This Place is amazing!! I lost over 10 pounds in one month. This is the dopest place in Florida. Lightning is perfect and equipment quality is super high. I can stay here 7/24.

Great gym. Logan showed us around personally and was the most knowledgeable personal I have ever met when it came to exercise physiology.

I have been going to Trainerspace now for about a year. I love going to this gym and in fact look forward to going. My personal trainer is very accommodating with regards to some of my physical limitations. He understands that there are just some things I cant do. With the equipment that is available, he is able to modify the strength and aerobic training for me. Everyone that I have met at Trainerspace is very friendly and helpful. For me, it was the best gym change I could ever ask for.

Had 3 sessions of personal training with Liz while I was in town and it was awesome! I realized I was not working out in a beneficial way on my own and she helped me get the most from my workout. I learned a lot and really enjoyed myself. I also have a knee injury that she took into consideration and completely tailored the workout to accommodate. I cant wait to go back! Trainerspace is a nice gym with a lot of really cool equipment.

Trainerspace is a unique training style gym. The atmosphere is so cool the blue lights set the chill tone while the music motivates you.The trainers bring the experience to another level. Amazing gym with expert trainers and an enthusiastic, knowledgeable staff. I was welcomed in with open arms from the beginning and immediately felt both comfortable and right at home. To be honest, this month has undoubtedly been a life-changing experience and I would like to thank everyone for their time and support. I wish there were Trainerspacesall across America and that both our veterans and Active Duty military personnel could experience a nontraditional path toward assistance where they could be surrounded by natural remedies instead of being prescribed pills and having to endure mentally draining therapy sessions. I have tried it all, and, in my opinion, after years of soul searching and beating my head against the wall, I’ve finally found something that works and makes me feel human again. I hope that this momentum continues and we get other vets involved because, in my opinion, there are truly very few places offered to vets that are both beneficial and enjoyable for us to attend.

The nicest gym I’ve ever been to. After working out at Trainerspace you won’t be able to go to an LA fitness or lifetime fitness. The equipment is all brand new and they have stuff I’ve never seen before. Never crowded so no waiting for equipment. It’s blue and darker inside so you feel like you have more privacy working out. Huge turf area for sled pushes and Crossfit style workouts. I love it because I can do CrossFit workouts and regular lifts. Bathroom and showers are what you expect at a Ritz Carlton.

It has all the amenities you need and comes complete with an outstanding staff to help you. What I really love is the culture and respect for the gym. Place looked great on the website, called and asked if I was allowed to do power-lifting, Olympic style lifts, was told that Im golden.**** POSITIVES ****Clean facility, nice looking, decent selection of equipment.**** MAJOR CON(S) ****Power lifting and Olympic styles lifts are NOT ALLOWED in this gym. Apparently it makes too much noise for other clients according to the owner.This facility has dead lift platforms and Olympic lifting equipment, yet, unless I am quiet as a mouse I cant perform these types of lifts. This is quite the oxymoron. Do not offer such equipment if these lifts are not allowed. THEY WILL GENERATE NOISE IF YOU ARE GOING HEAVY ENOUGH.I was told that I would only be allowed to do such thing if there were no people around. There was literally about 3 clients at the time in the facility, I personally went and asked if the noise was bothering them and they didnt care.On top of that, the owner tells me that this place is for Top CEOs in Boca Raton as if implying that because I am young I cannot afford a place like this.He tried to correct himself to which his response can be essentially be interpreted as This is a HIGH END Planet Fitness for rich people.Sadly for him, I know quite a number of high end people in Boca Raton that Ive done software development projects for. I will definitely not be recommending them to this facility at all.When I asked how many people are usually here on a full day, I was told about 10 at most. Now I understand why this place is empty most of the time.Web site says:Trainerspace isn’t meant to just be a gym, it’s also a space specifically designed for you to reach your potential.Whether you’re looking for Group Fitness, Personal Training, or Gym Membership; Trainerspace is the place for you.Guess Im limited as an athlete from reaching my potential here.

TrainerSpace impressed me beyond words. It is literally an adult playground. Monkey bars, stairs to nowhere and machines I have never seen anywhere else (and I have belonged to my fair share of gyms). The place is massive and never feels over crowded. I love how modern and state of the art everything is, you can tell the owners really care about their clientele. The machines are all cushioned and the place is spotless!I had the pleasure of training with Trish and she did a wonderful job of giving me a tour of the facilities and explaining all the equipment and how to properly use it, she is extremely knowledgeable . To say she kicked my butt is an understatement, I was sore for days!!! I so look forward to reaching my goals at this amazing place! This is EXACTLY what Boca Raton needed!

They had a promotion that they didnt do right, so they charge us 3 months that we didnt aloud to do it. We just wanted to do one month and we sign for that. We talk with the boss and she didnt help us .
