I am super happy with Perfect Degrees Air Conditioning. They have a no nonsense approach to doing business. From the estimate procedure which was very quick and very actuate. The equipment they offered up was only the best, which was a comfort that others did not offer. I had great confidence that they were the company I was going with. A team of two technicians and the owner showed up on time, and approached the job with great proficiency. Every man knew his job went to work immediately, their attention to details was very impressive. In the total of 3 hours not only did I have cold air again, Perfect Degrees treated my home with great care that my wife never knew they were here. From the trucks, to their uniforms, and most of all their courtesy attitude demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and pride. I am going to recommend them to all my family and friends. These guys are the best!! We had a really hard time keeping our home cool and Fred from perfect degrees totally hooked us up. These guys were so professional and did such good work. Installed a new 5 ton unit, redid the plenum and return. It was a big job but was all knocked out in a day. We will continue to use these guys for all of our future cooling needs. I highly recommend !!!I would like to add that the workmanship is top knot however and these guys cleaned up to the point where my garage had never been so clean. As I am typing this review I have the sweet cold air in my face and I’m thinking that this was the best money I have ever spent, and the prices were reasonable to say the least.I big thank you to Fred and his team for a job well done. We called Perfect Degrees the other day because we were experiencing water in our A/C pan. We made an appointment with the young lady on the phone, who was welcoming and personable. An A/C technician came to the house and performed a full maintenance check. He was friendly and thorough. The owner himself stopped by after it was determined that we needed a new compressor. He reassured we that he would have the work done the following day (today). We received a call before 8am today, reiterating that a tech would be out to replace the compressor and clean the coils. The tech arrived and promptly got to work. It took a few hours and it was very, very hot out. The tech, Tyrone, stayed happy and jovial throughout his entire time here and never once complained about the heat. He did great work, and was neat and professional, and cleaned up his work area - both inside and outside. Both technicians wore masks and booties over their shoes. Thank you!!! The guys were great during the installation of my whole new AC. They even made sure my puppy didnt escape. They were polite, efficient, knowledgable and cleaned up when they were done! I can recommend this company and this crew and others from Perfect Degrees without hesitation.

Long story short had fred out to give me a quote after my usual ac company diagnosed the machine needing to be replaced. Fred quoted me and after a conversation the next day, he decided to come out to my home again to diagnose the ac himself. Fred found that my normal ac company had sabotaged my machine, cutting a power wire and emptying the freon. He fixed the wiring issue and my ac was back up and running. Freds honestly and professionalism was extremely appreciated. He saved me thousands of dollars and gained a customer. Fred was very knowledgeable and I am confident in my decision to use perfect degree for all my air conditioning needs from now on!Thank you again!

