Andrew was amazing and this is the most at ease in a dealership I have ever ever been. They were more than professional and helped me buy the exact car I wanted a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic. I have low credit and I thought I would be stuck in my old car forever. Yet they took great care of me. I wasn’t embarrassed at all like the other dealerships I visited the past few months. Had my car 2 weeks lets see if the issue gets fixed. Issue was not fixed still having the same issue. Now after 4 weeks they tell me anything else you must pay for my reply was as long as it is not related to the original condition I had the car in for that is fine. They said issue is supposedly taken care of I guess I will find out when I go to work in the morning.

Had my car taken there in March cause oil under my hood and my belt was shredded and they fix a axel and put a new belt on then on June 27 my belt was shredded again had it towed there and they said they had to replace the engine cause oil under the hood only to pick it up on July 21st for me to get 3.5 miles down the road for the belt to be shredded again and for them to say that something locked up and that it wasnt covered under warranty but yet I had it up there 2 time and they didnt even fix the problem I had it taken there. Dont understand why I take 3 time to fix a problem every frustration when you car missing work and having to walk to work

Byrider in boardman ohio is a joke! the guy who sold me my nissan murano wouldnt let me even test drive anything else because they was about to close he was in a hurry to sell me this vehicle. The next day after driving it home the check engine light came on took it back to there service center to see what the problem was the guy reset the computer said it was a bad gas cap then again the same day the light came back on tried multiple times to contact them they never anwser the phone left multiple voice messages never got a call back finally get in contact with them they made me schedule a appointment took it back up there and gave them a copy of the codes they claimed they fixed the problem now the next day the light comes back on and is reading the same code as before this place is a joke and i regret going through these guys! I don not reccomend this place at all!
Horrible service, and personnel was horrible. They don’t know how to work with the clients, and una treat the clients horrible and also very defensive with their clients. They are arrogance and very rude with the client, and don’t even call their phone service they will never answer the phone, and if you leave a voice mail they will NEVER call you back. Today me and my husband went to pick up my car for repair services, and they told me that they change their rules on car repair even though no one told me anything. So when I went to pick my car she throw my husband card at him, and she very arrogance and very rude. I felt like me and husband were dealing with a CHILD. Another thing was that not was I only mad many other clients were mad at the rules changed.

Got a vehicle about 3 weeks ago and everything in the world is wrong with this car. Would not recommendEdit: took my car to the shop they said “they fixed it” not even 2 weeks later all the problems are back and I’ve been for 3 days now to get my car fixed and no one is answering the phones.

Recently took my car to get serviced and when I received my car back the passengers mirror was hanging out of the socket I noticed it at the end of Street while driving I returned but Im still waiting for explanation how it happened. normally I have great service here I hope that this gets resolved soon
Service advisors very friendly. Kept me informed of progress during my wait. Oil change took less time than any dealer express lube or even Valvoline.
I wish they could’ve helped me more! When I went in I was told that no matter my situation I could get into a car but when it was all said and done it didn’t work out. All the sales rep told me was to “ask my boss for a raise” (during a pandemic) and that there was nothing he could do, I feel like he didn’t try.
I have pretty bad credit from poor decisions in my past but Andrew at Byrider was able to help me not only with a vehicle I actually wanted, but with making me feel normal for having bad credit. Thank you for making it so easy and getting me a super afforable minivan of my dreams! Lol #soccermom

Just so everyone is aware if you get into an accident during your deferred down payment phase, you are not responsible for the remaining balance on your vehicle. It took 8 people to tell me this between JD Byrider and CNAC. The people who work here have no idea what the companies policiesare. In one day I was told 3 different pieces of information from Josh, Andrew and Angie. The repair department never told me when my car was ready for 2 days after it was completed.

This place is a joke. They wouldnt give me any details of what I qualified for, payments, or anything without giving them a down payment first. I called several times and nobody would answer my questions let alone call me back. If I could give negative stars I would. Dont waste your time.

