At first I was concerned about the therapist not wearing a mask. My daughter being deaf told me that she had spoken with Paulina prior to the stretching and told Paulina that she would have her mother there to interpret because of mask wearing. Paulina chose not to wear a mask to help my daughter to better understand what she was telling her. So I will have to change my comment and thank Paulina for the consideration she showed to my daughter. That doesn’t take away my concern but now I understand.Again, she did a great job with stretching us both. I felt more limber afterwards, and would definitely consider going back again!
Love it! Wish I had the time to do it every day! Just doing it a couple times a week makes me feel younger all week long. I also feel that it has improved my tennis game!
Extremely professional staff! Very knowledgeable about the body! Explain every step of the way and made sure I wasn’t in any real pain. You must try it for yourself!
After suffering from lower back pain for most of my adult life, Stretch Zone has been a God-send. Assisted stretching leaves me feeling pain-free for many hours afterwards and while you do need to visit regularly for maximum results, I much prefer this to a chiropractor or taking multiple prescriptions for muscle pain and tension. Ask for Anna H who I have found to be the most effective one there. She has a knack for identifying how deep to get your stretch to get the best results!
Knowledgeable and effective. Will refer you my stiff elderly friends. Thanks David.
I just got back from the boca location. I bought an 1 hour session. Did not get what I paid for.Kevin at the Boca Raton location stretched me for less than 45 minutes. We started at 3:17, finished at 4:00. I called him on my way home, thinking it was a mistake. He said that you dont get a full hour when you purchase through groupon. He said you get 45 mins of stretching and 15 mins to fill out waivers. It doesnt read that way in the fine print, it says 1 hour stretch session. Although the stretch was good the business practices demonstrated were not. I can not recommend this location to any friends. It would have been a much more enjoyable experience had Kevin not been trying hard to sell me on stretching 3 times a week. The whole time it felt like fake friendliness all to get a sale. I know its a business but, its not used cars. If the service provided is of quality (which I think it was) but the service provider is not, than the customer/client will not be a natural brand ambassador. Word-of-mouth advertising is unpaid. This week I will probably tell at least 10 friends about my bad experience at the boca location. Seeing that I have my birthday party this week it will be probably be more. One last thing about boca. They received branded tables and new office furniture today. First impressions are everything. It is bad look for a new customer walking in to a an office furniture construction zone. As soon as I walked in the door within the first 5 feet there were open card board boxes, foam packing all over on the floor, many pieces of un-assembled office furniture laying about, and trash boxes. They started using a loud power drill to put things together while this woman and I were being stretched out. All-in-all a real bad experience. I think it is a training opportunity
Yep, its good stuff. Guido
I go once a week. It keeps me feeling good. Parking lot is tight. Pricing programs can be a little confusing, how and when they bill.
Friendlys staff, awesome stretching!
