I love this salon! Everything is clean, the atmosphere is very nice and the staff are very nice as well. I get my nails done with Cindy and she is phenomenal at her job and can do really pretty nail designs. Overall love this place.

They were great! My daughter treated to a pedicure for my birthday. They made sure we were relaxed and helped us pick out the correct colors for us. We will definitely go back!

After spending more than $110 for mine and my sister’s nails and leaving more than $20 tip. After three days one of my nails lost part of the nexgen. I went back to get it fix and the 1st time the lady that did my nails was off and they told me that I had to come back next day when she was there. I come back the next day and the lady that did my nails tells me she couldn’t fix my nail because I needed to make an appointment to get one nail repaired (which I never did or was told I needed to do the other times that the same thing had happened). So I ended up having to go back 3 times and somebody else ended up fixing my nail anyway.I’ve been coming to this salon for almost a year because they usually do a good job but after this I won’t be coming back because I was very disappointed of the way I was treated. They lost me as a client for something that any of them could fix in 15 minutes in between taking care of their clients. Making me come three times in order to fix a nail job that should’ve lasted at least two weeks. Note three days. It’s not right or fair.It’s all about appreciation, respect and customer service what makes a business successful and makes the client to want to come back.

This was my first time here and Lena was amazing and super good! Was the fastest full set I ever had done with two LED dryers it was so nice not to burn the entire day at the salon without sacrificing quality I will definitely come back and highly recommend also great price!!!

Lena is someone I highly recommend for nails! I’m very picky with my nails and how they are shaped and since I’ve met her I’ve been hooked. She’s very professional and quick. I’m never disappointed with her work. Book her and you won’t regret it !

Theyre good. I just think theyre overpriced. I paid $70 (before tip) for a basic gel mani and pedi. I called in first to confirm the price and was told $25 & $35, though I was a first time customer I did not get the $5 discount on any of the services. It was relaxing and I am pleased with the work, but this isnt within my price range.

I love this place, its extremely clean and well kept.I was looking for someone great for past 6 months and I am glad I met Jenny. I have an ingrown nails on my big toes and Jenny did an excellent job. Its very hard to find someone who knows how to do it.She also did my gel manicure, and I cant be happier, my manicure and pedicure came up just perfect. I received a compliment on my nails as soon as I left the salon. I highly recommend this place. If you love to have perfect nails this place is your spot.Excellent service, calm atmosphere, good price.Thank you Jenny.

I’m new to the area and I decided to try out Nails West Bar because of their great ratings. My experience was amazing ( I got NextGen and a Basic Pedicure). Cindy and Kevin were very kind and attentive and made my time there very and quick. The salon itself is very cute and modern and I would recommend this salon to anyone!

So I went in today for acrylic nails short . I added gems to 4 fingers and was charged $65. The nails are decent but the cost is beyond overcharged ! I can tell the lady was rushing me since the second I walked in I will never go back !

The woman who did my Nexgen manicure sits at the first table in the entrance. Don’t know her name and don’t care at this point. Not only she shorted my nails so much that the Nexgen manicure looks terrible. It’s not even two weeks and my nails have to be done again because they are grown already and you can tell she didn’t go to the end with the dipping. Maybe she was a rookie. Other mistake I noticed was that she tried to make the top of my nails look even but she filled them uneven and they look thick and awful. Lastly, she made more mistakes to list here so I am going to leave it as this. I would have probably done a better job than her with my own nails, honestly. If you’re thinking to come to this salon think it twice or look for another one to get your things done.

I gotta give them credit where it is due. They are super clean and sanitize everything. Where they fall short is nail quality. My nails are short, stubby, thick and uneven. I did ask for short nails, but they look like armatures have done the nails. I won’t be returning here.

John does an amazing job with nails. I got Nexgen done and they were impeccable. I truly adored how my nails looked. He was super careful and very nice. He makes conversation and makes you feel comfortable. I have been to many places and no one comes close to how amazing John does. I have never been so pleased. 10/10 recommended and ask for John.

This was my first visit to the salon and I must say during this covid pandemic I felt very safe. The minute you walked through the doors you are greeted and told to wash your hands. There were hand sanitizers throughout the salon. Beautiful decor, ambience and cleanliness. I drive about 15 minutes to get my nails done with Lin/Jenny who owns the salon with her sister. She never disappoints, is patient and kind.