I first called perfect degrees for an estimate on a Sunday, and to my surprise the owner Fred answered the call and promptly scheduled an appointment for Monday. He showed up in time, very professional, and more important knowledgeable. Carefully considered my existing situation and gave me a recommendation. His advice was spot on, easy to tell that he has been doing this for a long time. HIS PRICE ALSO BEAT EVERY OTHER ESTIMATE I RECEIVED. His crew arrived on the scheduled day and protected floors, walls, etc. The owner was present with the crew to make sure that everything was going according to plan. They timely completed the job and my house has now perfect degrees. I have to say that after the installation was completed we encountered a little problem. Even though it was not related to his work he addressed it immediately and refused to charge me any additional money regardless of his time and material used. THANK YOU!!!!!!!! PS. I spoke to Fred who came out the same afternoon and gave us a quote. His crew was out the following day and completely switched out our central AC in and afternoon. No mess, polite and professional. The work was completed in one day and I am extremely pleased with my units and new thermostats. We have had excellent service for several years in West Palm Beach. Last night on a Thursday Chelsea called back after I called very late. She said that she would send someone in the morning. It was so nice to get that call so that I could stop worrying about whether we would have no AC with the weekend coming up. We slept with the windows open and thank God it is January. As promised Conrad was there and fixed our AC in the morning and we are COOL again. We have a maintenance agreement and that is the way to go. I had the pleasure of working with Fred to replace a two-unit air conditioner system in my house. I expected Perfect Degrees to do an excellent job, but Fred did much more than that.After getting five quotes and really doing my research, I went with Fred because of a statement he made when we first met when he came out personally to quote the job: Even if I dont get the job, call me if you have any questions and Ill try to answer them just so that you understand what youre buying. I actually did that after getting the other quotes and Fred took the time to discuss the pros, cons, and costs with me, even though he knew there was a decent chance he wouldnt get the job. I ended up finally selecting Fred because of his honesty. Its just that simple.Equipment is just equipment; at the end of the day youre buying the company that does the installation and you depend on their experience and honesty. Freds recommendations were perfect for my needs, he never tried to oversell while informing me of exactly what the differences were between various choices. My house ended up presenting a few unanticipated issues and Freds team addressed them, no questions asked. I was impressed that Fred was involved in the work and made sure it was done to his satisfaction.Some of the companies I spoke with had a salesperson come out to the house to quote the deal while the actual responsible person, the owner of the company, was never seen. With Perfect Degrees, youre working with Fred directly, and benefiting from his experience and honesty. The actual installation was performed by a team of workmen who were are a credit to his company and were in contact with him throughout the day. My A/C completely died, which is never fun in South Florida. Fred came out immediately on a Friday gave me a very fair quote and was fully comfortable with me shopping with 3 other local companies before making a final decision. He put no pressure into the situation even though I wanted to move quickly. After getting 3 other quotes which will all considerably higher, we moved forward with Perfect Degrees. Awesome! They were out first thing the next day (Saturday) with everything needed for the job. The team was nice, left no mess, and genuinely cared about doing a great job. We have a cold house again! This AC company is GREAT. ALWAYS ON TIME. Very efficient in their work, reasonable fees whether its for replacement or maintenance of AC units or Hot Water Heaters. Steve was able to diagnose the problem and then Dave and Hayden worked diligently, even in the rain, to install my new part. Everyone from Fred and Conrad, who came out several times after hours to make sure I wasn’t hot, to Sara in the office, these people are truly the best in the business. I obtained competitors’ quotes, shopped around, and did my homework, but at the end of the day - even if I had found a better price (which I didn’t), I would have stayed with Perfect Degrees for the professionalism and courtesy they showed me. I never felt they were taking advantage of me, which I believe is rare. They were clean, efficient, and always showed up when they said they would. Just had these guys come out on a Sunday. Excellent service and professionalism. They were very honest (Im an electromechanical engineer) and upfront. I am so glad I found Perfect Degrees to save my family from our air conditioning crisis. Our 5-year-old A/C coil is rusted, leaking refrigerant and it is not cooling down. We had our A/C unit replaced 1 year ago and cant say enough great things about our experience with Fred and the entire staff of Perfect Degrees A/C.In the 3 years prior, we had at least 5 other well-known A/C companies come to our home to solve our poor cooling A/C. They recommended (and we paid for) everything from cleaning the entire duct system to spray foaming the attic. It took Fred 5 minutes to look at our A/C intake and point out the problem. One week later, they expanded the intake, replaced our old unit and weve been sitting cool ever since (pun intended).Our FPL costs have gone down, but most importantly, we can have more than 2 guests over without breaking into a sweat. Fred and his team go above and beyond to do things the right way. I needed a new water heater and they did a great job cleaning up the utility closet and installing the new unit. They also noted that even though I had the A/C serviced a month or so earlier, it was in bad shape. They didnt hesitate to dig in and fix it right then and there. They did an excellent job servicing the A/C unit and corrected the issues the previous company left behind. I cant say enough about the quality of work.

We entered into an annual maintenance agreement with Perfect Degrees after a service call that resolved the problem the same day. The only thing we regret is not having purchased the A/C unit from them, that was my bad.
