Highly recommend!!!! Crown Pointe Remodeling did my roof, windows, siding, gutters and deck. Im telling you now you, get what you pay for. They are worth every penny. They did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Don was very helpful answering all of my questions along the way. Ian the production manager was keeping me in the loop. Communication from the very first appointment, office, until the final walk through was great from everyone I encountered from the company. I have had so many neighbors stop by and comment. They are planning to use them as well.

I worked with Quincy and Don they did my roof and siding. They did such a good job they are also doing my deck next week. Ian was on site helping with any questions I had during installation and he was there to show me how bad the wood was under my shingles (who knew, gross). When the roof was installed they put a large net around my house to protect my landscape and house. Cleanup was flawless. I expected to find nails here and there but to my surprise I didnt. Probably won’t find a more reliable, punctual and honest company, which these days is extremely hard to find. I had a few companies no call no show. We ecstatic about the work completed cannot wait to see the deck. We are thrilled to have done business with CPR but are looking forward to getting this new project started! If you are in search of someone who genuinely cares call them today!

The men did an outstanding job with great care and went steps beyond just installing a window. they had to create a sill piece that was left off the window and did a great job making a sill piece.

This company was amazing! From start to finish the experience was so good. Everyone was kind and helpful. They did a great job explaining the products. They were able to get me on their schedule really quickly. The install went really well. And the day after the install the owner himself was at my house inspecting the job and checking in to see how everything went. A very family friendly and honorable company and the job they did was outstanding. They also forgot to quote something to me and installed it free of charge since it wasn’t on the quote. I’d solicited a couple bids on replacing my roof in the last few years but I wasn’t happy. Mel Johnson of Crown Pointe, came to my house to inspect my roof and submit a bid. He did more. He took photos. Explained my roof problems. Submitted a bid. Yes, I partially choked. This was my FIRST EVER roof. But, Mel Johnson now did two things that made the difference. He totally explained the roofing construction and the levels of quality in today’s roof replacement, and the changes and upgrades required by code changes in the last 40 years. . This was certainly NOT my Dad’s roof replacement. My other bids came with very inadequate explanations etc. Mel Johnson, also assisted me with my insurance company. As I said, this was my very first roof install. I needed support. Mel and Crown Pointe gave me a great product, great explanation, a great installation, many improvements to my home, and a great clean-up. I also learned a lot. Thank you Mr. Johnson and Crown Pointe. I hope to use you again!

This business has lots of military veterans who are highly professional and hard working. Their work is high quality and my input was always welcome when changes to the original plan was necessary. I would highly recommend this business for all your remodeling needs.

I normally do not respond to companies that knock on my door, but Im glad I did with this one. I spoke with Hunter and Ethan and they explained who Crown Pointe Remodeling is, the values of the company and that it is a locally owned business. Hunter did a thorough inspection of my roof and found multiple points of storm damage. From that point forward, I began working with CPR. From the meeting with the insurance adjuster all the way to completion, Ive had contact with someone from the company each step of the way.Willie was awesome! He showed me the variety of shingles to choose from and by the time we were done, it felt like we were old friends.The roof was completed in ONE DAY! I left out for work and came back home to a new roof. The only way I knew someone was at my house was the beautiful new roof. The roof crew did a great job keeping my property clean which is super important since I have children who could possibly step on a nail.Quincy, one of the owners, stopped by to make sure that I was satisfied with my roof and addressed any concerns that I had.Everyone was phenomenal and I highly recommend Crown Pointe Remodeling to anyone who is looking for any extremely professional and people-oriented company. I’m so happy and pleased that I contacted CROWN POINTE REMODELING, Quincy and his team have done a splendid job with my main roof and porch roof, they went above and beyond my expectations and I would gladly hire them again, and I have referred them to my neighbor and FaceBook friends. This was my first large project and Quincy was wonderful, he made sure that I was informed, educating me during the entire process which made this such a pleasant experience. Everyone was so professional, on time every day and completed the project within the time frame that I was given. I especially loved that CROWN POINTE obtained the permits, provided proof of insurance and had all the legal things that you need your contractor to have. Crown Pointe just saved the day!!!! From the start, every representative I worked with was amazing. My roof was leaking due to hail damage and they were able to get the job done quickly, professionally and walk me through every step. Its not every day that a company really takes the initiative to be a true advocate for the customer but they did a better job of that than anyone could have asked or expected. I could not recommend Crown Point more. My only disappointment is that I cant give them more than 5 stars. It is so nice to let the weather do what it does while sitting in the comfort of my home, smile broadly and just say ahhhhhhh!!!!! Thank you!!

Willie Williams at CPR took our siding insurance job on as if it were his own. He met me at my convenience, dealt with our insurance, and got our claim to where it needed to be after the 2019 tornado after our first attempt at having a contractor help us failed. CPR was reccomended to me by the 3 different building supply warehouses around Dayton, and it was for good reason! He came out with our siding samples of our in a foot of snow! Then he seamlessly handed us off to Quincy as our project started. Quincy the owner was our project manager, he verified the correct building materials were on site and that the trades doing the work had no issues with what they needed. We had two different types of siding put on our large 2-story house shake and double lap. CPR got the old siding off, wrapped our house (2004 build, wasnt house wrapped!!) and put both sidings up in 2 days. Clean up was spectacular. He also took care of our mortar-less stone install across the front and made sure everything went together great.Your not going to beat Willie and Quincys personal touch and how they care for your project just as much as it was their own.

Excellent service. A new roof was desperately needed. Although we were told it would be almost 2 months before the roof could be done, it was done much sooner.The crew arrived first thing in the morning and had the old roof off in no time. A few hours later, the new roof was on and they were cleaning up and doing a scan to make sure no nails were missed.Roof looks great.

The tornado did hail damage to my roof but the first insurance adjuster did not approve all the damages. This company went the extra mile contacted my claim adjuster and had a second insurance adjuster come back out. Insurance was only paying for half of the repairs but they took numerous pictures and after getting the complete job done convinced my insurance to cover my expenses. They help me recover all my out of pocket monies, plus did a great job.

Even though there was a bit of damage to our deck, they stepped up and corrected it immediately. The roof is beautiful and I highly recommend Crown Pointe Remodeling!
