Our A/C stopped working early yesterday- within a few hours of calling POLAIR, the technician arrived. Jeremy was caring.and very professional. He was algo very informative, tajingvtimevtonyosatexus on what rhe problem was. What he was doing bro solve it and keeping us abreast of his progress. Everything was back running properly within an hour. Hopefully. We will not require any more servicing. But if we do, we will definitely call POLAIR and ask for Jeremy

Fast and reliable I called from work at 3 30 when I got home at 4 20 They already had me up and running. Their technician was very knowledgeable and honest he diagnosed the problem immediately and didn’t try and sale me parts or service that I didn’t need. Polair is my go to HVAC service from now on.

Joe came and evaluated our zone to be sure we got the right unit. Very thorough and professional. Installation crew did a great job, and cleaned up everything when they were done. They even stayed an extra hour to be sure the drain line was cleaned out and draining properly. We will keep using them in the future.

After being told by Air Around the Clock that I needed a condensation pump for $615 I decided to get a second opinion. Glad I called Polair because it was just the condensation line that was clogged (Air Around the Clock had been there twice in one week and first said it was a bracket, then it was a cap). I watched as Polair blew out the line--no wonder my unit was backing up with water and shutting down. Polair is my now my go to company. Thank you!
