Fred was a great technician!! He diagnosed the problem quickly when my kitchen faucet broke and gave me tips about purchasing a new one. He even showed me how to deal with the leaking faucet until I purchased the new one and he returned, so I wouldnt have a pool of water underneath the sink! Then, he came back and installed my new faucet and did an amazing job with it! I love my new faucet, and I especially love the fact that I dont have to wipe up water under the sink anymore. Thank you to the team over at Erica’s plumbing for helping me build my dream kitchen. It’s been such a process from when we found mold in one of our cabinets to having a completed new kitchen and let me tell you when they say a remodel is stressful, it sure is. But our project manager Lilly and Evan and the rest of the team from Cesar, Paul, Anthony, and Jamie made the whole experience such a delight. It was great to have so many expertises all in one spot. We love them so much that we are now having our house repiped and our master bath remodel by Erica’s .

Outstanding communication and professionalism from staff. They are internet savvy - accepted order by chat. A free detailed estimate of the work required was provided. They updated me at each stage of the process with texts and emails. The installer was courteous and emailed me a picture of the completed work. One week later, they followed up to make sure that I was satisfied.

Paul, Anthony and Cesar are absolutely fantastic! Very attentive, professional, nice and easygoing. Our furniture was fully protected, we had no problem with dust, scratches or anything related to it. Mold was removed in two days. Fast and efficiently. Excellent crew. And as a plus, the pink car with the owners name and picture on it is simply the best marketing around here.

Erica’s plumbing helped with a major insurance claim involving my master bath, closet and bedroom. I had a large back up caused by cast iron pipes and they assisted from the first back up to the entire remodel of the entire master where water damage was. The work they did was excellent and as quick as possible given the not so fun insurance process. Highly recommend them.

Ericas Plumbing was on top of the work from the beginning. They sent a confirmation of the appointment right after the appointment was made, a 24-hour reminder that the technician was coming the next day and, a photo and thumbnail sketch of the technician (Anthony) on the day of the appointment. Anthony called 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let us know he was on his way and he showed up on time (something that many trades people do NOT do). He was polite, professional and efficient. This is the first time weve used Ericas Plumbing and will continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

I have no clue how this company has such great ratings. They dont deserve it, thats for sure! Took about 6 months to get my bathroom complete. Communication with them was absurd. We called to speak with Erica multiple times to see what was going on, I even showed up at their office but she would not speak to us. Still have not gotten a return call. Our bathroom is now complete but done poorly. They tiles around shower are cracked. They installed a toilet seat that is smaller than the toilet. They wanted us to go after our insurance which we did not want to do and had to be the middle men to get Ericas plumbing to come down on their quote and insurance come up on theirs. They did send yummy cookies once was all complete but Im telling you dont use this company for any type of work. Even a leak the plumber came to fix left it on leaking into our kitchen again. The reason we called them out to begin with. They also get you to sign all this paperwork so that you have to use them or have to pay them even without using them. Evan handled our claim which he was nice but more of a yes man and not get the job done.

Erica accommodated my lack of hot water and sent Fred out pronto. She was lovely. Received an email and text with Fred’s pic, which was the first time this has happened with any contractor in So. Fl. Fred was immaculate, took all CoVid and sanitary precautions, including shoe protection, mask and gloves once in my home. He was thorough, helpful, answered all questions and fixed the issue. He was very polite, well mannered, kind and respectful. I wish I had this experience with every service provider, I allowed into my home. Will recommend Erica’s Plumbing to all friends and family.

This company is as advertised. She’s not just another pretty face In the Crowd. Professional and their technology is where any company’s is in 2021. Service was great always courteous. Anthony showed up on time finished on time! Great company. More expansive than most but worth the extra few hundred. Customers should really think about what their time is worth and for me mines worth a lot. FYI you get what you pay for and calling a company back 2x costs you your time which is money.

On Time, communicative and overall great service.I needed the kitchen sink hot water valve replaced and they were able to update to a double valve to allow independent water control.

