Spoke to a very rude man named Brandon and said there was no manager available. I have been a member here for 6 months and they charge you cancellations fees when they clear said when you sign up they will cancel your class at no charge if you cannot make it. I am taken back by the lash I got from this man. He just lost a customer. They charge your bank account regardless so be careful. For 45 extra dollars they charged me in “cancelations” they lost me. When all I asked them and explained to him was that I did call and cancel. Most rudest man ever and I will also reach out to corporate and let them know these type of rude people should not be working there. Michael was awesome I am sad they changed managers.

Was in town for 2 weeks and took advantage of 3 rides for $49. So glad I did. What fun and such a great workout. Each instructor was different and brought diversity which I appreciated. Staff super welcoming and friendly. I will be back!

If there were 0 stars they would get it.place was good until the new manager Mike. He is too young and too inexperienced to deal with people. During the pandemic, despite emails and messages (all documented) he continued to change me a monthly fee close to 1000 dollars sends to collection etc etc despite numerous conversations with him. I wont go back to this place for nothing in the world

I love this place. All the staff is so friendly and patient. If you are new to cycling, this is the place for you, and if you are a veteran cyclist, ditto!

I went with a friend, the vibe was great! Great music, lights energy. A lot of fun. The downside, it’s expensive. They failed to mention for new comers that the seats are extremely hard and hurt your bum. They told me they had seat covers after the class. They will continue to call you and text you until you sign up or either opt out of text and calls. I went less then a week ago and i have 9 texts. 2 voicemails. 3 phone calls. That’s ridiculous.

Cycle bar boca is amazing ! Overall the energy, atmosphere and staff are outstanding ! They make you feel welcomed and deliver excellent customer service upon every single class ! The manager Mike is outstanding, he is extremely helpful and aims to deliver outstanding customer service, he truly exemplifies professionalism and dedication for what he does ! The classes are so much fun, the music, lights and atmosphere are on point . It a pure 45 minutes of mental liberation and fun ! Definitely recommend this spot :)

Love this place! It’s conveniently located and every employee is friendly and helpful. The instructors are great, and the whole place is super clean! They have great deals available for holidays or special events so you can get a package of classes to use anytime. Nothing but good experiences here!

Not up to cleanliness standards. I will not go back.After contacting them multiple times to cancel they still are charging the fees. This has happened to multiple people. This is not a legit gym. Take your money elsewhere and do not join.

I recently joined Cycle Bar and have nothing but great things to say about my time there. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the instructors are definitely experience in spin and fun. I love that there are themed rides so you know you’ll like the music (a huge part of your spin experience) and enjoy that the classes incorporate an upper body portion. Highly recommend!

Having fun with it so far! The studio is clean and they have complimentary cold and room temp. water (to refill your own bottle), mints, deodorant, and hair ties in the locker room area. They let you use their shoes for free or bring your own, and you dont have to pay or bring a lock to keep your items secure in their lockers. Its in a great spot with fun restaurants next door. The classes have good variety and always include a short arm workout with the provided weighted bars. Its easy to track your progress and calories burned with their gear. They may be too good though, because some classes will fill up fast and you need to book a few days ahead to get a space! Watch out for expiring class passes, but the staff is so friendly, and when I accidentally lost a class due to not cancelling in time they helped me out and courteously credited it back to me. I have never used the showers, but I believe they have two available.

I loved this studio. The place is clean and organized. The staff is friendly. The instructors are amazing and the classes are so much fun and challenging. From the moment I walked in I was surprise by how welcoming the environment is. Would totally recommend it.

Super pleased with the studio. They have great schedule time that are very easy to book. I’m a last min planner and I never had a problem with overbooked classes. The classes are varied, super fun and really effective.

