Such a nice lady and did a wonderful job with my nails. Great massage and very attentive to my comfort. She even welcomed us at the door and personally got us our drinks (wine included in prices) and it was such a great deal. We were staying at a resort and spa but when I called that spa, they put me on hold and were very unhelpful. Everyone at Holistic Nail was the exact opposite, very nice, friendly staff and super welcoming. Would recommend!

The experience was amazing from the start. The phone rang once to schedule an appointment. I made 4 manicure and pedicure appointments. When me and my sister in laws showed up we were greeted very kindly. The staff was sweet and very professional. The salon was clean and sanitary. Our pedicures were amazing and nails nothing short of perfection. I would recommend Tony and him staff to anyone looking for a relaxing self care experience.

Im happy I tried Holistic Nail! I got a shellac gel manicure & a classic pedicure & my daughter got a classic manicure. She did a perfect job (I called ahead and made an appointment.) Great customer service, clean, relaxing nice professional shop. A complimentary glass of wine was a nice added touch, And we were very pleased to receive flawless service our 1st time there. Wonderful experience. Tony has a great selection of nail polish, including many great pink and neutral color options. Their dip colors match their regular nail colors, which I rarely find at nail salons. This option worked out perfectly because I wanted my ‘dip’ fingernails to match my ‘regular’ toenail polish.The staff was friendly, fast and did a great job. The salon was clean and modern. This salon is very very clean wow! They are very hospitable here! She was very nice and did a phenomenal job on my nails! They have a great color selection here too! I went in wanting grey but then I saw that they had beautiful hues of blue for the fall and ended up choosing that color. I’m from out of state (Asbury Park, NJ) and am very used to going to the same nail salon for 3 years but I felt very comfortable going to this salon. I highly recommend this nail salon!

I was recommended this place by the staff at the hotel I was staying in and I am so glad I decided to come in! The salon was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and I immediately knew I was in great hands. Tony was hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever had and was very efficient and talented! First off....I am a dude. And I have had lots of pedicures over the past several years. I had the Green Tea detox. It was amazing. Highly recommend every man should get this while his spouse gets her nails did. Perfect!!!

I am from out of town and I needed to take a mini vacation to relax and reset. I decided while here that I need to have my Polish changed. I went here and I was very impressed with the atmosphere. Tony was absolutely wonderful! He was very detailed and made sure I had a wonderful experience! I am sure I will be back!!

I did not have an appointment and stopped in for a gel pedicure; he said come back in 30 minutes and we will get you right in! I came back and sat right down in a pedicure chair. Just over an hour later I walked out with a fresh gel pedicure and my feet felt amazing! I did the OJ Citrus pedicure and would highly recommend it!! The atmosphere is great—very calming/relaxing, and the salon is beautiful!!!

I got acrylic French tips on my hands and a very cute beach design that I wanted with sea shells, but they did not have the sea shell jewels. So they improvised, and it was so cute. The artist was so happy with her work she took pictures for herself. I told her to add them to their website.

Best pedicures weve had in a long time. My wife and I were in from out of town and walked 1 mile to get to this place because of the great Google reviews. We were not disappointed.I was especially impressed because my wifes toenails were cracking and he explained when she goes back home, not to let the people grind off the gel polish, but rather soak it off (takes longer, but is better for her nails.)No shortcuts taken, they even kept rubbing my feet well after my manicure and pedicure were finished, so my wife wouldnt be alone because her services were longer.Highly recommend!!

This was by far the nicest salon Ive been to in a long time. I had a manicure at another salon who did a lousy job. Walkd into the Holistic Nail and they removed, manicured and repolished my nails. They look great and know they will last longer than my last. Friendly, clean, very nice salon. Walked here from our hotel. Im typically very picky about nails, but she did a great job. Shaped just right, length is great, thickness is great. Got a mini pedi too. Definitely recommend. I think Ill be coming every year on vacation.

What lovely nail techs! Everyone there was absolutely wonderful. My boyfriend and I got manicures and pedicures. They gave us wine and water. And didnt over charge us for our services! The women were super sweet and friendly. They went out of theyre way to make us comfortable. The only issue is that if you are not paying the tip in cash you have to let them know in advance. So we had to go to the bank to give the tip...but they totally deserved it!