I am very disappointed with the quality of work and customer service they provided. I spent $2,300 dollars to have them plum in a washer and dryer. The plumber left the job site and flooded my kitchen during the installation. The brand new, never been used washer doesn’t work and they are reluctant to send someone to fix it because customer service representative yelled that they do not fix appliances and they are not responsible. This is 100 percent a mistake made by plumber and I’m sure an easy fix. I’m sure plumber Joe would agree if they would contact him for details about installation.

The technicians were on time and extremely professional and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed in no time! It is refreshing to be able to trust a company like Erica’s plumbing & restoration that returns your calls, shows up on time and fixe your issues! Love them!!!

Our air conditioner quit working on a very hot and humid Friday night. We called Ericas Plumbing and a technician came to our home in under 2 hours. Roland was polite, professional, and knowledgeable; and he had the tools and parts on hand to diagnose the problem and repair our unit quickly. We were so grateful to find someone available on short notice, especially on a weekend night. I would highly recommend Erica’s plumbing to anyone who needed help with leak detection, a plumbing issue and/or help with mold. Luckily, we only ended up needing the leak detection, but all 3 were a very real possibility and I had 2 techs from Erica’s Plumbing come to fully assess our issue. Both techs (Anthony and Paul) were on time for their appointments and called when they were on their way. Both techs were knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly, honest about what they saw & what other potential issues there may be. They took their time and answered any and every question we had-we were beyond pleased and grateful for the service (& education!) they provided. In regards to office/admin part of service, from scheduling to arrival, Erica’s Plumbing’s communication was excellent & detailed- you knew exactly when to expect the technician, what to expect when they got there (regarding COVID precautions they would take) and also who would be coming to your home. They also offered to work with our insurance on our behalf, if needed. I had clogged air conditioning drain lines and called Ericas. All I can say was the service was incredible. Its been a long time since Ive dealt with such a professional and responsive company. From the receptionist to their communication and technician was top notch. Everyone else I contacted told me the difficulties involve with unclogging my drains and wanted to sell me condensation pumps or put new lines in. Erics technician Roland was the only one who was confident on an easy fix, which he accomplished. The positive attitudes and prompt service started at the inception of my initial phone call. The dispatch person called me back promptly to schedule a next day appointment and said we will either solve the problem or give the best alternatives. Roland showed up the next day and confidently fix my clogged line problem saving me a few thousand dollars in unnecessary fixes recommended by another air conditioning company. Fred, Paul, Anthony and Caesar were outstanding. They sent multiple texts and a picture who was coming along with a bio and showed up at the scheduled time. We had a leak and Fred came right over the same day and fixed. The next day the remediation team brought and set up fans and secured all the drain hose and plugs to the floor. They certainly have this down to a science.

So hard to get them to answer the phone and way overpriced. I called someone else who quoted me less than half of what they did to install a faucet. I literally have half-a-dozen unanswered calls to them.

Paul, Caesar and Anthony were excellent. They were very helpful in navigating us through the process during this stressful time. They found and helped repair our various leak problems. Because of the leaks, our floors had to removed and replaced. They did an excellent job with outstanding results and throughout the process they kept everything as clean as possible and took every precaution to keep us COVID safe. We are in the process of restoring one of our bathrooms and we feel much better with them involved on the job. We recommend without reservations.

Anthony had to replace our old pipes and move them behind the wall in our kitchen. We had a million and 1 questions for him and he was gracious enough to answer all of them. He even gave us an idea of what to expect for a future project that we have been thinking about. He was quick and honest.

