timely matter because this peace gets busy. I found the staff very kind and helpful.

Had a break from work and went over here with out an appointment to get a mani and pedi. Place was clean and well decorated. The woman Lisa performed my services and I was out of there in less than an hour. Only reason for 4 stars of 5 is because I like a bit more massage. Price was reasonable as well.

Best Nail place in the area, if they are busy it’s worth the wait go to TJ Maxx and look around cause all the other nail salons in west Boca are put to shame by this places service

I think i give myself a better pedicure even with my gut in the way. the lady that did my pedicure barely scrubbed my feet and when i asked for a clear pink she told me she didnt have it. when she took her tool box, there was a clear pink. she put 2 coats on knowing i wanted a natural color. the way she applied the polish was like a 5 year old kid. i will never come here again. you could tell she just wanted to get it over with.

Great customer service, I wanted short nails, I dont know if it was a language barrier the nail tech said yes but didnt it cut short. Other than that everything else was fine. I had a manicure and pedicure.

Really bad experience again, this is my 2 rd time here, it is on my to work so I sometimes end up here . I was there Saturday afternoon, the very young girl, probably brand new there, did a really poor job, my cuticles look as if I never had a manicure. I asked no nail polish and only buff & shine, very poor work, I hand to come home and do it again. They rush you out of there, the owner is constantly checking the time.Will never go here again .