I decided to try cycle bar when they had a deal on Groupon. I had a wonderful experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful! They made it so easy to join in - it was not intimidating and I didn’t feel lost during my first class. The whole place is very clean and has everything you need for class. The instructors are motivating and friendly. The video ride classes are my personal fave. I have become a true fan and ended up buying a package because I look forward to the classes & get a wonderful work out. If you’re on the fence, definitely give it a try - you’ll love it!

This is the best exercise there is--it is a combination of fun, work, building stamina, and easy on the joints! The trainers are enthusiastic and supportive. I am in my 60s so I needed to move at my own pace--I was encouraged but not pushed to do things that I couldnt. I feel great and cannot wait to do more!

I love everything about this studio! It is super clean and each employee is friendly and helpful. All of the instructors are great and bring a great energy to the class, motivating and pushing each rider to challenge themselves. The showers in the studio also make it convenient for me to take a morning class and head into work on time. Ive enjoyed my experiences so far and am looking forward to bringing friends and family to the studio.

These instructors are dynamic! The sessions are fun, encouraging, motivating, and engaging - and Im a beginner. The studio is beautiful with state of the art equipment and bikes. Cycle Bar provides everything you need, all you have to do is ride.

I have been going to Cyclebar Boca for about a year now, and I have always been happy with my experience there. The bikes are well maintained, the music and lighting sets a great mood, and the live performance tracking is up-to-par. In addition to in-class races and your class rank being shown on the board occasionally, your stats are emailed to you after class so you can see how you did.I have been to classes with a variety of instructors, who have lots of enthusiasm and are very motivating.Another great aspect is that there are no hidden fees, which you find at many other boutique fitness classes. Shoes and towels are included with your ride, and ready for you in your size when you arrive.

Easy to book a class, many class options with good times to pick from and I like the all the instructors! The 45 minute class is more than enough for me. It’s not as intense as soul cycle so I like it better

I have done Soul Cycle and Fly Wheel..and i have never enjoyed spinning as much as i do at Cycle Bar. The teachers are great...they are so exciting during class and really uplift u with there words. I sweat like crazy and burn an insane amount of calories. I love that they do theme classes and u cant beat there prices. Really love going to Cycle Bar!

I had taken cycle classes elsewhere in the past then discovered CycleBar in Boca. Firstly I love the bikes. Very sturdy & user friendly. The instructors are all awesome & I recommend trying them all so you can pick & choose who mirrors what type of workout or what level of a workout you are looking for. Some riders yes are more experienced & may want or need that extra push. For newbies no worries they have staff to assist helping getting you set up & started on your incredible workout journey. It’s worth a try. They have lockers, towels, all you need including the shoes. They offer different themed rides and much more. I love it and would highly recommend.

I’m so happy I discovered CycleBar! Such a fun high energy workout and the instructors are very motivating and want you to get the most out of your ride. Awesome how there are so many locations all over too.

I love these classes! I typically burn 800-1,000 calories in 50 minutes and get some upper body exercise to go along with it. Its a great start to my day. Andi is a wonderful teacher as well. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to stay fit.

I’ve been really enjoying the classes here! The instructors are all different, so try a few out to see what you like. The amenities and the fact that you can reserve online totally make it worth the price, and you can always wait for flash sales on packages of classes too.

I am loving my new exercise program! My friend Amy turned me on to CycleBar ! The teachers are very motivating. The equipment and atmosphere of the place are top notch .I feel good when I leave and know I have accomplished my goal .

I joined Cyclebar two weeks ago and I am already addicted. The instructors, the music and the energy in the room is amazing. You can go at your own pace if you need to, no pressure at all. This workout is so much fun and I am already seeing a difference in the mirror. I am so happy I joined!

I’ve tried the classic, performance & video ride classes all of which are challenging & fun. Robert & Michelle are my favorite instructors but most importantly, they make a 45 minute class feel like 10 minutes. Super fun & super drenched in sweat, Cyclebar is my favorite workout. FYI- Towels, water & shoes are provided :)

I am new to spinning and wasnt sure if I would like it. I just finished my 15th class and love it! Its super fun and hard work but the music is great and everyone has been so nice!