Anthony was excellent! He was here on time, went to the plumbing supply to get something optional I decided I wanted, cleaned everything up really well, and knew what he was doing with the tankless water heater (not everyone does!). I had them do small job (unclog a drain) and also a big job (somewhat complicated to explain, involving my sewer) and I was very pleased with their service. The plumber was a true professional. I appreciated that he not only fixed the drain and sewer thing he also took the time to explain how to prevent future issues. He also respected covid safety the whole time which I appreciated. We had a leak. We had two plumbers and a leak detection company come out. No luck in locating it. We found Ericas Plumbing on the Better Business Bureau site where they had an A rating so we called them. They located the leak under the main house slab. They capped off a pipe, worked a loop up behind the walls, through the attic, down another wall and into the water manifold. Problem solved. They repaired all the holes in the drywall, applied the knockdown and painted. They are licensed and insured. They were on time everyday, super clean, polite and adhered to all Covid distancing and wearing masks. Their employees are highly qualified and professional and they worked with our homeowners insurance for payment. A nice touch is that they email/text you a pic of whoever is coming out on that day and their bio so you know whom to expect. My wife is already recommending them. Ted D.

We have used Ericas for exterior plumbing/pipe repair, a Master bath shower pan repair, and guest bathroom mold remediation and shower/bath restoration. They did an amazing job then. Reached out via their website web form and received a telephone call from Tiffany as soon as the office opened up for business. Set a convenient appointment time and Fred showed up exactly on time. The work was great and our plumbing issues were resolved. Have no hesitation in recommending them.

We enlisted Erica’s to complete a project and at every stage, we have experienced 2-3 week delays where no work occurred/no progress was made and nothing has been seamless. The communication has also been poor. Ericas has been involved in this project now for two months and no reconstruction has taken place (we still have a hole in our ceiling and our shower is torn apart). Initially, I was told this would be a 2 week project and we were never informed that they have delayed timelines for starting work. It is unfathomable, how this has turned into at least now a projected 3 month ordeal (a shower leak with first floor ceiling repair). We will not be proceeding with this company to complete this project as we have lost faith in their ability to perform the work timely and professionally. These delays have been beyond frustrating. We have had a similar project take place last year by another company and the timeline was 2 weeks from start to completion.We have previously used this company for smaller projects, but will not be doing so again in the future. This company MAY be able to competently perform very small projects but they don’t have the capacity to handle larger projects. Rather than being transparent with customers, they will drag the process out for several months while they try to figure it out.Interesting feedback below. The new company we hired came out the next day and in two days completed more work than Erica’s did in two months. Apparently, our insurance wasn’t such an obstacle for them.

Im beyond pleased with Ericas Plumbing. They did a repipe on my house with amazing efficiency. Sean is a plumbing pro. Every plumber, tech, and in-office team member are friendly, professional, and took the time to make this a smooth process.

Third time Ive used Ericas Plumbing. I needed to replace a hose bib. Sean came right on time and worked fast and clean. Prices are fair and are on par with quality plumbers. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

My very old hot water heater stopped working overnight. I called Erica’s based 100% on their Google reviews. I called and left a message around 8:30 AM and Tiffany called me back within a few minutes. Technician Joe arrived at my home by 10 AM, explaining all of my options with zero up-sell and a fair price. The new hot water heater was installed by 11:30 AM, with all paperwork/contact being digital or over the phone. Great service, a new tank installed only a couple hours after calling them. I highly recommend Ericas Plumbing. They were assertive, and friendly when I called. They had Anthony P. dispatched to my house. Anthony was right on time, calling me 20 minutes before he arrived. He was very knowledgeable, he figured out the problem, knew the products and gave me options. He took measurements, and within 30 minutes had gone to the warehouse and picked up what I needed. He replaced my toilet, even painted the back wall! Anthony P. left my bathroom spotless after he was done! I’ve unfortunately needed several AC companies in the past and I have never felt like I was satisfied with work performed by them in the past, that is until my wife researched Ericas Plumbing and told me to call. They came the same day and did an evaluation and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. I had a leak from poor insulation in my AC which caused mold. They worked along side the mold company and repaired all the issues. Then the tech Nicholas went above and beyond to examine other issues I didn’t even realize we had. He took care of all issues. I had four techs working at my house today, Roland, Dylhan, Nick and Brandon. I had my entire AC unit replaced along with my handler and a new hot water heater replaced as well.They were extremely friendly, very helpful when I had questions, and all of them were very respectful. Our air conditioner started blowing hot air on a Saturday evening. Called them up and scheduled their AC pro, Roland, to come out around 7pm to see what they could do. Excellent service, top to bottom. From the lady who took the call to Roland, the guy who fixed the AC, nothing but good things to say. Punctual, professional and within short order my 87 degree living room was nice and cool once again. Prices are very reasonable. Can’t say enough about Roland. Trust me, he’s your guy when the AC needs work. I will enthusiastically recommend them to family and friends. 5 star company. Unlike the rest I’ve used, this is a phone number that’s now in my contacts. Anything plumbing or AC, they’re the call I’m making.

