Horrible staff and low level coaches. Never have I ever been to a gym that the staff had a bigger ego. they are not knowledgeable the dont teach movements, they explain the WOD in 3 secs and move on like reading a white board which I can do just fine. Worst gym i have ever been too and extremely dirty. I can smell mold, equipment is rusted, cob webs with spiders and dusty walls that have never been washed. They charge the same as all the other CrossFit Boxes in the area and some offer tons more and way cleaner.

I drop in, saw The Blacksheep Coach Erica or Emily not sure, guess the Boca location must not be that great if there coaches are coming here to train…. definitely saved a trip to that gym. This gym was dirty and not friendly at all. The coaches are close to stupid if I can say this anymore politely. Equipment is bad the boxes don’t have the support beams in them so they can break at anytime. Just Horrendous NEVER AGAIN

Came mid afternoon one day and a lady and another guy was working out. The location smelled like rotting rodents to say the least. I have been to better cleaner looking gyms in 3rd world countries. In Boca I expected to be wowed like some other the other gyms i been too in the area, this place felt dirty and gross.

Awesome gym! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Their membership pricing is very reasonable.

Drove to this CrossFit mid day after a google search for local CrossFit’s near me, a Spanish Guy in a Firefighter Shirt and his girlfriend who I guess is a nurse. She seems to be yelling at him and when they notice me they both got quite and the guy came to me and said the gym was closed and closed the door and locked it behind me. Well this gym was not welcoming as you can see and I will be telling all my friends about this place. Definitely will not come back after that experience

This gym is the best gym Ive ever been to. Coaches are awesome. They pay close attention to your form during the workouts and motivate you to keep going. Definitely a friendly environment. Thanks Hardcore!!

Coaching is bad, Bars hardly spin, bumper plates are broken. They have a lot of space but not worth the cost of 150.

I Dropped into a Thursday class at 630 as i googled CrossFit’s near me and CrossFit Hardcore showed up, I read one the most recent reviews and it said Something about breakdancing and i thought it must be a wrong review. Well when I got there I didn’t see any breakdancing until about 3 mins into our warm up and the music went from good to Horrendous and annoying, I spoke to a few people and they said it sucked and they Were not sure how much longer they would stay for due to poor the poor conditions. They said one of the owners brought the Breakdancers in and he is never there and doesn’t know what he is doing.

The coach was super sweet & fun, the box was clean and big. I went on a Tuesday and Thursday about a week ago, the music was really bad and wasn’t controlled by the Crossfit box, The Coach apologized and said that she could not change it because the dance class controlled the music at the time which was loud and obnoxious. Will not coming back unfortunately due to that.

Lame gym, won’t go back.

Breakdancers! Not CrossFit poor business venture won’t come back

Thursday 630 was a never going back to this Box.... Breakdancers, bad music, hair flip walk out never to return.

Love Love Love this crossfit! Cant compare with other crossfits..I have been to other crossfits and always go back to Hardcore..The owner- Lance and Adriana are great. They motivate people and great atmosphere!LOVE !! MUST TRY!
