I was able to get my tires ordered, delivered, and installed the same day! After calling in the morning, they confirmed and ordered the tires from their warehouse. I was given a time in the afternoon to come in and have them installed. Great service for them to get this done on my day off.

I had a nail in my driver side rear tire. Took it in to Goodyear. Did not have an appointment but Tony at the Goodyear on route 224 in Boardman got me in right away and was able to approve 4 new tires on my company car. I would like to thank Tony for his excellent customer service. 👍

I cannot say enough good about this Goodyear location. I recently acquired a 20-year-old vehicle that was in pretty good shape, however, the air conditioning was just blowing air. The only place I have ever taken my cars for servicing was Goodyear. I wasn’t sure if Goodyear took care of air-conditioning but I thought I would have the car checked out just to make sure there were no issues. The manager Tim Young had always been very honest and helpful in all my vehicle needs. I was so happy when he told they do work on air-conditioning. They were able to fix the air conditioning along with checking the entire vehicle out and making all the necessary repairs. Women are skeptical when it comes to vehicle repair. I entirely trust Tim and this Goodyear location and highly recommend you bring your vehicle here.

They always provide great customer service, explain what is going on, and dont give you the run around. Never had a single problem and Danny is always there to help.

Had a great first and second experience there these past couple of weeks. Prices were reasonable, location is close to everything and the staff were very polite. My tires were done quickly and I wasnt pushed into buying anything extra. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Great place to get work done. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Theyve updated the waiting area so now its much more comfortable and modern and has power station tables so you can get work done while you wait! Would definitely recommend getting work done here.

Never written a review before, glad this could be my first. Been taking my car to them for the last couple of years. Did the free tire rotation and had many issues with the car due to age, wear and tear of the vehicle. They successfully worked with my regarding repairs and did service at a fair price. Thorough and kind, and took extra time to answer my questions. I cannot thank these guys enough for all of the work and troubleshooting they did to help keep my car running while on its last leg. I most recently had a most pleasing experience at the Goodyear tire store in Boardman.It began the week before when my eight year oldvehicle had hit the 50,000 mile on the odometer. Last year, a year or so ago, I dropped off my car toGet four tires installed that I had ordered on theinternet. I was nervous at the time thinking I wasSelf conscious in the way that comparing myself to walk into a restaurant bringing my own bacon & eggs& asking them to cook my furnished good. Well, itwasn’t that way at all. I left the car for service unlikeI hardly ever gotten elsewhere in my entire life!I had a 2nd experience last week with a tire losingair and called, & made an appt with Danny Wulzen for the following Monday. It was promptly handled, &surprisingly “, no charge”. I had an unexpected warranty because of the new tires that were installeda year ago.. Danny explained, in detail what the slow leak was,.. before I left, I made a appt with him to have the brake pads replaced with OEM parts, of needed since my car had hit 50,000 miles.Tim, the store manager took care of me this pastSaturday, since Danny the svc mgr apparently was free, and so late sat afternoon, Yim called me to tell me “my car was ready”, and again to my surprise,“No problem found”, 40% life left”, and so, Tim, Danny, and their staff has proved to me that they are one in a million of earning my trust for the restof my motoring life!.... Bad expierence!!! I saw an ad online for a free tire repair and each time I made an appointment I was told by staff they had no time. The first time I rushed from work which took 30 minutes to get there. I spoke to someone on the phone prior to me coming and he told me it would be done by 7pm. When I arrive it was a different story and he said he had no time. I make an appointment a 2nd time online, I notify my job I will be gone for at least an hour and a half because of the estimated wait time on the website says an hr wait time. I get there and I was told they couldnt get to it for 3 hrs. This is so unprofessional on their end to do that! I wasted time driving there each time and had to leave. I will not recommend anyone to go there for free tire repair as they advertise because its not true! I just think they didnt want to do it. Not happy with the service at all.

I took my car to goodyear to get some work done. I asked to get my passenger side window repaired so it would go up and down. Picked my car up once they were done drove it home and noticed my passenger side window was not working from my drivers side controls. I called them and drove back to goodyear. They looked at it and asked me to come back Friday. Huh?.. I took it back on Friday. They had it repaired in 1 hour but I was not given anything for my inconvenience. And I was satified with the repair bust dissatisfied with the service.

I went for an oil change and none of the workers addressed me to see what I was there for. Thirty unacknowledged minutes later, I took my business to Valvoline where I was promptly and politely waited on.
