Recently made the switch to this gym and absolutely love it so far! If you are someone who is tired of routine and doing the same thing everyday, this is the place for you. Every single day is different and I feel challenged and excited every day. The trainers and staff are professional, motivating and helpful. Very nice people, clean facility and positive environment.

I used to hate working out, I’d find every excuse not to go to the gym and I physically saw the consequences of that. F45 is the first gym I actually look forward to going to. The coaches motivate you to push your limits but also offer a modification if you feel like you can’t do the exercise. For the first time in a while, I’m seeing positive changes in my body while also doing something I enjoy!

Doesnt matter if youre in the best shape of your life or starting your health journey, this is a place for everyone. Started with the 7 day free trial and was won over in no time. Signed up to become a member when it was finished. Every day the work out is different and you are challenged. The owners and trainers are kind, encouraging, motivating and bring out the best in every member working out. 10/10 Highly recommend.

This gym has been fantastic! The staff are so friendly, nice, and so helpful! It’s like having my own personal trainer while working out! They are always willing to help me and modify it so I am able to complete each station. Although I’m new to this gym I’m excited to be apart of it!

Went to a trial class today and have to say, I had the best workout in years! The studio was extremely clean and all the trainers were very amicable and supportive throughout the entire process. I signed up for their membership this evening and plan on coming back multiple times weekly! Thank you F-45!

Literally obsessed with this gym. And I am a picky with my gyms, I have tried most of them out there. If its not fun and doesnt push me then I am unmotivated to go. I tried the 7 day free trial at F45 West Boca and was hooked after the first class. I now go 6-7 days a week! Every day is different so you get a balanced week of workouts, but you also will never get bored. The trainers are amazing and always push me to level up and I love that! I have had 3 babies in 3 years and I honestly didnt know my body could be this strong again, it feels good and this is only the first month!!Also I went away on vacation for a week & was super upset to be missing my daily workouts, but was able to keep up virtually through the app which was awesome! I came home from vacation stronger than when I left!Thank you F45 West Boca Staff!!

I signed up with F45 west boca and it has been the best decision ever. The classes are amazing and always changing. The trainers are all very nice and help you and correct your form. They motivate you to do better and push you. I recently also hurt my knee and they are always very concerned and help me adjust certain exercises to make sure I don’t get an injury. I like it so much that I literally would go everyday. They also have different times to adjust everyone’s schedules especially if you are a working parent. 45 minutes is such a perfect balance for someone busy. The owners are very nice and they always greet you with a smile. You will never get bored promise! Highly recommend it to everyone!!

I joined F45 west boca raton after meeting with the staff before they opened. I signed up on the spot! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Fast forward from May to July I basically go every single day.. I can’t get enough!!! The workouts are easy to follow and great for any level of experience with fitness. The trainers are always there helping to correct my form and push my harder than I thought I could. I am so grateful to have found such and awesome gym and family all in one. The results I have achieved from the classes are insane and I am so proud of what I’ve accomplished here. I recommend this place to EVERYONE!! Seriously it’s the BEST GYM EVER!! F45 is one of the greatest things in my life I love this gym!!

I joined F45 Training West Boca Raton when they opened in late May. I waited a month before reviewing so I really had a true feel for the gym and how it works. Let me start by saying how nice it is to walk in and be welcomed by name from both the owners and staff from the very first class. I am never intimidated to walk in the doors. The place is clean and spotless...they are meticulous about cleanliness. Its a bright, airy, open workout space with TONS of toys to play with during your 45 minute sweat session. You will never get bored with the same old stuff...its constantly changing and challenging. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and are constantly walking the floor, monitoring and correcting form and showing options if a move is too difficult or you have an injury. They are also sneaky and will throw on some extra weight when youre not looking if they think you can handle it! (spoiler alert...you can!) There are no mirrors so if you are all about watching yourself, this isnt your place. I find it refreshing...I can focus on the work and not whats going on in the mirror. All stations for the class are demonstrated prior to beginning but should you forget, a simple glance to the front of the room and you will find all the moves being played out on digital TVs. Lets not forget about the music, everyone knows music makes the workout! Great playlists and a cranking sound system keep the motivation high. I have found my new home! Check it out, you wont be disappointed. A+ 5 Stars!!!

I have been training at F45 for about a month now and have nothing but great things to say! I’m always looking forward to the workouts. The energy is amazing, the staff is super friendly!! I am obsessed with this gym and highly recommend joining if you are in the area.

I’ve been going to this location for the past month with my fiancé after doing no training whatsoever for over a year and we absolutely love it. The trainers, the members, the location, the variety of excercises and the energy are absolutely amazing. I was paying for a gym membership for only 1 class and I wasn’t even going because it did not motivate me at all. You will not have this problem at this F45 location. We started by trying their 1-week free trial and since then we’ve been going 6 days a week! After our first workout I instantly told my fiancé we were definitely signing up, this was the balance we were missing in our lives! I 10/10 RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE THAT IS INTERESTED OR IS LOOKING FOR A MORE FUN AND HIGH ENERGY TRAINING MOTIVATION ENVIRONMENT! ⭐️
