I got my first new jeep. I had to settle on color due to limited stock from shortage but I am satisfied overall with the experience. Still need to give review from the employee who served me. When I went to browse he was the only one to approach me as a serious buyer. If this was a month earlier I’d probably walked out with 2. Done it before and probably will again.

John Metz went out of his way to work with us. We traveled over 6 hours from Louisville KY to buy our Jeep because we were looking for a red Jeep Grand Cherokee. John worked with us and gave us a Good deal on our trade in. He worked everything out so that when we got there after our long drive all the paperwork was ready and the transaction process was fast. Only been going to this dealer since December 2020. Staff is friendly, but unlike other dealers when Ive had work to be done on my 16 challenger. Ive always gotten a rental car when it was in the shop if they had none from the dealer. They only offer whatever dealer has. Which right now is all the way out until June 26th.
Our salesman Terry was awesome. They were a wonderful company to work with. We left with 2 brand news cars!! They were not pushy and listened to our budget. Definitely a reccomended car dealership to work with.

Showed up at 4:00pm to look at a truck. talked to the salesman prior to showing up. He was not ready for me at all was ask to wait while he dealt with some els for 40 minutes then finally he tells me he will be right out with the truck. After 30 minutes he finally shows up with the truck.he leaves me for another 15 minutes so he can take care of someone els again! Finally comes back for a test drive i seemed to know more about the vehicle then he did. We get back to the dealership he sets us down at his desk and leaves again for 30 minutes I finally went up to the front desk in hopes to talk to someone els about buying this truck because this guy was taking way to long and didnt seem interested in helping us at all. Their response was is there somwhere els youd rather be? Then the guy finally comes back after discussing pricing for a hour and a half they would not even put new tires on the truck that were bald which was all I was asking. After 3 hours of being there I finally left with no deal.
All i can say is WOW!...customer service all around is 5 stars!...everything about my lease was quick and easy!...i highly recommend stopping here first!

I had purchased a used vehicle found a few issues with it the dealer was willing to make it right the detail job I was not happy with but it was something that could be fixed my salesman and finance were awesome to the point of going in detail to get me the info I was asking for to answers on any questions I had I am pleased with my purchase love my suv
John the salesman was great and kept me informed every step of the way; I had a few hiccups with finance; but in the end I got my truck. Since it is a used truck, and I received the truck, I bought the truck based on what the dealer said, as I am far away form the dealership. The first time I started the truck the display did not work, once I tap on the display it will start most of the time; I emailed the dealer and never heard back for 2 weeks so I had to text the salesman and he said it is a used vehicle and the dealership is not going to do anything. I was just going to ask that they pay 1/2 to get it fixed. However once you buy the vehicle they will not help if it is a used vehicle.
Horrible claim they give the highest dollar for a trade in. Offering me almost 4K bellow kbb, then have no interest in trying to make or see if we can make a deal work. They offered $7500 on a 2014 challenger super clean no mechanical issues at all with under 8100 miles on it.Offered to email any paperwork to them Heather wouldn’t give me her email. Bob the sales guy all energetic on the phone till I told him the trade in value was an insult and then he said if I want more answers to talk to heather and he hung up. I visited your dealership first and Josh even tried to work around what I could afford but, was a bit out of my price range. He & Joe Vittoro tried hard to help. I went to sister dealership in Columbiana and was sold a lemon. My son & his girlfriend recommended dealership cause they both had just leased brand new vehicles. Thinking Columbiana was on same sales & service levels, I was wrong 😑. Bad radial tire (dealership replaced) but I had to purchase 2nd to balance out radials. Rusted out wiper (dealership replaced). Found out brakes are at a 1%? Who sells a car with bad breaks & ball joints? Keufliter Columbiana? I understand As Is but within 2 mos? Lessons learned, “don’t be 70 year old woman and go by yourself to purchase car”🤷♀️
This is how a dealership should be operated. After browsing online inventory I decided to make a visit to look at a few trucks in person. I had no intention of starting a deal that day because of it being close to their closing time on a Friday and I hate being that customer. I decided to start the process and offered to come back the next day to finish the paperwork but the were willing to stay a little late and get it all wrapped up. Thank you to my salesman Doug Votaw for the deal and thank you to Larry Pitner and Heather McQuiston for sticking around and wrapping up the deal.Long story short: Great customer service, ask for Doug if you want a vehicle.