I got my nails did here and now I look like I have the paws of a wolverine dressed with rainbow sparkles and candied jewels... Ever since they were completed, I find myself tapping them on the table repeatedly in front of intoxicated malcontents to draw attention to myself.

Horrible service, dont come with or without an appointment because they wont see you regardless. The owner or man that works there does not care, takes appointment times as a joke, and is generally a very rude person to be around. AVOID! Ive given it too many chances for you

I had a good experience going into the salon, staff seemed friendly and everyone was in a mask. The place is a bit messy, not very organized. I got a dip manicure and LOVED it when I was walking out. But it was coming up and cracking in a week. I read the reviews on here and it says they use an off brand of nexgen. So if you need pretty nails for an event they are good for that, but not if you want your nails to last.

Workers were not wearing masks while on a break, congregated and talking in a small area very close to customers. Gel polish did not even last one week. Very thick and peeled right off in one piece. Waste of $35 plus tip.

I brought my 14 year old here for a full set of acrylics and they charged 65.00. Went back exactly 2 weeks later with 1 broken one and tried to save money this time by asking for a fill and 1 repair with just a solid color (not gel) and he says they have to remove all the nails that THEY put on 2 weeks ago because she wants a solid color now and not the pink and whites. I said NO just leave them on, fill and repair 1. He still takes them all off and charges 35! Never again. They lost a customer. Ill go back to Queen or Lillys. Total RIP OFF.

Got my nails done with Jenny couple weeks ago. They use a knock off brand and sell it as Nexgen. My nails were cracked within 5days and were literally falling off in pieces as they cracked. Customer services was mediocre. Prices are expensive considering they aren’t using quality products.

I love this place! I usually get a gel manicure and it lasts for over 3 weeks! They are working on renovating and updating the spa so that they use more all natural products which is going to be awesome. Sam and Tiffany are amazing! They do great work and make me laugh every time. When ever I go I feel so welcomed! They do their best to speak English in front of guests and stand behind their work product. LOVE IT!

Holistic Nail recently bought the nail salon that was at this location and they are in the process of updating the interior with tasteful wallpaper, fresh paint, and product displays. I was greeted by Tiffany, a beautiful high energy spirit that was in constant motion ensuring clients were greeted, comfortable, and she even offered bottled water. My nail technician was Dee and WOW, the best manicure and pedicure, not to mention a nice firm hand with the foot and leg massage.Dee explained the many treatments now available at the new salon and Tiffany mentioned that full body massages and facials will soon be on the menu!! Recommend you give this salon a try, its clean, prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. Oh, and there was nice music playing in the background, a relaxing experience. Finger nails were done great, not enough time spent on my feet

I decided to try a new solon. I stopped by for a simple manicure. I had gel on my nails which needed to be removed. Instead of wrapping my nails, and soaking them in acetone. they buffed the polish off with a machine, which filed down my nail beds making them paper thin. It was actually painful, red and painful. On top of that they continued to buff my nails with a hand buffer. I didnt even ask them to put on polish and left. I wouldnt recommend his salon

Of course this place got me at “holistic” because I always want to find out more natural, less chemical options. I did NextGen and my nails came up as if they were stickers. I returned to have them fixed and the manager tells me that the person who did my nails was on vacation for two weeks. Therefore, I had to wait. I insisted and she fixed them bitterly. My sister went this week and same thing happened... thick nail polish was done on her toes resulting in those inevitable messes. She went again to get it fix and all she got was paint over. Never again. Very poor customer service and not the place you want to go and relax. Trust me you will be so disappointed

Second time Ive been here. Both times the nail technicians were very good. Service was great. They are all very nice here. Everyone smiles when you come in the door. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt - some folks get they what they put out there. This is a nice shop and they do great work.

Shame on me for not reading the reviews prior to coming here. I made an appt along with my daughter in law as I had broken 2 nails and I figured Id be ok. The staff there is very unprofessional, rude and the quality of work is not anyway in the realm of acceptable. My daughter in law just got a manicure and was peeling off nail polish from her fingers. The color was streaked and when she asked to change the polish, her tech said a polish change is $20!!!!! Really?? When the hole time she kept telling the tech the nail color was off. What a terrible place.