Everyone at this salon has been incredibly kind and professional. The first time I went, the salon was jam packed with a loud group of girls and every artist/ technician was busy yet they still offered me a drink and apologized for the delay. Newly renovated beautiful salon. One stop shop for everything, hands, feet, massage, waxing and everything you could want! They have a huge variety of colors, and not just your typical Pinks and reds! I get acrylics and they are always done well with a nice shape. I highly recommend Jenny and her sister Cindy at this salon! I drive from margate and it’s well worth it!

Got my nails done on my birthday June 7th and by Friday the 12th one had broken and then by the time Monday came around 3 more had broken. They all broke right in the middle which means the quality was just bad. This is what I get for going somewhere new I will not be coming back and I dont recommend this place to anyone who likes their nails even moderately long because they don’t know how to do it correctly.

Since i am short with time always, i am grateful that they always find time for my appointment, and i get long lasting result in less than 1 hour of time. They know and remember what i want and always do their best no matter how busy (hungry, and tired) they are.

1st time customer but will be a repeat customer now. I called in the morning & they were nice enough fit me in for a pedicure appt within a couple of hours. They DO accept walk-ins but I didnt want to get there & find out they were too busy so I always call first. The place is very clean, the pedicure massage chairs are amazing but most importantly, the staff was friendly & professional. I love the design I got too. Im glad I drove by the location, checked the other Google reviews & gave them a try. Ill definitely be going back.

I went here because of the amazing reviews and left feeling like I didnt get what I paid for. The nail techs were nice, however, their services were horrible. I got a regular nail polish pedicure and a next gen manicure; for both my mani and pedi, my nails were cut crooked and when I complained about it, they told me my nails were naturally like that (even though I did not walk in with diagonally-cut nails).Plus, my next gen (with fake tip) only lasted me a week before falling off one of my fingers.

I just came back from Nails West. I was told that I would have to wait 5 or 10 minutes. After an hour of being left at the manicure station I still had not been seen. I dont mind waiting but at least be honest about the amount of time. It would seem the more services you require the faster you are seen.If you decide to go make sure that 10 minutes will be 10 minutes,especially if you only want a manicure

I love it and Im able to get the same nail tech everytime I go, which is not possible at all salons. Mimi is my nailtech and she is best and ever so nice. She doesnt rush through like alot of other salons do because they like money better than doing a good job on your nails & feet. I have been going here for at least 3 1/2 yrs or more and wouldnt go anywhere else. They offer all kinds of nail tip techniques & large asst of nail & toe polish. Mimi always makes time for me even if her day was full she will try to get me in no matter what, I also feel Mimi is a perfectionist at her work. Im always thrilled when I leave Nails West because my nails & hands look so beautiful, and that makes me feel beautiful.

I was a nail tech for almost 30yrs. Im retired now and I continues at same salon I worked for many yrs with a girl I worked with at time. I always had acrylic p&w. My daughter get dip it or nexgen same product but diff manufactures. My truck did not do gels so I had to find another salon.I began at Rio with a pedi few months ago, it was so bad I complained and withheld payment. Went back next day as I was told for a new pedi but they were not cooperative. Months pass and I go for Nexgen. They tell me no i cant too thin for me and gave what they called gel powder and liquid.i know for a fact it was acrylic, however, they insisted gel chg me $45 + $20 for gel polish. Nails looked like a wad of chewed gum on top of nail. 1st angry chg without saying extra for gel brought my own color! 2 days lifting every nail said to come in take off try another diff product and pay full price 2days later! Then I went to la vie nails. Week after full set he drills down the thickness and does a gelfill. 1 day later I see my own nails under tips were not attached to tip at all. 3 fell off and 1 he added gel to side but forgot to file.Go back next day for fix. He said nothing wrong every nail diff shape length as well as the lump he forgot to file down polish had worn down and nails not attached to tip. He said I quoteI do top of nail your own nail under is not my job I only do tip with gel so go to someone else! I got up and left. I had my nails done 3x plus 2x back to fix. I read all review from various saline and decided to try nails west! I knew it with 1st owner as its been years. I walked in very clean very friendly. I had explained to owner what was going on and I had no clue what I had on nails!! I soaked them off and I said I want dip or nexgen she told me both same diff manufactures. I had her do another fullest. I am writing this as I am very familiar with this business and I like my nails a certain way. I sat back picked out a color and left her do her job! When it was all done I have the most gorgeous nails done exactly the way I wanted wife to cover my nails not narrow as everyone kept doing.As a former tech I am very particular and Nails West deserves 15 stars. Salon was clean, liners for pedi if u ask, the only sad part is in 3weeks they get soaked off! I have never been to salon that hears and does what I like and owner (Mia) was excellent! I made a standing appt with her as I finally found my new salon! Thankyou Nails West! Best set I ever recd and very very happy!
