Talk about curb appeal!From the initial quoting process, to touch up painting around the gutters angle changes from old to new, the experience with Vision was easy. When Ty came to do our quote, he actually got up on the roof to inspect (other vendors didn’t) and give guidance on what we needed and why (two new skylights, bigger gutter size for our roof pitch, etc).Communication through the process was easy (text, email, or phone), clear, and transparent.The team was also able to perfectly color match the gutters to our painted wooden siding.I wish I had friends who needed a new roof just so I could tell them about Ty. I am so glad my realtor sent us his way.

Ty came to my rescue in Feb, 21 midst days of snow when I needed a roofer to fix some siding issues required to close...I had been unable to get one of the large roofing companies and had only days left. Thankfully I found Vision Technologies! Ty came that day and had the job done so we could proceed with the closing. He is professional and helpful. You cannot go wrong with Ty at Vision Technologies. He is a stand-up kinda guy (literally, he stands up on roofs...see what I did there?!) He drove 2 hours away just to take a look at my roof, no guarantees for him, and to subsequently meet with an adjuster. We experienced severe wind damage to our roof and our insurance company asked us to get several quotes. I remembered that Vision Technologies had replaced my son-in-laws roof 2 years ago, and was not only quick (1 day) but did an amazing job. I quickly called them and another roofing company and Vision Technologies bid was much, much lower. Since Id already seen the quality of their work, it was a quick decision. They came out and met the insurance agent and within minutes, we had picked a new roof and had the installation scheduled. Their crew arrived at the exact scheduled time, worked quickly to remove the old roof and the new roof was completed before 3pm. They cleaned up and hauled away all debris and the finished product was beautiful!!! I highly recommend Ty and his crew at Vision Technologies, not only for roofing, but all their services.

Ty did my parents roof and they sent him over to us to install some solar roof fans! Theyre amazing quality and seriously improved the overall temperature of our house! The main issue of our house before was our master bedroom. It sits over the garage and was always warmer than the rest of our house with the traditional attic fans. One week with the solar fans installed and we were able to adjust our thermostat three degrees higher, with a consistent coolness throughout the house! Thanks ty for such a professional job, you saved our summer!

My soffits were rotting and Ty was quickly able to identify that the company that had installed my gutters missed some flashing in a few places causing water to drip through and cause the rot. Vision rebuilt the rotting soffits and added proper flashing to prevent it from coming back. The best part was I did not need to be home during the work since Ty sent me a constant stream of photos of the progress of the repair!

Called Vision Technologies Roofing due to a roof dryer vent that was leaking. Ty and his team arrived promptly and began work immediately. They identified the problem, showed me pictures, and explained the solution before starting work. The job took about 30- 45 mins to complete, and when they were finished, they showed me another batch of pictures and explained how the problem was resolved. These guys are grade A. I feel very comfortable using Vision Technologies for my roofing needs. I highly recommend them.

TY was great to work with through the entire process. They started first thing in the morning and finished the same evening. Pictures were sent to me through the process as well showing all of the plywood needing replaced and the process of the installation of the shingles. He also sent pictures of the finished job from up on the roof. Everything was cleaned up after and it all looked amazing. They even took down an antenna that was mounted and a satellite dish for free. They werent the lowest bid but not the highest either. It was right in the middle but well worth it. Id highly recommend Vision Technologies for any roofing and siding needs.

I am very happy with Vision Technologies Roofing. The owner, (Tyra Nugie) was professional and made everything stress free. The removal of two layers of old roofing and installation of new roofing went smoothly. They were in and out in only a day and a half. Clean up was done to leave property in the same way they found it. Communication was always fast and easy. I would highly recommend this company. In fact, I have two family members who will probably be contacting them.

I paid over $11,000 and here are the issues I am stuck with after 9 months: 1) I paid $1500 for a new box gutter. The crew replaced the wrong gutter. Not my fault, but the correct gutter was never replaced. Ty said it wasn’t leaking, but it surely was! Hired a new guy to fix it and now the basement is dry. 2) The crew removed the front porch gutter while putting on the new roof. Did not put on a gutter at all so the water runs straight down on me. He offered to give me a price on a gutter. I hired someone else. 3) Called me during the project to see if I wanted the satellite dish put back on the new roof. I told them to throw it away. Guess what... it’s on the roof. So will pay to have it removed. I tried to negotiate that they just refund the $1500 so I could have a proper box gutter like the one they replaced by mistake, but nothing came of that. Overall, I do not recommend them.

We called Vision Technologies after they were referred to us from several people. We had been told by another roofing company we needed a new roof from hail damage. We called for a second opinion and Tye came out and told us no hail damage and we did not need a new roof at this time. We did need some roof repair though. Tye was prompt with a quote for the the repair and kept in contact for when the work would be done. The repair was made and we are very happy with it. This company has the best communication and follow through. Would recommend to anyone.

We just bought a house that had a small leak that we found at the final walkthrough. My insurance company (The Hartford) would not issue insurance with the leak. Ty was friendly and willing to repair it within 2 days so that we could get insurance on the house. I would recommend Ty (but not The Hartford Insurance).