On February 6th 2021 my car was stolen. When the police spoke to the bank to get a location from the tracker they was no help at all so 5 days later and after speaking to the bank numerous times I decided to call the actual dealership well the manager went above and beyond and the cops got the kid that stole it, sad part it was totaled and that is where the 1 star comes into play. While I was waiting for my claim to be finished CNAC kept telling me that I would get another car and they have this wonderful roll over program to help me with the balance after what my insurance paid ya well they didn’t explain to me that they took the balance and put it on top of a new loan. And when I went to get a car I supposably was only approved for 1 car and it’s the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever got from them. It already had almost 128,000 miles. The timing chain needs fixed and when I took it over after only having it for 3 days they said to contact them if the rattling sound lasts longer then 15 seconds!! Like are you serious so let’s wait for it to break and blow my whole motor. So now my ball joint also needs fixed and I’ve only had it since March 3rd and the service department will not answer my calls. I’ve gotten good cars from them until this time and they knew I was in a bad situation cuz I had no car and already went a month without one so I was desperate but they took complete advantage of me. It’s said that after I was robbed of my other car I’m robbed again by them!! Which I had already paid off 1 car from them and had my one that got stolen for 1 & 1/2 yrs. and I’m paying $27,000 for a 2012 equinox that is about to blow up. I’m most likely going to be talking to a lawyer! I just want treated right I make my high payments but then u go and make me feel robbed again! It’s sad when u get a car and cry your way home cuz of the dealership and bank!I will never get another one thru them and I honestly my just take the credit hit mad give it back to them!

I was in your service dept for about the 5th time since my purchase . Today was for an oil change and a continuous rattle I have heard since my purchase. I have to say, I had experienced some bad service prior to today. I was losing confidence in Byrider. Your GM Angie has went above and beyond to help me through all of this. However I had not received the same treatment from your service dept up until today. I hated that I even had to lose another days work over same issue.The first encounter was with a young gentlemen at the counter Ron....how could I ever forget his name. He went above and beyond to answer my questions . Knowing the entire time of my bad experiences. Because I did let him know. He treated me with kindness respect and dignity. Then introduced me to Steve your service manager. Again I to let him know how unhappy Byrider had made me. Not once did either of them differ from their actions. The made sure while I was there and when I left that I was not just pleased with my services...I had once again gained respect for Byrider. Hope all J.D. B branches conduct business like Boardman. After an evil week of pirannas, sharks and rabid bole-weavels(ie: dealerships), I kept an open mind and walked in. I was treated fairly. I was talked to on an equal level. They answered and adressed any questions or concerns. They gave me a fair deal, and they surpassed expectation before I signed. Top-notch! Thanks Josh, and JDB Boardman. Im the proud owner of this.
Went with a friend. Boy did he get screwed. They told him all this and that was covered, but once those papers were signed, everything he found wrong with the car was not under their coverage. They charged him six times what the car was worth. I told him several time to think about it, but he needed a car, so he signed his life away. He took me along to listen and ask questions, because he was on the quiet side, but he told them he wanted me to go into the office when they were talking about his loan and the money part and they flat out told him NO.
Was not pleased with the fact that the dealership was listed under a different name. Was already declined by JD Byrider if I had known I would not have waisted my time to go over there. I far as I’m concerned this was pretty underhanded.
TAKE YOUR DOWN PAYMENT AND BUY A 1000 DOLLAR CAR ON FACEBOOK. Take my advice and drive past here. They helped me get a vehicle, but there vehicles are 2.5 times the price of there actual values. On top of that, the finance company they work with like to take advantage of you and only give very high interest rates. As high as 26%. Also there vehicles aren’t bad, but they are not in the best condition and all have very high mileage.

Boardman Ohio, has a large variety of vehicles to choose from. The employees are very nice, Attentive and provides excellent service. You will be surprised at what Magic they can do to get you on the road in your new car. Everyone has different Opinions...... my advice to anyone reading this, go in for yourself and see what they can do for you. I am on my 3rd vehicle, all I can say is it works for me and they have my business. I have zero problems, I am Satisfied.

They were quick! The employees were friendly and tried to help you out as best as possible. The process was fairly quick and easy.Angie( my salesperson) was awesome I got a couple things wrong and she helped correct and always kept a smile. The only part I didnt like was the computer presentation that is what took most of my time and was very monotonous!
I had this truck about a year and had to have it serviced I believe 5 times I had a check engine light come on 3 times recently one of the spark plugs was bad. Engine light on again seems the same issue why not change all the spark plugs at once. Then it takes 1 to 2 days to get my truck back if parts have to ordered glad I just did this to get something quick not worth the worry i can break down at any minute