I just went to the salon recently and I loved the service! They gave me the best pedicure and the couple there was very nice to me. The guy did a good job and his wife is very nice and welcoming and took good care of everything.

This place isn’t even a one star. This is the worst nail place I have ever been to. Not only were they rude, and short on staff, but when I was checking out their machine broke and I was waiting over 30 minutes to pay. They had no back up machine and they asked ME to go to the bank and get cash. Then they tried asking me to leave my card info with them. I gave them my phone number and told them to call me when it is fixed. I highly do not recommend this place.

I thought I couldn’t go wrong trying a nail salon in beautiful Boca Raton. I was wrong. The entire experience was terrible as soon as I walked in. I asked for a certain nail color and instead of letting me know they didn’t have the color. They used another color. I confronted the gentleman and said that wasn’t good customer service. He should’ve told me they didn’t have the color, and I would’ve picked something else. I was in a rush so I had no time for him to start over again.The woman working next to him immediately starting talking bad about me in mandarin. And then in English. While he was doing my nails I noticed him using a cheaper alternative to the dip powder that most reputable salons use. Such as Nexgen and Opi. I immediately knew these nails weren’t going to last. Within 2 days they started chipping off at the corners, and then breaking off completely on those nails.I would never go to this nail salon again or recommend anyone to go here.

Absolutely Love Love Love this nail spa. They have all the latest brand new colors for top brands, so the only issue is that I need to get there early because it takes for ever to pick a color since I love all of them!! Customer service is amazing! The nail techs get you in and out quickly which is great, and your nails ALWAYS look beyond amazing! My acrylics always look like my natural nails. The most efficient and amazing team of nail techs ever and I refuse to go any where else. Ive been getting my nails done for years, and no one compares to Ultimate Nail Spa. I am addicted!

I went there to get a simple pedicure and walked out completely disappointed and upset.. this Technician rushed through the entire service and I didn’t say a word.. I wasn’t happy about it but I figured as long as she did a good job oh well.. well this was not to be so.. I pointed out to her that my toe nail that she cut and filed was crooked and she preceded to blame my nail bed.. she filed my toenails in a very boxy unattractive manner.. she slapped on the toenail polish.. it was disgusting.. I told her to not put any top coat on my nails as I was going to go home and clean them off and fix them myself.. I really feel like it was simply because I’m black why she provided me with such horrible services.. I will never step foot in that salon ever again... there were white folks in there that started their pedicures before and my pedicure ended before them..

Dee is my nail tech and she is exceptional. I’ve been going to her for about 7 years now and was very hesitant to see anyone else until I came to this place. Everyone is very professional there and the spa is very relaxing. I recommend this place to everyone.

I have been to this place from the first day when the couple took over ! They have been done amazing job. The shop is very clean, the staff are friendly, and they do great job, they have a lot of different type of pedicures, so much color on nexgen and she alway update new collection. They have organic nail polish very good for the nails. I only stay in Florida for 6 months and I got the nails done was amazing. To take care 1 client is hard and to please 100 customer is very different. You can never make every body happy . To me I think they do their best. Come and enjoy and try to see why I love them and my nails !

Beyond awful experience with waxing. The wax was scalding hot, the technician was so rushed, and got the wax on my lips (ouch).

This experience was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve gotten my nails done for 13 years now. They did not know what they were doing and when I told them how I liked it they yelled at me and disrespected me. They were rude and I will never EVER go back . I advice you all to do the same.

I went here to get my nails, feet, and eyebrows done and left very disappointed. They were very rude towards me, not sure why. And they honestly did not do a good job. Everything was rushed. The guy that was doing my nails didn’t even speak to me. This salon was not friendly at all and I will never go back!

Quite literally the worst experience I have ever had. I went in to get next gen with tips in a coffin shape. My girl had no idea what she was doing and had to have TWO other technicians (including the owner) come over and try to shape my nails. Some of them still ended up crooked but I ultimately left fairly satisfied. The next day out of no where my thumb nail completely popped off. I went back and got it fixed. Later that day two more nails fell off, the next day 3 more fell off, and then today as I was on my way to the salon another fell off. 3 days after getting my nails done I have 3 left. When I went back the owner refused to give me a refund and said he could redo them instead. I obviously refused because i would NEVER get my nails done at this establishment again. Aside from not giving me a refund the staff was very nice. I am just extremely disappointed in the quality of the nails I received. Beware, DO NOT get next gen tips from this place!!! $40 completely wasted.

