Sky towing was the most affordable, amazing and truthful guys ! I was stressed out and freaking out about my smart car and the guy man me not worry about anything he mad me laugh and smile and reassure me that it was going to be fine . He did a great job! There definitely my go to !!!

Only buy from this dealership if youre looking to die soon. I bought a car from them that they said was in great shape and was extremely safe. Less than 72 hours after my purchase, I was driving 20 mph on a road with no potholes and the right front wheel completely fell off. (I was 1/4 mile from merging onto an interstate so this could have been a deadly disaster.) The repair costs were over half what I paid for the car. I called Vick and he said he KNEW the car had issues and it was my fault for buying it. He refuses to buy the car back or help with repair costs in any way. I will be taking legal action. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Their driver showed up at my work and blocked the front door in order to back up to my car to tow it. When I came outside and asked what was going on he said he was here to tow my car that was broke down which was the same make but a different model, year, and color. What driver doesn’t check with the owner of a car before they randomly pick one to tow away. We asked what address he was looking for then he got in and took off. When we called the tow company the person who answered the phone started to listen then hung up. If I ever break down I will be sure to NEVER call this company based on their customer service.

After contacting my insurance for my car being towed, I had decided to look up some reviews on Sky Towing👎🏿 The negative reviews are 100 precent right!! I called for a tow at 4 o’clock and it’s now 9pm. I called my insurance 3 times to see where the tow truck was && I kept getting a reply an hour or so away. The last time I called my insurance company after waiting 4 hours, sky towing said they was only 25 mins late

Never showed up unprofessional company 6:30 am pick up and then 9:00am then calling no one picks up and mailbox is full. Don’t trust.

My insurance company contacted for a tow. Pick up time was supposed to be at 11:20am, car was picked up at 12:25pm. Was supposed to get a call when they were at my vehicle, but I got a call after my vehicle already left. I was told the insurance didn’t cover all of my toe- ok no problem. Remaining balance was $25, and the guy asked me how I wanted to pay.. I told him I could give him my card information over the phone. He said they could not do that and wanted me to email a photo of my credit card and drivers license (come on now, who is comfortable with that). I declined because I did not feel comfortable emailing my information- he then proceeded to tell me that if I did not meet his driver at the dealership where my car was being dropped off at, that he was going to take my car to their impound lot and lock it up until they receive payment. Ok, I get it, but who in their right mind would take my car out of my driveway before receiving payment in the first place?! Then told me to “lose my attitude and figure out a resolution”.. wooooow. First off, you threatened to impound my car for $25!! So- I had to literally call the dealership and beg someone to pay them $25 out of their pocket and I would pay them back. Such a shame and terrible company to deal with.

Very happy with my purchase. Bought a 2018 Ford F-150 for a great price and truck was in near perfect condition. Have no issues at all and would defiantly recommend them.

We were suppose to have Sky Towing tow our vehicle from a wreck. We waited the hour they gave us from the insurance company after an 1 hour 20 mins we called the tow company and they said it would be another hour before they could get to us. Waited the additional hour and they called our insurance company and canceled the tow. Would definitely not recommend this company.

They came and could not jump start my Honda. The guy said his handheld jumper wasnt charged fully and just left. Terrible service. He also threatened to leave prior to this when my husband who has dementia asked why he couldnt start it! Terrible!!!!!!

A friend of mine purchased a car here that she was told was safe only for the front wheel to completely fall off the next day when she was driving on level ground. She is very smart and I believe she was manipulated. I will NOT EVER be purchasing any cars here and urge you to do the same!!!

This company also has a towing service. On the 5th of July, they towed my disabled car a total of 9 miles. For 9 miles, they charged me $125.00. Easy Care would only pay $100.00 for the tow. Easy Care told me to send them the receipt and they would consider sending me the $25.00. I called the towing company 5 days in a row because the driver gave me a receipt that was wrong. Each time they said they would send the correct receipt to me, which they never did. I called today (Wednesday) . I tried to explain that the drivers receipt was INCORRECT. They did not have my name on the receipt. THEY HAD THE WRONG DATE ON THE DRIVERS receipt. They had 2 different amounts of money owed on the bill. The bill said that I owed $30.00 for a toll, which I didnt. He said that he would mail me the correct receipt but he did not even have my address . The man hung up on me. I did complain to Easy Care. It isnt the money now but the principal of the thing. I would not buy even a wheel barrow from them. I can now see why the Sky Company has so many terrible reviews. Be warned... .. .. .. ............. UPDATE!!!! I finally did get the correct receipt. Communication on both sides is important.

This dealership is refusing to pay for a service we the transporter provided to his dealership for vehicles he purchased out of Auction In Atlanta Georgia back in July. We have made several attempts to resolve non payment of $650.00. Each time I have called Ive spoken to Vick who seems to be the owner of this company yet acts like he has no clue wants going on and has completely brushed our transport company off for payment. Its funny how a Company like Sky Motors that is technically a carrier themselves would sit there and screw over another transport company.. If I were you I would completely NOT buy or deal with this company at all. If hes treating a transport company this way who knows how he treats potential customers BUYERS BEWAREI WOULD GLADLY REMOVE THIS RATING IF SKY MOTORS AKA VICK WOULD SEND OUT PAYMENT THAT IS PAST DUE!

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced someone should report them to the BBB my truck broke down and after 3 phone calls and 3 hours I got into a screaming match with one of the workers who was the most unprofessional individual ive ever remotely came to doing business with here the kicker i had to wait till morning to get a REAL tow truck driver after getting my truck home I found the catalytic converter cut off and stolen i say thats pretty fishy do not use

The dealer was very kind and helpful throughout my experience of finding a car at the Sky Motors dealership. The bought car is working very well and the prices also seemed very resonable. I would defiantly check the Sky Motors dealership out.

They left my mother in law on the side of road after waiting two hours for. She is 65 with breathing problems in 90 degree weather.

The battery for my vehicle ceased to work after letting it sit in a garage for over a week. I contacted my insurance company to request a jump-start. The insurance company contacted and dispatched Sky Motors and gave a time for the repair person to arrive. The person from Sky Motorgave called ahead of time and arrived at the a time expected. The person came with the proper equipment and was courteous and efficient. Vrrrrmmm. My engine is rumbling again. Thank you, Sky Motors, for your street side assistance.

Sold me a car said it was A1 no wrecks, had problems and find out the real carfax said it was in a collision and was towed from scene, will not pass pa inspection so beware, he wont refund my money. Take a mechanic to check any car before you buy it.