I have to say that it looks like a great establishment. The cars there look like there in great shape and they do have their own repair shops, which was a plus for me. The only thing I didnt care for was the fact that they do not have any price details on the cars, which made me feel like the car I would have wanted would probably be out of my price range. Other than that, if you are looking for a vehicle, check it out!
I had convinced myself of two things ahead of time; that I would either not get in a vehicle due to poor credit history or that I would have to settle on something that I really dont want... I was wrong on both assumptions... Jason (salesman) was incredible at turning me into the new owner of a wonderful vehicle... If you are looking for a vehicle and you are doubting yourself, Ill tell you as Jason told me, If you dont make the effort to come in, you wont get approved... I am personally recommending Jason to everyone that I know who is on the search of a vehicle... He is very resourceful, caring of your needs, and overall a genuine human being... Very accommodating, the Manager Tim Mariano did everything to get me a car. Definitely not the easiest job but Im going home with a vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone, will work with you and the warranty they give is a huge plus

My husband has a great job and makes more than enough money to make the payments on a vehicle, I spoke with a employee 3 times once on the phone and 2 times texting, i even told him my husband only has 2 days at home so i needed to get as much info as possible. I told him our down payment amount and gave him all our info he told me it was all good. Once we got up there they did another intake left us sitting for a hour and a half and had are interview on the computer. After another 30 minutes a man came out and told us that we could have a car for our already agreed upon down payment but if we wanted the truck we had to have $2000 down!!!! This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with a dealer ship. Oh by the way the sign out front clearly states 0 down and drive They are pulling some kind of scam up there. Please beware! MY NEXT STOP BBB
Was not happy at all. I came across a page on fb that basically said if you make at least 1200 monthly and have $200 to put down on a car than they would work with you and to bring in copies of your pay stub and a bill showing that you live at the address. W HG en we get there they just wanted to run our info before telling us if we brought enough info. It waa as a complete was of our time. Thank goodness Sun Auto was there to make something happen for the better. JD Byrider needs to stop misleading people. Clean up.

Took my son to look at cars here. They were great with telling him what he could and could not afford based on his income and budget. They were like a financial advisor and non pushy salesman in one. He got a reliable car he loves and the ability to start building up credit at a young age!

Wish I would have read the reviews on here before going to actually purchase a vehicle. They are a SCAM!!!! Got approved for a car, signed a whole bunch of paper work along with watching the video in the video it stats the way you can pay your payment and that the car is maintenance before you leave the car lot. Needless to say my husband and I drove about a hour from where we live to make my payment at the facility like the video had said we could do to only be told that they dont take payments at the facility anymore and that the video they are showing us customers hasnt been updated in 8 YEARS, YES SHE SAID 8 YEARS!!! Then on top of that I call the lenders and the manager at the location and neither one of them could explain why this video had fauls information. So I reached out to upper financial department and the gentleman that I spoke to said he would credit me back my payment for the inconveniences and offered a gas card needless to say he lied too because the next three days went past and I got a call talking about where is my payment. There a joke, they take advantage of customers and they dont fix nothing I was made out to be the bad guy that misunderstood not the other way around when my husband and I both heard the same thing. Secondly the vehicle is running worse then my other car that I used to out down and they still havent called and scheduled a appointment with me. Third make sure you are loud and clear that you have no down deposit when bringing your car for a down deposit because you will end up paying 300.00 every two weeks for 3 months because they still charged you for a down deposit, also make sure if you get a coupon that they put it on your account because I sure didnt get 250.00 off my down deposit like the rep that made the appointment said I would have. Also make sure your bank also allows there lenders to pull from account because my bank blocked them because they have had to many scams coming threw to them about the lender. I am still fighting with them on this payment and the whole issue and is thinking about sending the vehicle back as soon as we have time to travel over there again. Do research before you go to this company!!!!! They will scam you and then refuse to fix it with you, read the report as they have a lot of bad ones then good ones thats for sure. You would think with all the bad reports they would actually change there ways.

Josh K. was very polite, positive and worked with us. The vehicle he sold us had bad headlight wiring and a recall on it I would NOT suggest anyone go there and purchase a vehicle. They are crooks and once you walk out the door they harass you with emails left and right.
I love the car, they were friendly and all and all a good experience...... but now after having the car for a year and a half it is a POS and is giving me nothing but problems and Ive brought it in a couple times to be fixed and it still having the same problems.. and on top of it all I ended up with covid and now theyve hit my credit and it made it go down 160 points overnight so Im not very happy with CNAC at all and then when I called to speak to them about it the person gets ignorant on the other end of the phone