Ultimate Nail Spa (now Splendor Nail Spa) has been my salon of choice for 5 years. Ever since ownership changed a few months ago, this joint has gone DOWN hill. The staff was disrespectful toward me when I requested to get a refund on my poor experience. I went in twice in 48 hours: the first time to get my nails done. They had been filed slanted and chipped within that same day. The second time I went in for them to fix my nails, which they did and they chipped again that same day. When expressing to the owner about my disappointment, he raised his voice at me, making terribly rude comments about my character, my being American, as well as ordering me to just dont come back, go somewhere else! I was not only verbally attacked by the owner, but by another staff member as well. I will NEVER step foot back into that salon and I strongly suggest you do the same. It is sad to see such a wonderful place spiral downward since changing ownership!

Please read all the comments regarding how they conduct business. This is supposed to be a customer service oriented business and these owners (they refer to themselves as managers so to receive a tip) are not only disrespectful, they are insulting and greedy. The husband (owner) was abusive to me over the phone and thankfully my husband heard through the phone the way he spoke to me and couldnt believe his ears. When I hung up, my husband asked if he had ever treated me like that in the past and unfortunately the answer was yes. No one deserves this kind of abuse. There are nail salons on every corner in this area with professional customer service, reasonably priced and better workmanship. I hope this information was helpful.

On vacation and found this salon online. One of the better pedicures I have ever had, and for $25. You could tell most of the people there were regulars.

Went in for a manicure paid by charge card. Got my bill and they over charged me for a manicure $35.00. Obviously they put someones services on my card. I brought in charge card bill for proof and was told by owner I had to come back when nail tech was there. I came back was told I just missed her again. I called owner on phone today and was told the same thing. We are a family of five and will never go back. I live in Boynton Beach and we drive to Boca, it cost more in time and gas then a refund. No customer service from owner. John & Renee are the owners and they have a lot to learn on how to treat loyal customers. It was either a mistake on their part or they stole from me.

I didn’t even get serviced because a lady turned me away! I arrived an hour before they closed for a polish change and she said no, come back tomorrow. I asked her what time they closed and she said 730 and I told her it was only 630, she just repeatedly said no and come another time with no explanation... STAY AWAY!! So rude.

I love this nail salon, Ive been in boca for about 2 years and I used to go to one at the mall that okay at its best but this salon is so convenient its rarely super busy and Ive always liked the way all the nail techs have done my nails, specially Kyle, hes patient and a perfectionist and it shows on my nails, my coworkers are constantly asking where I get my nails done! I wish there was a NO STAR rating. I believe that these other reviews are fakes because everyone in town talks about how rude they are! I had been there several times and each time there I found the female owner/ manager, to be very rude and abrasive. She acts as if shes doing you a favor. Shes always on the phone while shes working on a client booking appointments-very unprofessional. I noticed that they dont take the time to wash out the pedi baths or sanitize them either! They re-use files even after they have been dropped on the floor!!! Ive heard her yell at clients for being late from across the room,embarrassing them. Then one day, after her own tech just did my gels ( the day before)they all peeled off, I called to book an appt to fix them and she answered- I didnt want to get the girl in trouble so I really didnt make a big deal out of it- She was not nice or professional on the phone. She not only didnt apologize but she blamed me! at the appt to fix them and she ended up making me wait. When she got to me she was obviously irritated. I asked her where my girl was and she rudely said not here no more no explaining no apology. She told me I needed a new set and thats why they peeled off??? But I had just gotten a full new set from her salon 4 weeks earlier! The tension was so thick! she was hurting my fingers as she was holding them and twisting them and filing them with a sharp file and sawing my skin, hard. I had to pull back and say Please be more gentle, youre really hurting me. She replied, Get out!. right in the middle of the appt.The whole salon went silent! I wish I had this on tape. in all my years getting my nails done I have NEVER seen anything like her! Her vibe is so intense. She is very angry! This is a totally true story!I actually bumped into a girl at Starbucks who recognized me from that day and she said, dont feel bad, She is rude to everyone The one Star I had to give,is for the location, thats it! Go ANYWHERE ELSE!!