Purchased a used jeep wrangler. Had 131k miles understanding the vehicle isnt new. I expected to have some maintenance. But not within a few miles..We made it about 5 miles from the dealership. Check engine light came on . Dealership refuses to do anything about it. Had it checked out egr valve is bad.
I had worked with John Metz at Kufleitner Columbiana. When I needed to get another vehicle I reached out to him again. He helped me find a vehicle I was able to get in and out of with ease. He was informative and patient with my many questions. A real pleasure to drive my new Durango R/T!
Found the vehicle that I wanted via auto trader. Called to confirm availability yesterday(3/30/2021). Once it was confirmed available, I did a pre approval through Chrysler Capital. I contacted the dealership shortly after they opened and was put in touch with a dealer by the name of Joseph. I gave him my pre approval number and I was told that the ball was rolling on the purchase. Even got a call from the finance department telling me to come pick up the vehicle. 15 minutes later, I got a call from Joseph saying it was already sold.After that, I checked credit karma and found out that they ran my credit even though I was already pre approved through Chrysler Capital. Now Joseph won’t reply to my text or answer my calls and finance department won’t pick up when the receptionist sends my call over.Oh and the car is still available on Auto Trader and their website as of 5:52pm 3/31/20211 star(only because they had the nice car). Would not recommend!!
I inquired about a new Jeep gladiator sport that had a few extras on it. It was priced at 41k. I sent an email stating I was interested. They responded very quickly which was nice. However they stated the Jeep has a DSI performance kit on it which was not factored into the price and that the price would be 49k. Me being in sales & being a branch manager, I was taken back that the GM at this dealership would allow a lisiting of a Jeep that has some modifications on it but clearly have the price listed on the website &autotrader for 41k. I just checked both listing this morning and they have updating the pricing after my complaint yesterday. Call me old fashion, but I wouldnt do business with a place that does false advertising. However progressive dodge Jeep and ram on massilion Ohio are great to work with and would recommend them to anyone

Great service until you leave. Terry Tringhese was great when I was there on the property and did what he could to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. He also made promises that he obviously never meant to keep. He said they would fix the little bit of rust on the trunk. I drove off that day with the vehicle and he said he would call me the beginning of the next week... Over a month later and he still wont answer my calls or return my calls. He even gave me his personal cell number and will just ignore my calls. No one at the dealership can or will help since Terry said he would do the repair for me, they say it has to go through him. They also cant do it there at the dealership but at their autobody shop but no one will tell me where the autobody shop is locater. I am very disappointed with their service, well lack of service... I will never go back nor will I ever recommend any one to go there. To make it worse, I called and ask to speak to a manager and I had to leave a voice mail of course... and no return call from the manager either. In the end they called me back in to get my pates that came in, to find out they screwed up my birthdate in all their paperwork, and now it might be more of a hassle each year to renew my stickers. I walked up to Terry and he acted like he has been trying to contact me and couldnt reach me... and just kept going on with all his fake promises. Initially I found this vehicle on a website, and the price was really good. Once I got there they told me the price was much higher. I told them I was not paying that I showed them the add and they honored it. Probably the only good thing they did..

This is a Dodge, Jeep dealer located in the Boardman Area. The lot is full of new vehicles. Particularly Jeeps which was our target.We had the best sales people Ive encountered at a dealership. Andy & Chuck were great. Nobody was trying to soak us on the deal. As a matter of fact, they helped us with critical towing issues. If youre in this market, youre nuts not to use these guys
The internet salesman was decent to work with but the dealership had list a price and then changed it when I had called. Then had made a deal on a vehicle and the wanted me to pay for a repair they had found and wanted to up the price to there current asking price. I feel that they were using the repair to up the price of my deal to get there asking price for the vehicle. Making a shady deal hope they have a hard time selling it know.

Its been a week since I visited Kufleitner.I wish there were more dealerships like these around my area. I was in search of a new Wrangler and Kufleitner had the one I was looking for at a great price. The whole buying process was super smooth and communication was always proper. This has been one of the best car buying experience i have had in a long time. 1st time buying a vehicle from Kufleitners and one of the greatest experiences by far. Will definitely be back for the rest of my familys vehicles.
Upon arrival, I mentioned to the older gentleman greeting the incoming Service customers that, I wanted the technicians working on my vehicle to make sure the pull out the slow close hinges since they were stuck inside the door. I also mentioned that to not only the clerk at the desk but I also needed to physically speak to the technician working on my Jeep since he came out to sell me on a $22.00 tire rotation and tried to convince me to change the oil. I passed on the oil change.When the Jeep was pulled around...I opened my door and just as I thought, all three completed ignored my wish to pull slow close hinges back out for me. My advice in the future, although it certainly won’t be me, try LISTENING to your customers and not solely focus on up selling to pay for the fancy new dealership. Sadly, I will not be back...Z. C.

Shopped online, found exactly what we wanted...the price on the internet was perfect. Got to the dealership, test drove it, ready to buy...oops the dealership screwed up the pricing...it was actually $8,000 more than the advertised price. The dealership wouldn’t honor the price or even deal! Pathetic dealership, would never go back and wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.

Kuflighter could not complete the work I needed done on my vehicle which was the least worry of my situation. While getting my maintenance done, I was also shopping for 2 new vehicles. When I dropped off my current vehicle off, not one person had a mask on. I have a 3 week old son who was just born and I did not appreciate the lack of public safety regarding Covid. Because of this situation, we chose to purchase our vehicles - a 2017 Ford Escape and a 2013 Jeep Cherokee, from somewhere else. I did not feel comfortable taking the risk on our new vehicles not being properly cleaned and having to worry getting sick and passing it to my newborn from the workers lack of public safety during the Covid pandemic.

It was a rip off. Typical dealerships. All I need it was my key 5 that I bought it Amazon to be programmed to my Jeep. Instead of the $40 they should have charged a charge 60. But because I didnt buy the $80 key fob the same key 5 that I bought at Amazon for 20 they claim that couldnt program it And charge me $40 out of the 64 not doing it. Already did it once with the programmer that came with Amazon Key 5 the last time but only allows you to program one time so after by another 1 and go ahead in program at myself.
