We could not have been more pleased with Ferguson Exteriors. From our first meeting with our sales rep, to the professionalism of their installation team, Ferguson exceeded our expectations.I normally don’t write reviews but there is a lot of trust involved in a major purchase like this. Our windows were completed two months ago and our home is so much quieter and we are saving money on heating. Since the installation was complete I have sent two friends to Ferguson to have their windows done. I was always told that price, quality and service can’t coexist, at Ferguson they do!

Ferguson exteriors came to our home offering a great window deal. I know door to door sales can be questionable in this day and time, however John was very professional and courteous. He wasnt pushy or assertive, I listened to his pitch and scheduled a free consultation. He brought his demo window and showed us the options available. We have an antique home, built in 1944, and had original windows. They were beautiful yet not efficient at all. We had talked about replacing the windows for years, but honestly, if they hadnt come knocking we would probably still have the old ones. John asked us what wed be willing to pay for new windows and what we thought our triple pane high efficiency windows would cost and had us write down our figure on a piece of paper. His price came in $3,000 under what we were willing to pay! We were ecstatic. We had our windows ordered (with custom interior finishes) within 2 weeks and installation approximately 4 weeks after the measurements were taken. The installation team was great as well. They were kind and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves after everything was complete and left us with a great home transformation. I couldnt be happier with our choice and would definitely recommend Ferguson to anyone who asks about windows. Fantastic job.

The crew arrived on time, and went straight to work! It was amazing how quickly 4 guys put in 13 windows! The crew chief explained to us how everything was going to be done, and when finished walked around the house with me and showed just how smoothly each window opened and closed.The crew took great care in cleaning up and returning my house to the condition it was when they arrived.I would recommend Ferguson Exteriors LLC to anyone looking for quality windows at reasonable prices.