I love the Cycle Bar Boca Raton!! Honestly i go there every weekend and the classes are filled with great music, very energetic instructors and you can clearly tell that they love what they do. such a good vibe and i hope to keep going there.

I love all of the classes here! Especially the ones I have taken with Andi and Robert! :) they always end up making me feel incredible at the end of my ride and the instructors are encouraging and knowledgeable and the music is always awesome and helps keep you motivated for your ride! I try to fit in a ride at least twice a week :)

Every time I am in Delray, I head over to the CycleBar in Boca. I LOVE the facility and have gotten to k ow the different instructors and their classes. Cyclebar Boca is a one of kind must try workout. As a runner I was pleasantly challenged and yet motivated by the instructors high energy. Such a good workout with super helpful staff!

Nice studio, clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and engaged instructors. Be sure to try different class times and instructors as each as their own vibe and something different to offer. I’ve really enjoyed Rachel B.’s energy and her playlists gear a bit more hip hop/edm, although there is always something for everyone. The Video class can also be a lot of fun as well.

The best place to do a great spin class. Cycle studios are popping up all over the area but Cyclebar is the ONLY place that provides complimentary shoes (in good condition) for ALL riders which is SO important for those who arent ready for the extra cost. Even if you can only get to one class per week for whatever reason (pricing, scheduling), that one class per week added to your normal exercise routine is absolutely going to benefit your body and mind. Signing up for the 4 classes/month is an investment in myself that Im proud of.

In the class today, the instructor had us focus on “Progress not Perfection.” Just a little insight on how the classes are set up to meet you where you are on your fitness journey. 10/10 recommend!!!

Their computer system in class (that tracks your stats/points) seems to have some issues but other than that everything runs like a well-oiled machine. CycleBar Boca Raton is my favorite place to go spinning. When you walk in, they know your name (Like in the show Cheers) and they make you feel super welcomed. When you are new, they walk you through all the basics so you arent overwhelmed with the workout. The instructors are amazing and so caring. My favorite instructor is Rachel. She always says hello and checks up on you after the ride to see how you feel. Love it. Would highly recommend it.

I definitely recommend CycleBar for those just beginning to those who have been riding for years! Every class is different, with great music and challenges that push you to exceed the goal you game into class with.

I have done nearly twenty sessions at CycleBar and have enjoyed each one. I recommend this option very highly to all of you (who like me), tried spinning at some local health clubs, gyms as well as the other cycle chain and was always disappointed.

I have been cycling consistently since June. I recently became a part of the CycleBar Boca Studio. I must say I am a huge fan! The class is beyond motivating. I have never felt better finishing a workout! The instructors are all AMAZING! On Fridays the classic with Rachel - I may not be able to ever give up! She has taught me to get in third on my bike with the highest reps I have ever had (90s) OMG!!!! I couldnt believe it myself and the best part is that she keeps me up there for over a minute!!! Thank you also to Michelle who always goes above and beyond. Got socks? no problem :))) This Studio Rocks!

I joined them for a 6pm class. Had to ask the staff a lot of questions as they didnt recognize I was a first time guest. Could be because the internet was down the day I attended. My name was written on my locker to correspond with my bike number so that was a really great touch. It was tough to follow the moves of the instructor but that was due to my own incoordination haha. The bike seat was comfortable but I had to set it myself and I really didnt know what I was doing. One of the workers saw me struggling and came over to help. The traffic in the parking lot, entering and exiting was tough as it shares space with other buildings and it was rush hour so it makes sense.

The best experience I have is here. All of the instructors are great! This place is a must go for a great cardio workout!

Love the energy of this place. My fav teacher is Abbie. I love her music and I love the fact that she actually uses the instument on the bike that gives you feedback. Some of the teachers spend the hour imparting their wisdom of life on you and I would rather know my physical stats and use the bike to its potential.
