Why should a NEW customer get a BETTER deal on a NEW PHONE than a 2 year paying customer? NOT FAIR!
Not helping with the transfer informations service from old phone to new phone,not all staff wearing mask,open until7,when I got there at 5, the guy who worked saying need to do inventory instead of helping out to exchange my coolpad which is not working at all!never get coolpad phone at boost mobile,it is waste of money!!!!
Great customer service! I was highly impressed with this store and how quick they were to accommodate to my needs! I got a family plan and got free phones! If your looking to save money monthly and have excellent service you should definitely go by this store!
