We were stranded and he helped us numerous times throughout the night with kindness to take us everywhere we needed to make sure we got somewhere safe with our kids.

I would not recommend safe ride to anyone ....I called for a taxi and the dispatcher was really rude...he told me it would be $15 and that it would be 45 minutes { I had a question } I called them back about the question I had he didnt even acknowledge my question and he told me the taxi driver had already came and left...mind you the dispatcher said it would be 45 minutes and it had literally only been 5 minutes at this point...so I asked him if he could send them back and he told me FU$K no and hung up on me yet again!!! I will never 7ae this taxi company again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND SAFE RIDE TO ANY ONE

Treat others how you want to be treated. Be an adult and dont put the blame on others. Their driver parked next to me got out and hit my car with his door. Very unprofessional he didnt even say sorry. I will never use your services nor recommend you ever.

They are rude tell you they are sending someone then when you call back they are smart will leave you standing waiting on a ride thats never coming.

I got off work this particular early morning to pouring rain. I called red tire and waited on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and gave safe ride taxi a shot. They were so quick to pick me up . Driver was very nice . I will definitely be calling again . Thank you so much 😃

Was charged $60 lowered to $40 for a 4 minute ride. Was told $2.50 a mile. Customers can’t change where you are driving from. That should be disclosed prior to pick up. Will never use not suggest.

I called for a Taxi at 4:39pm, for a ride Home from Work. By 5:45 they still had not shown up and I was stuck walking Home. Never again will I be using this Service.

Im shocked at the negative reviews. Tina and Safe Ride Taxi were lifesavers for me!! I rode up from Florida and stayed at a secluded hotel in Newberry and when my ride had to leave unexpectedly back for Florida, I was essentially stranded. No Ubers or Lyfts in the area and the only other Taxi service didnt answer their phone or return messages. Be Safe answered the first time I called and I had a ride to Bloomington which was about 30 miles away in just over an hour. I would highly recommend them! Thank you Tina!!!!!!!

This is the most unprofessional and irresponsible service I have ever came across.I called them to book a ride to the airport 3 days in advance and they confirmed that the driver will be in front of my door at 4:45 am. But shockingly, nobody showed up. I called them multiple times for more than 30 minutes and they never even picked up the phone. It was a very awkward and frustrating situation, specially I had a a lot of luggage that day and they didnt even care to answer my phone calls. This is by far the worst taxi service in Bloomington. DONT USE THEM

They never pick up there phone at night after 11 p.m. and the day shift people are rude.

This place is a joke, I made a reservation THREE days ahead and waited today for someone to show up and no one did. When I called, the dispatch was very rude and said we dont guarantee the pickup, and I had to call the same day to make sure someone is picking me up. Really? This was never explained to me when I made my reservation, and I missed my shuttle and had to take Uber to the airport to make sure I wont miss my flight as well. I will never use them again.

These reviews are not totally correct first yes we take time orders for airport rides but we always ask that you call the day before to confirm the ride we never guarantee a driver at a guarantee time we try are best to get as close to that time as possible are phones are always answered if we miss your call we always try to call you back we do not tolerate are drivers being rude if you have a complaint please feel free to give us a call and we will handle it.
