Logan was here on a Sunday all by himself. I wanted to buy an iPhone for my grandson. There were several other people coming into the store and he made sure to address them all while helping us. He got us all set up with a great deal on a new iPhone for our grandson and even got us interested in coming back to get new ones for us. I highly recommend Logan and will be telling everyone to go to this Verizon and ask for him. He has helped us with technical support in the past and has always been great so it was no shock that buying a phone from him was such an easy process.

Logan was extremely helpful and I have been fortunate each time I have entered the store to have his assistance. He has gone above and beyond to take care of my needs. I would recommend him highly as a valued employee.

Logan is our go to guy, hes the best. We go there just for him. However, Courtney is incredible as well. I highly recommend them. Weve got multiple devices with Verizon, and continue to keep going back because of Logan, he never fails to help us in every way.

Be careful of phones you purchase because they will not exchange and if your not happy then will give you crumbs of the price, example, 450Dollar phone, exchange after months Trade in 100.dollars . Better phone deals on line by far anyway .

I have no issues with Verizon or even the Victra stores, but it pains me to see Logan praised by people. I, too, thought Logan was an especially helpful salesperson, unfortunately, I discovered otherwise. I have waited a year to write this review since I didnt want to hurt the store, but I think it is time. Last year, on Black Friday, my husband and I trusted Logan, only to find some time later, that he had brazenly lied to us and committed us to an expense we were not anticipating. Even attempts to talk to the store manager were not helpful, as he had covered his bases well. All I will say, is I will never step foot in the Bluefield, VA Verizon store again.

Always a great experience working with this store, never had any issues and everyone is super friendly and helpful. Logan is the guy to see for any phone needs you have, he always makes sure you are taken care of.

The staff was so helpful and polite. I will definitely be shopping there again.

He was excellent at helping us pick out the phone that met our needs. He could of sold us a much more expensive phone but took the time to see exactly what we used phone for and sold us exactly what we needed. Will be lifetime customer thanks to him.

Had to make in store payment, havent been in a store in 6 months and was unsure about it, the bluefeild store was set up perfect. I was handle quickly, and safely, staff had personal protection and distancing was in affect, had sanitizers where available, I will go again safe and sure Ill be in and out, no problem they take my saftey seriously.

I went in with a problem of my own doing and they turned my frown upside down. Enjoyable experience all the way around.

Update: after review i was contacted by their management. He was very apologetic and helpful. I explained my issue and he told me he would take care of it. I have not received any more collection notices and my credit score suprisingly went up by 100 points ( I assume it was because of a bad remark and collection notice) I still cannot give a 5 star rating because of service but you get a solid 3I would highly recommend to find another store. I signed up with Verizon and had them for 3 days. During this time my service was horrible and I decided to go back to sprint . I had to pay for service used even though there was supposed to be a risk free trail period and the guy that I returned everything to never listed my cell phones as returned. Its been over a year and Im still getting collections calls. Do not waste your time with this store

I had no plans on returning to this store until I heard it was under new management. I decided to give it one more try and I’m very please with my decision. Danielle was very knowledgeable and friendly great to see a smiling face in that place the atmosphere was dreadful as soon as you walked in until this time I will be recommending my friends and family to return.

I was really dreading coming in this phone store to get my 94 year old mother a new box to for her in-house cell phone. But after talking to Logan and Dustin of the Bluefield Verizon store it was a breeze. They are so knowledgeable and have very good personality’s and helped me with a much dreaded task. Great customer service I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends.

Customer service was decent and the Verizon rep did help me but after a few days of bad phone service I decided to go back to my old carrier. Was still charged over $300 to get out of everything (restocking fees..etc... ) wouldnt recommend

Phone I wanted not in stock two different times 3cweeks apart

Stay away from this place, went to the store to get a hotspot with the 50 $ month plan, site gave me a free home phone that has to connect to the hotspot and in the paperwork they reduced the data plan to the minimum, 2 gig, without telling me or asking me, went to the store the 3rd day, to increase the data plan to 5 gig (that was supposed to be, when I got the first bill it was for 186$, it does not even show that I paid 86 dollars at the store, went back to the store they could not explain why that amount, asked to remove the phone from the contract(exactly 13 days after I purchased the hotspot), they where forcing me to have a phone that I told them dont want and dont need, they never removed the phone from the contract. I tested the phone with the hotspot completely off and batteries removed and the phone still works, it is not depending of the hotspot)
