Great technicians! Well trained, knowledgeable and pleasant. Also, they are very neat, taking away any garbage. Fully explain what was done, answer all questions and made a recommendation emphasizing that it was not necessary but it was a preventative measure.

Bought a new house 2 years ago. The a/c never worked to our satisfaction. Had company back 5 times to fix the system in less that 2 years. Charged me each time and the system still never was right. Called M&R. They made the installation corrections to the air handler, installed baffles and scoops and rebalanced the system. Perfect now. Should have called them after first company told me how good their installation was.

Jonathan arrived within the time frame given. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Ive been using M & R Air Conditioning for over 5 years. I moved and was very glad that they are familiar with the AC brand in my new home. They installed a new unit in my prior home. They have always been reliable and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

I do not have the necessary vocabulary to fully explain just how great these folks are. They went way beyond the call of duty, making multiple calls to our condo, even though the real problem is with our condo building, not our individual unit. Yes, the guys that came here are very nice and, no doubt, more knowledgeable than the typical serviceman. But, it goes way beyond that. These folks are honest, and thats no small thing. Please dont tell them, but if they raised their prices I would still not consider using anyone else. No kidding, no doubt, THEY ARE THE BEST!

AC went out in the middle on the night . Jonathan thier service technician arrived at my house at 8:45 am the next morning . The capacitor was the issue and needed to be replaced . Jonathon had the part on his truck and installed the new one right away and air conditioner was up in running before 9am . Wife very happy Before Jonathon left he checked the air handler to be sure it was running 100% and cleaned out all the drain lines . OMG! These guys are awesome! So responsive, Ive used them a few times for both business and my home A/C units. They are always on time and so honest about the repairs.