My experience with my service appointment yesterday was excellent. The technician, Joe, arrived as scheduled and called before hand to let me know he was on the way. Both of my toilets stopped working and I had to call them to have a plumber come over. Scheduling was quick and easy! Anthony (the technician) along with another guy whose name I did not get, came over the next day and they knew exactly what was wrong within minutes. They fixed everything and were out of here so quickly! Very pleasant to speak to and very professional. Would definitely request them if I have another problem! Great company!

Ask for Sean!! We use Ericas for our rental properties plumbing needs and the company as a whole is great and our go to. We use them for our major and small jobs. All of her employees are excellent but I specifically ask for Sean every time!! He is so knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. Sean does very clean and high standard work. I recommend him always and am willing to wait if it means getting him on the job.

The plumber turned off the community water for four hours (for a 30-minute job). He started the job without having all of the parts—he turned off the community water knowing he still had to go get a part. He also said that he lacked a tool to do the job quickly because it’s expensive. For that reason, and because he didn’t check the status of taps around the house, it took him 4 hours to do a 30-minute job. I wanted to be able to support a women-owned business but I can’t use this company again.

The service was done efficiently and professionally. I needed to have the hot water tank removed and replaced with a tankless water heater. This was done in such a way as the water was never turned off in the house. I highly recommend Ericas Plumbing.

Somebody must have been looking out for me when I found this company. I am grateful for the quality service and honesty I received from Roland. He arrived on time, did the routine checkup/maintenance told me my unit was in very good shape for older unit unlike what I was told last year.(I had recently bought my house and could not get a company to come out to give routine maintenance to my AC unit before I headed north. I wound up getting Aspen from Home Depot they told me my unit was old and I should look into new one). Thank fully I held off and replacing a unit that was still good, Now have a company I can trust.July 2006 Update So I took there service plan and I am very happy,Something blew we lost AC last night around 8 pm I called and in less than 3 hrs service Tech, Nick was at my house and my AC was repaired.GREAT JOB. Roland was very knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. He was honest and not out to over charge me like my previous company. He gave me tips to help improve the air flow in the house on my own before needing additional services. It was a great impression for a first time client.

Anthony Punzone from Ericas plumbing came to fix a couple of leaks. However, it ended up being a much more extensive time investment for him but throughout he maintained his professionalism and explained what needed to be done. As we have a house thats now 20 years old, the bathrooms were ready for an upgrade and I could not be happier. Ericas has always provided us with the best plumbing service in the area. We have tried others but when trusted sources from Elite Electrical recommended them, we went wholeheartedly with their recommendation. If you need a great and reliable honest plumbing company, this is the company for you.;

Also installed dishwasher which Home Depot could not do because of age of kitchen. (Charged double, but no extra cart-away charge.)

Ericas team is a joy to work with. They installed a Nest thermostat which required wast a non-standard installation which required some rewiring. The two installers were friendly, professional, on time and very responsive. They are everything a service provider should be. There is no-one else I would recommend because they set the bar way higher than anyone else can reach.

Joey (technician) was professional, courteous, prompt and pleasant. I would not hesitate to refer Ericas Plumbing to others.
